a think that tell how much deer/monster they are and were are they cuz it get pretty anoying when there deer/monster around but you dont know were are them

i just spend 15 min to find a deer X_X

They have little picture bubbles on the edge of your screen in the direction where stray deer and monsters are, you should just follow them.

I think the user's problem revolvwes around that.
There is a map feature to see all of your islands and see what is happening, you can still move in this feature.

Yeah, I know. I think he wants a deer face to appear and you just click it and all of em are dead. but that's too hard...
