So, what are your favorite and least favorite forms of life.

My least favorite are humans, and my favorite are plants, specifically trees.

Sorry, I find plants rather boring to be my favorites, but humankind in general is rock-bottom on my favorites scale as well. ;)

Aquatic microorganisms take the top place for me, seconded by coral reef fauna in general. Mushrooms take a close third.

I like aquatic life forms the best. I'd like to give a pic of which one's my favorite fish, but I think it would be breaking the rules.

I'd like humankind if they didn't mess up this planet.

Um..do the stars count?

dragons! mmm, I would say like wolf, rabbit, and cuddly furred animals but I think I prefer seeing trees a lot than any of those.

My less favourite are those variety of animals that produce loud sounds and smoke poo but I guess it is not really an animal. Ok, perhaps humans and most insects.

I wonder how many people are saying their least favorite are humans just to sound more interesting...

SiamJai

You wouldn't like it here then. :) It was sometime around last week when I've found a couple of cockroaches as big as my thumb, resting cozily high up on the sink's edge in a dark kitchen.

Life in the tropics. :p

At least you don't have the 1.5 inch long crazy mutant American apartment cockroaches.

We do actually... T_T

Not to mention crazy giant mutant spiders T_T

This here is a freakin golden orb web spider eating a rather large type of finch. A bird!!! True photo as well, happened a few months back.

And giant huntsmans that are... mostly harmless but scary as all hell T_T

They really do have health bars I swear to god... some of them are so freaking hard to kill you have to use half a can of bug spray just to make them flinch!!

You're lucky I had stopped eating a few minutes before I read this.

I'd say I'm unlucky.... XD

Speaking of eating with disgusting things, ever poured your cereal out of the box and had a masssive cockroach fall out with your cereal then proceed to run and jump onto you?

No Luckily my place is clean enough to only have had 2 roaches in a year and a half or so. Both were assassinated by my tentacle cat.

Oh god, now I have nightmares. I really don't like bugs, let alone arachnids.
The most disturbing bug book was an encyclopedia with a close up hornet head.

LOL ^^

*Makes mental note to get one of those front-panel-adjustable clocks*

My opinion on humankind has actually improved since my last post here. Or maybe it stayed the same, but I sunk lower instead. Haha.

Why do I get the feeling it's just you sinking lower?

Why is everyone putting humans? If you say you hate humans, that means you all hate each other. And-and you hate me! ;_; I for one probably love dogs more, but humans come a close second.
My least favourite is earwigs. We once had this project for a club I go to, where you had to make a miniature garden in a tray or pot. Then we were going to take them all to a craft competition. I made my garden in a large plant pot, and it had a loose sticky label on the side with my name. I left it outside in our real, fullsize garden until the day of the competition. When I went to get it to put in the car on the day, I noticed that something had been eating one of the plants. I dismissed it as nothing. Then we got into the INDOOR area of the competition and put the pot down, with a bit of a bump. The name-label fell of and about 60 earwigs fell out, making a mad dash, as their nest had been destroyed. Needless to say I had nightmares that night.

Bah, as far as I'm concerned, friends are no longer humans. I technically didn't say I hate humans either, just that they are my least favorite...

screwbaII
11-08-2010, 10:35 PM
Technically it also means you hate yourself. Being more technical if you hate humans you wouldn't try to make friends with any of them since you innately hate them. :p

I don't hate humans, I just hate stupid people. That encompasses enough :p

For me, having a low opinion on humanity in general doesn't preclude liking individuals. :)

Why do I get the feeling it's just you sinking lower?
Oh, so you saw the news (http://thailand-business-news.com/news/top-stories/19335-thailands-capital-is-under-threat-of-being-underwater-within-a-century) too? Oopsie. :o
