You can save after you first click the tower of love I think, and i'm pretty sure you need to make a account to save

Where I believe myself an account to save the game?

Click on tower of love.

Click save and make your username and password.

Remember those username and password.

Next time you play bunni, pick the option that tells you if you know who you are and enter your username/password there.
