How do I move Pirate Pete?

I tried blowing him up but nothing happened he just stayed there. Is there anyway to move him?

You can't move him at the moment cause apparently it caused a bug, but it could be possible again in the future

If it's covered by other things, then just blow up the things around him and try to keep it clear. That's the best we can give you right now.
