Mr. Greenspun said that the FDA ban is simply the result of his jealous competitors manipulating the system:

"Monster Candy makes wild monsters submissive, that's all. It was tested and found to be harmless to most other creatures" he said. "Certain other shopkeepers conspired to make the FDA ban the substance before it's even released."

When asked about whether the ban will affect the release date of Monster Candy, Mr. Greenspun answered: "Bah, humbug. No FDA ban stands against the Bunni King's approval, and he likes the idea of taming monsters with candy instead of gems. Monster Candy will be released as scheduled, and the FDA can stick their ban you-know-where."

If you read the previous post carefully, the storekeeper never actually said that he got the king's approval, but only implied so.

Dangerous Monster Candy has been banned from the Kingdom

The furious king demands answers

It looks like Monster Candy disappeared from the Bunni Kingdom before it even reached the shelves - which might be a good thing both for citizens and for monsters alike.

According to an insider at the royal court, the Bunni King has received a trial box of Monster Candy earlier yesterday. He left it on the garden table, where Ms. Coriander was strolling around. She apparently thought the candy to be snack, and had a few pieces.

Her condition is unknown, but she is under heavy treatment. Earlier the shopkeeper Mr. Greenspun said that Monster Candy is harmless to creatures other than monsters. The Bunni King had a talk with Mr. Greenspun behind closed doors. Mr. Greenspun, a prominent store owner on Bunni island, was not available to comment.

FDA wants to BAN the Monster Candy

The FDA has banned Mr. Greenspun's access to food departments and factories ( that make food or ingredients). The FDA has proceeded to try and convict Mr. Greenspun of a National Security Threat.

If the Threat has anything to do with the pubilc's poor view of the FDA we may not be sure. The FDA also says that they have made some tests of the Monster chocolate and said that it makes zombie like effects and may even turn you into a zombie. How they got the Candy was unknown.
