Srsly srs.If you search twilight sucks,theres a whole forum dedicated to why twilight suck.If you go there,look in fangirl encounters.I did not know anyone could be so violent over a book,so if you hate it,or even like it,you will probably be beaten with a chair.Hulk Hogan style.Now,i don't mean to be trollin with this post,but I do not seem to be unlucky,because I haven't ran into any violent fangirls.Sometimes fanbois.

No, I had hear upon a lot of things, especially on the internet. And either haters or fans can make crazy stories, you cant believe everything on the internet ;) .

I checked that site you show us, it seems more like a scam site for me, since it keep asking donation for many things (member misfortune, site maintenance, bla bla). A site hosting for just that kind of small site and small forum doesn't even cost $20 per month LOL .

If people are passionate about something they will defend it just as passionately. My social psych lecturer funnily enough used Twilight as an example for conformity, she said because so many people like it, if you said to someone you didn't like it they would pressure you into conforming and saying you do like it.
This is just another example of how important conformity is in society, and people will conform even if they personally disagree because the fear of social marginalism is so great. No one wants to be an outsider, thus we conform :p
Over obsessed fangirls and fanbois are pressuring conformity through aggression, not the best way to go about it though.

Well, considering the only people who would actually like that crap are the 'popular' genre of teenagers, they already feel a need to force conformity on other people I suppose since they are already the ultimate conformists.

As always the societal marginalists like me, and associated freaks win the not sucking at life competition again!!! yay for me :D
