Tree Rare Item Drop Rates

Do Plum trees really have a higherer chance of rare items like the decor items,pirates,pandas, etc or do they only give out more gems,wood,and stones? I'm thinking of temporarily making a huge fruit tree island but want to put trees with the best rare items drop rate

The pear trees drop the most chests,but not much are in them.I haven't gotten any of the new decor items from pear and apple trees yet,so plums are j00s best bet.

Ummmm rose said they were all random, so I can't say. You can take into fact, plums take longer to bear fruit then other trees, giving a scence of optical illusion. But I'm not saying anything that I might have to eat later on... except CAKE! But yeah, I honestly can't say.

Well I'm the opposite of you, I haven't gotten much from plum trees, I think its because plums grow the slowest so I would get less.
