I looked at the page about it on the bunni wiki but it's been deleted or something.

Yeah I can't find anything on the wiki either. You know for being a walkthrough there isn't really a walkthrough...

What you have to do is get 100 gems. These gems can be obtained by getting fruit trees, waiting for fruit to grow on them and then clicking on the trees. You will need a LOT of trees to get 100 gems.

Then you have to go and find the ghost bunny that is near the bottom island to the left of the map. Around there. You click on him and he will ask for 100 gems to open up Pirate Cove. You pay him the 100 gems and he opens up the island for you. The ghost might have been moved if you bombed him and clicked on the bubble.

Hope that helps.

unfortunately, your question's answer is a big fat no, shaking your fruit trees is the most reliable and only method of earning gems.

the more fruit trees you plant the greater your luck that will earn more gems compared to just having only two fruit trees that will take forever to give you more gems. true, this is so totally obvious but i just had to take the bait

Also wait until your fruit trees have 4 or 5 fruits on them, not just 1 or 2. The more fruit, generally the higher the chance you will get a gem drop.

I don't make the 'walkthrough' since I'm not sure what kind of walkthrough I should make while there was a lot of grinding included to get gems and this game aren't linear than most games with normal walkthroughs. But you can find all quest infos on quest lists, that should help.

The problem is that ghost bunni is misguiding, it keep saying the same thing even that you already unlock part of pirate cove by doing monster quest, nuff said.

yes there is actually but it is selling thing that cost gems to Pete such as Monsters but now heres the thing... do you need more gems to open the cove or... do you need more workers? either way win-win worker=more resources faster sold monster=10 gems back and 10 gems closer

The beginning was a bit mean.

ACTUALLY, selling stuff and mining black hills are another way to get gems

I've been trying, but I can't get the Black Hills to give me any gems.

Black hills are in the middle, and yield only a small amount more than the gray hills, but you may uncover rare items.

from the walkthrough, whether this is true or not I do not know but I have never experienced this
