Visitor Messages

I was talking to someone on the chat and he said he couldn't post visitor messages. I wanted to know if there are requirements for that function.

It was me she was talking to and I can't start threads so I couldn't ask. Thanks YniYni for asking. I was thinking it was because I hadn't had enough posts or something like that but I tried searching it but I didn't see anything that would tell me what the problem was. So I wasn't sure and I was checking to make sure it isn't a bug.

yes it is, because visitor messages are not filtered by anti spam filter.
