Of Love and Hate
Ian Dmitri Love and Veronica Viola Hate...two people of whom you wouldn't EVER think of putting in the same sentence. Yet their worlds were soon to be intertwined in a very strange change of fate...
Intro Part 1: Ian's happy sadness...
You see Ian was a strange boy who got along with everyone and liked everything, he was open, and accepting to everyone. Never did deny a hand of friendship...he was a boy who could always find something to agree upon with you. There wasn't even that many people who didn't like him...well...I wouldn't say that, of course there were people who didn't like him, but anyone you meet has that. Ian didn't have much trouble at school, he did his work, listened to his teachers, heck, he even did community service on weekends. He was, in all aspects, the perfect young man...but...everyone has parts of their life they hide from the light, even if they seem so perfect and happy on the outside. What is within is another animal all together...the unhappiness in his life came from his parents. Now, the normality with which we find annoying in our parents don't come close to those of Ian's. Ian had a much darker problem...drugs...his parents used more drugs then any human being should even be thinking of. He had gotten his parents out of trouble once or twice with the police, but talking his way out of it. He loved his parents, no matter how terrible they were, and that was the end of it. Didn't mean he was happy about it though, no one even knew his parents, or had even seen them. He held fear within himself, so he held is friends at a distance and they stayed that way for an eternity...of course his perfectly balanced life wouldn't last forever. Things have a funny way of not staying how you want them too...
