Brand new guy sayin hi. My wife and I just started a tiny franchise and we have 2 little ones.I was looking for some guidance from anyone who may have business experience. Possibly tell us the in`s and out`s. I have to get it right quickly. Toughest question, do we hire workers at w2 or 1099. Anyhow, any advice will help.
