Its completely luck,you'll need to have shaken like 800 times by now. I had a giant orchid with like 100 plum trees and I got 2 pandas and 7 pirates @_@.
Do you need to do the put the panda to work quest?

Not sure you can complete the panda quest if you sell the panda that given by Peach.

Yes, if there are still fruits laying around on the ground then your trees are still not ready to shake up.

Just keep planting more and more trees, keep shaking and eventually you will get lots of Pandas. (And tons of other junk.)

Pirates on the other hand... :rolleyes:

I didn't start selling things 'til I had finished all the quests o.O, didn't see a need really until I started becoming overloaded by fruit trees.

well i had a panda but i cant pick it up it just appears with an arrow on the top of my apple tree but i cant pick it up how i can pick it up??? help please :S

All of them, what i have done is found about 5 of each and kept shaking them till there were more of those trees. once i had about 20 of each tree into seperate bunches on different islands. when i shake all of them 1nce i have some pandas, foxes, bunnis, pirates, rocks.................................:)

well, your apple tree is blocking you from picking up your panda.

so, all you need to do is bomb your apple tree so that you will be
able to pick up your panda.

do not worry, your apple tree will not be erased when
your bomb destroys it. you will be see your apple tree in its bubble and waiting
for you to pick it up into your inventory to plant again.

Personally, I don't see the need for pandas. Why have pandas when you have a bunch of monsters?

Pandas aren't that rare, with a couple hundred fruit trees you can get them in like 10 minutes.

Alright he only needed a panda for a quest, pandas are semi rare do to you can't buy them, but no one cares if you have them or not. (except samurai)
