Bunni Island Wars! Sea

[Lovelight]

Lovelight twiddled her thumbs. She wondered what to do next. Lovelight sighed. She waited for the cook.

[Mkishere]

The cook came with waiters behind him carrying plates.

A steaming pig, whole with leaves around it an various spices on it was served in front of Inan.

A white creamy soup with delicious chunks of beef in it was served to Lovelight with a fresh salad on the side.

Salden was served another mix of veggies along with some seasoned chicken.

Salden took his fork and knife and cut the chicken, nodding at Lovelight. Inan took his bare hands and ripped the pig apart, devouring it limb by limb.

[Lovelight]

Lovelight looked at Inan. She put up a o_o face. Then she looked at the food served to her, right when she saw it, her eyes sparkled. Then her eyes went back to normal. She picked up her spoon and took a sip of the soup. "It's delicous." She took more sips and more sips until the bowl was almost empty. Lovelight patted her stomache.

Salden ate half of the chicken then started on the Salad. The cook stood next to Lovelight, "Glad you enjoyed it." He picked up the soup and nodded towards the salad, "Tell me if you want anything else." He walked off to the kitchen.

Inan finished then banged the table, "One more!" A waiter scurried to him and served him another steaming pig. Salden chuckled.

[Lovelight]

"Wait, what's for dessert?" She asked, trying to ask him before he walks back to the kitchen.

She looked at Inan. She sighed. "I'm here with a pig." She muttered.

[Mkishere]

"Yes you are, not sure that needed to be pointed out, " Inan said, referring the pig he was eating.

Salden sighed and finished the salad, then started eating the seasoned chicken.

"For dessert? Whatever you'd like." The cook said, turning back around.

[Lovelight]

Lovelight didn't say anything to Inan. Instead, she pulled out a book from her pouch and started reading it.

"Okay then.. I would like.... a half strawberry and a half cherry pie, please. In one plate." She asked.

[Mkishere]

"Very well then." The cook turned towards the kitchen.

"You should eat your salad, it's healthy, " Salden said, finishing his chicken.

[Lovelight]

Lovelight nodded her head. She was still looking at the book. Then she closed it, picked up a spoon and fork, then started eating the salad. She was getting full. So she put then fork and spoon down, then she started reading once again.

[Mkishere]

The cook put the pie in front of lovelight, then came towards Inan and served him 5 pies. The cook passed Salden and served him a Crepe.

"May I also have a bowl full of pieces of fruit?" She asked the cook.

[Mkishere]

The cook nodded and walked off. Salden looked up from his crepe at Lovelight, "Enjoying the food?" He asked with a bit of a smile.

[Lovelight]

Lovelight took another bite of the pie. "Mhmm." She did a slight grin. Lovelight took a handkerchief and cleaned her mouth.

[Mkishere]

Salden looked back down to his finished Crepe and leaned back in his chair, seeing as how much Medica was eating. "How do you eat so much, and not turn into that?" Salden pointed to Inan.

[Lovelight]

Lovelight shrugged. "I don't know." She replied. "I'm not a guy, unlike that person." Lovelight pointed at Inan.

[Mkishere]

Salden shrugged, the cook came over and took the plates, waiting for Medica to finish.

[Lovelight]

Lovelight finished the last piece of the pie. She patted her stomache.

The cook picked up her plate and headed back to the kitchen. Salden got up and went to the door, waiting for Medica to step through.

Lovelight stood up. She looked at Inan. "Tell the cook I said thank you for the food." She walked out the door. Waiting for Salden's orders.

Salden stood and wiped his mouth with a handkerchief. He picked up the plates and carried it to waiter. Walking over to Medica, Salden walked out the door towards the war hall.

[Lovelight]

Lovelight followed Salden.

Salden paused at the door and turned, "Why do you think we fight in this war? The reason?" He paused.

[Lovelight]

Lovelight stood there. She never thought of a reason. Looks like she had to take a wild guess. "To stop the enemies to stop attacking us?" That was her first guess. "Or to be free?"

[Mkishere]

Salden leaned against the wall and looked towards the ceiling, "Hmm, stop them from attacking? Tell me. . . do you know how this started?" Salden shifted his gaze to Medica.

[Lovelight]

Lovelight turned her head away. "No.." She said. "I'm not very intrested in why we are in war. I just want to help people." Lovelight turned her head back. Then opened the door to the war room.

[Mkishere]

Salden looked at Medica and followed her, "Helping? War doesn't help people, the sad truth is it helps ourselves only." He walked up towards the war table and looked down.

"The Ceri are starting to die down, Prein has offered the white flag, " Sid said, looking up.

"Hmm, take the offer, start moving in troops to watch over the Prein and Inan shall be appointed to watch over the Prein for now."

"Alright sir, and the Rabbits are starting to be defeated by the Wolves at a steady rate, as well as the Feorn by the Lizards. Everything is in our hands."

"Hmm." Salden moved over to the map and looked at the border between the Feorn and Ceri, "Send some spies over to the Feorn and Ceri, we need to watch over them, in order to be informed of an alliance against us." Salden turned towards Medica, " And we shall depart back to Befin. "

[Lovelight]

Lovelight ignored Salden's reply on the helping. She perked up when she heard 'Befin'. "Okay. I wonder how the others are doing..." Lovelight wondered.

[Mkishere]

"We'll find out." Salden walked up towards Visir and offered Medica a hand after jumping onto him.

[Lovelight]

Lovelight was starting to feel like a lady. But didn't say anything about it. She grabbed Salden's hands, and hopped onto Visir.

[Riida]

"When is this going to end..." Riida said. Gazing off, he started daydreaming about his old life....

The ship was moving at a steady pace, the travel to Vuu was a few hours left.

Visir took to the skies and Salden leaned back on Visir. Looking idly out at the surrounding sky, Salden let out a yawn.

[Lovelight]

Lovelight sighed. She was bored of healing the same soldiers. Lovelight wondered if she can do one little kill. Medica rejected the idea. She could be betraying her medical way. Lovelight leaned back. Looking at the sky.

[Darken Sin]

A large smash is heard as the two ships head off, one with building material and the other with men. They headed south toward the toll known as Vuu...

I already knew the dangers in these waters. I have learned otherwise. We have set about to have a tonnage of cannonball with kiloliters of oil. I'll be waiting for you... Kyuu. Your move, you'll in check now.

Passing by Befin, I spot a ship heading toward Durnam. As the distance closed, I saw it as one of ours. I waved to the ship and exchanged conversation with the messenger crew. Riida was already there and another settlement... What could that mean? Well, let's see if we are allowed to grab a hold of Vuu or if not, conquer it.

Visir came near Befin and circled it, breathing in the air of his home. The dragon descended onto the island.

We met the coastal branch of Vuu's arm and saw the visible sand base. We head near it and anchored.

Takun set off full speed to befin in the gadessa, he stayed under the water and moved as swiftly as the sub would allow"

((sry for the double post)) Takun saw the shores of befin, and sighed in relief as he saw the dragon in the town, he docked the gadessa and took his men on shore

"This war is about the greed of land, also a bit of protection but we all thirst for power. Though, this war will not end until a victor comes into play." Salden looked at Medica, "And, our selfish selves would like us to be the victors. This war. . . is a spawn of our primitive nature. Wild animals fight those who invade their territory in the wild, say the felines we evolved from do so. We're not all that different. We cannot share our land, we want to rule it ourselves. The reasoning for war is primitive. . . " Salden trailed off, rethinking about why so many he knew had to die for such a reason.

"I see." Lovelight said. She didn't look up though. Lovelight closed her book, leaned back, and watched the clouds flow by the sky.

"Tch." Salden brushed off the thoughts of his past and leaned back, closing his eyes he listened to the wind blow past him. "Ready?"

[Lovelight]

"For?" Lovelight looked down at Salden. She looked up again. Then started reading a book.

Takun was making slower progress on his way back to vuu it would seem that the current was against him

"This, " Visir said, speaking up suddenly. Visir plummeted straight down in a 90 degree angle, "Hang onto your book, I might've flown a bit too far, time for a sudden landing." (To the Vuu thread!) Salden casually lent Love a hand as he held onto one of Visir's horns to keep from flying back away from him as he plummeted straight down towards Vuu.

Lovelight continued reading her book. She leaned back.

I tweeted about in my cell. Finally, I was captured. Wounded like a wolf. Trapped in a limbo... the funny thing, I feel like this is just a beginning of a new adventure. I took out the same pen as I used to write this journal.. I signed off my signature of my first adventure. This time, my plan has been perfected... To Stor, to the key of the long lost dragon. Just as I have suspected. Now, where could I find a blasted revival book in Stor's library...

Rogar grabbed L'Xele's pipe and grasped it. The battered Seadogs have seen a lot. They eyed each other. They knew that battle was already hopeless. This however made them more alienated with the other races. Rogar and Tessa... in their mind are the only one of another species to be trusted.

Elision a captain of the ship walked to Rogar's side, "So, successor, what do you think we should do? Should we seek revenge and destroy the bases in Befin and Jersun?"

"No, Elision. The fort in Befin is too fortified to attack, Jersun is too dense. We should hurry to Durnam to set up more colonies at the southern beach and northern desert. I have a Rock Turtle to talk with in the Desert. Until then, I have been studying a special thing that could be of use..."

"And what is that?"

"A hot air balloon. A thing that could fly..."

"You mean... like the dragons?"

"Some what. We do need some flexible wood and skin like material."

"Then let us go to the capital of Seiwan, we should tell them of L'Xele's capture, the attack that Vuu has indirectly made, and the fault of attacking us. They have already planned on attacking us BEFORE we set fire on their forests...."

"Yes, we shall have revenge on Vuu later. We shall destroy the city and murder it's inhabitant. They have already chosen war before us. We shall end war once we kill it's leader, Kyuu. Mark him a Wolf's head on the bounties."

"Yes sir!"

After a day, they reached the town near the inn... [DURNAM THREAD]

Rogar's ship sailed off toward Seiwan...

Zappel got on his boat and used his awesome powers of storms and thunder to cuase a storm to blow its wind to spped his progression to Befin

Zappel headed towards ardoun, once again using storm power to speed his voyage(when i get close, u will be able to see the storm approaching

Elision, Tessa, and the five other members waited as Rogar steered the boat toward Vuu.

Elision questioned him, "How would we sneak up on them? They easily spot us as we entered the harbor last time..."

Rogar turned around and replied, "That was because the bay was wide, and anyway, it was day time. This mission will take on at night; this time... We'll hit the under armor of the town itself!"

Elision thought for a second and nodded. He then inquired, "But the sub, how is it generated?"

"We can easily examine it when we get back to Seiwan. We would, of course, drop me off while you turn the air balloon back. The light would be covered due to the clouds, light, and tray. We can see them; they can't see us."

"But sir, in this route, we're not heading straight at Vuu, we're heading tow-"

"Toward Gershin." Rogar finished, "Yes, that's true. I believe that in their ranks, there is a possible chance that there is a magician in there. I need to be cautious. Tessa once knew a few renegade magicians in the pirate towns in Gershin. Isn't that right, Tessa." He glanced at Tessa.

Tessa just rolled her eyes and replied, "Yeah, whatever..."

"Okay, Elision, we'll be looking for a certain storm magician. He's skilled in both tactic of air and water. Nice duo of skills. We can also safely drop us off in the air. Now, let's head into this danger zone."

So the ship entered into the pirate area and headed for Gershin.

Scooting to the hot air balloon, Ferris examined the box. He drank a bottle of scotch and told Rogar, "Hey, Rogar. Something's wrong with your gust theory."

Rogar turned back from his driving, "What's that?"

"Well, first off, the whole thing is complicated; the amount of matches needed to make a powerful vacuum to circulate the carbon gases and void out and take in oxygen would be tremendous. Anyway, the gust wouldn't expand as much of a punch, you know what I'm saying?"

"Yes, go on."

"Well, I could with this invention."

"Really now?"

"Yeah, with a quick seal seal slapped on the bottom; me inside the basket, I can channel out defenses if anything shot us down."

Rogar thought for a minute and nodded, "Good job, Ferris. Thanks for the help."

"No prob, I always have a fond of gadgets because I'm mostly neutral, this seal would do a balance job." He moved to Rogar's side. "Bad news, I don't know anything on Seals.


"Well, we just need to find someone who could..."

Elision came forth, "Rogar, we all know that we shall go through the absent of sun. This would be dangerous right? The enemy would easily spot us; the land would be unknown."

Rogar replied, "That is up to you with your keen night vision. The enemy would never have guessed that it is anything that is a machine. You are just standstill while Ferris drop him and I down slowly with the wind. He would condense it to make it a walkable surface."

"Okay then, Captain."

Then Ferris barged in with another comment, "We could always send me as scout. I could examine the place by morning. I am not even renown. They would just accept me in as a washed up sailor. I am a tad worried about another magician who could sense my aura. That is not of concern when all I could, again, do is tag a place with a seal that has a fixed time. Using that ability, the seal could give off a signal on which it would envelop a flare or signal. Again, no seal knowledge..."

"Damn! What to do... No sealing magic, no plan. There got to be a way to make this work.... Do you know any teachers?"

"Nope, nothing."

"Well... then we could either go with two other choices. Find someone in our travel, which is highly unlikely, or find an ancient being who knows magic..."

Tessa entered the conversation, "Like our old pal, Rock Turtle?"

"God, why didn't I think of that! Let's go to Durnam and pray to god that he would still be there! To Durnam's Oasis Town!"

Zappel and the settlers headed out to Befin set on a new Vuu colony

Rogar headed toward Stor for clues on what to do now...

"MAE! What's the meaning of this!" Panrich yelled at the top of his lungs.
"What happened!" Mae burst into Panrich's quarters almost out of breath. The tar-black hulled ship was cutting through the water at a slow speed, for they knew not where they were going to go.
"You know what happened!" Panrich yelled.
"No, I don't Master!" Mae firmly defended.
"Well it turns out a little someone, " Panrich looked at her for a quick second before picking up a book, "Stole one of my pieces of fruit, I thought you told that new worker the rules!"
"I did! I can't help how much he listens!" Mae dropped to her knees and put her head down.
"Well... there is only one punishment for stealing aboard my ship... You know what that is right?" Panrich smiled.
"Do you really have to do It?" Mae looked into his eyes frightened.
"Well... Since he has only been aboard for 2 days I guess I could spare him..." Panrich laughed with his mouth closed.
"Oh thank you Master!" Mae smiled.
"but he can't go unpunished... Tell Lanc to give him 10 lashes with the whip of his choice!" Panrich smiled again.
"Yes... your Master." Mae said as she got up and quickly walked out the door.

Out of the blue Duce yells, "LAND! I see LAND!"
Panrich calmly got up and walked out of his cabin, "Good land or bad?" Panrich said.
"Good land, Sir!" Duce replied, "There is a forest!"
"Good, good... Well take us there full speed! Shouldn't take to long." Panrich said.
Then there was a crack of a whip against skin which made Panrich smile knowing the new lad was getting his punishment.
"Mae... My quarters! Now!" Panrich said.

Frank was out at sea in a small rowboat. The waves were beating him ferociously, he was shivering because of the ice cold water. He kept rowing forward while coughing. He was sick with an unknown disease he had never caught before. (H1N1) A few minutes later his boat struck a large rock that was protruding out of the sea, it sprang a leak in the boat. He climbed onto the rock seeing as the boat would not last much longer.

Mae walked into Panrich's quarters this time. He was sitting in his chair looking out the window, "Yes, Master?"
"Shut the door." Panrich said and Mae shut the door. He stood up from his chair.

Rogar went back and picked up Ferris in Durnam before heading toward Seiwan.

Panrich walked over to Mae and put his hand on her cheek pushing her head to the side a bit. "How many times do I have to tell you... that when your in my quarters, alone with me, you don't have to call me "Master"."
"Well im just so used to calling you Master everywhere else that I forget."
"Even if you do forget... don't."
"I will try my hardest!"
Panrich laughed, "You always look so cute when you do that."
Mae imediately blushed, "Your to kind!"
"No... I am just looking at a very good-looking woman who is close to my age."
Mae said nothing, she just put her head down blushing.

Sid was sailing the high seas, though his ship was in trouble.

The rabbit had embarked to Reidan to do some scouting, though unfortunately the winds would not let him and his five men crew to do so.

"--Sid! The navigator has no idea where these winds have taken us, what in bloody scheme monkeys are we to do?" asked the quite timid cat. He wore a crooked hat that he was currently trying to keep from the gusts of wind. His green eyes looked pleading as he asked his captain what was to be done.

Sid cursed and slammed the wooden railing with his organic, non wooden, hand. "I'm to die to nature, rather than a cannonball to my side. I'm no experienced sailor Deki, I'd only tell you to shoot your arrows at the storm's face in anger."

The storm loomed up ahead, a surge of blue lightning rode down from the clouds and clashed with the ocean every few seconds. The wind grew as the small ship was pulled closer in to the center of the storm. The dark waters laid in wait for them, its mouth drooling for their plight to the bottomless sea.

Deki squinted at something in the distance, "Sid! Sid! What is that up on the horizon!?" Sid glanced over, it only made his stomach wrench over in pain from the feeling of devastation.

"It's a whirlpool, a giant, deadly, whirlpool."

"Whirlpool?"

"Whirlpool."

Foam rose from the swirling waters, and if one were to see the whirlpool clearly they'd see something rising from the waters and jumping back in. Tons of fish clamored to try and escape the trap, attempting to go higher only to meet the air in which they could not breathe. At the bottom of the pool resided a beast.

A voice reached out to Sid. Come join me at this bottomless pit, you may offer me some company. I already know one like you would have no intentions of freeing me. Your ship already is filling its will's content by coming closer, now just step over to your railing and jump. It'd be much easier for both me and you.

Sid stared intently at the whirlpool. He didn't say anything about it to Deki, instead he assumed it was his own imagination; or suicidal thoughts.

Then came a blue flash of light as the ship was engulfed, all at once the wind took away the sails as the sea brought out the ship flooring from under Sid and his crew. Falling back, Sid hit his head on something sharp with a clang, perhaps the cannon he was about to aim into the storm's face.

[Darken Sin]

Rogar twirled a pen between his hand. He sighed and wrote down on a piece of paper to his family in Aroan. He put it away in his cabin and grasped the doorknob. The ship moved steadily in the dark waters. Night has engulfed their travel. Rogar had Ferris stayed in Tessa room even though he complained it smelled too much like flowers. Ferris finally accepted it and started reading Chapter 1 of the book: Beginning Exercises. [Over 100 chapters...]

Rogar went out; he heard the silent sleeping of the areens and the crew downstair. The kitchen was deserted except for some fancy cold pies, cakes, etc. Rogar sat on the boat's rail and glanced at the endless sea. The moon shined brightly as he watched with enthusiasm. He sighed and rowed the boat even closer to Durnam.

Landing in the early morning, the ship debarked and off all the people go off for a vacation in Oasis town, now known as Lacerta, a prosperous trading mine city-town. They rowed inshore and off they went for a little vacation.

[Tahala]

Now Panrich and Mae had a little lovey-dovey relationship, no one on the ship knew about it. It was the main reason Mae never tried to escape or kill herself.
Panrich lifted her chin up and smiled, he brought her closer to him and laid on a kiss.
Mae of course knew he was going to kiss her, she wasn't dumb. She kissed him back. She loved Panrich, but had no idea why. He was kind of (TOTAL understatement) an evil man, but there was just something about him that she fell in love with. After the kiss she smiled at him, and he smiled back.
"Well... I better go and make you dinner." Mae said.
"I guess so." Panrich replied.
"See you in a bit!"
"I hope so!"
"The island is coming close! Shall we dock on the shore?" Duce yelled.
Panrich walked out the door and yelled back, "Yes! We shall stay here for awhile!" Mae walked out the door behind Panrich.
"As if we didn't know..." Duce mumbled to himself, "They only do everything together and sleep next to eachother."

In the afternoon sun, brisking the sea with it's heat, the trio watched the sky for anything. Ferris, Elision, and Rogar discussed on what they are suppose to do.

Ferris sighed, "Well guys... I have to break it to you, but it seems like I will be staying with you for a couple of years..."

Rogar turned around, "What do you mean?"

"Well, this book," Ferris pointed to the Seals Book," Really belongs to you, and messing with you isn't going to end up pretty. The other thing is that I need a good transportation to catch my kills. Other then that, you could get fifty of the pay. Besides, being just a renegade is boring."

Rogar smiled, "Then sure, stay in this crew. The only thing left to do is just go to a random land, and call it our safe heaven."

Elision entered with a statement, "Well, these five islands are already in a constant grab. Vuu is an independent nation, but with it's whimpy leader, it relies on it's founding nation, Arduon, which has the hold on Befin. Befin is the most strategic land, as it is in the middle. The Cerians clashes at Jersun. Strangely, it is the closest to us, but the furthest from them. This would make it a possible place to stay at. Durnam, is a lizard colony, so a no. Hemil, is just a wild area. There's myths of strange beasts. I think that is another no. The only place near is only... Jersun."

Rogar nodding, "Then we shall head there. Oh, and Ferris what's your bounty again?"

"Cristel, some chick got into a fight with some pirates. They want her dead." Ferris informed.

"Then we shall leave it at that. I wonder if we could enter Vuu now." Rogar sighed with relief, "Go break to yourself."

The ship has been modified a bit to suit the three crew members. Tessa has taken her things, and moved off to Gershin which leaved it to Elision to live in. Rogar took his belongings and moved to L'Xele's larger cabin to protect it's content. Ferris, happy to not be in Tessa's room, now resides in Rogar's bed. The loading bay now holds the three Desert Areens. The cargo bay still has it large quantity of flammable material and some food. The quarter is still neat and tidy, and all the food were eaten in the kitchen. The kitchen is just the safer meeting place. The barracks have just some weapons including L'Xele's cutlass. Everyone is satisfied and they moved on with their arrangements.

Ferris eyed the book he had read the days before. Now, it's time to start his training. He hold a wooden board and looked at the book. As instructed, he placed his hand on the board as he drew a perfect circle around the hand. Then he added the water marks, and pressure into it, the energy he stored. It felt like nothing; as he activated the seal, the boar quickly lift up a foot.

"Excellent, now time for the hard part."

[Tahala]

A pidgeon flew onto the mast of the ship, it had a note attached to it with the word "Patrich" written across it. Patrich called to it and it flew down. He read the note and yelled, "Turn the ship towards the mainland! Now! Someone is waiting for us..."

[Riida]

We set across on the high seas, coming back to Arudon.
"Aye, Sakel disappeared 2 years ago..." My cabin boy, Mattias said.
"Damnit, we could have used my brother...."
"Well, with those slaves that Misha has, he says one has potential."
"Hmmm, we should keep that one instead of selling them all."
"Speaking of that, we have some wolves that were delivered from the Iceland base."
"Good. We'll need them for our assaults. Any news on the lizard that was in jail?"
"No, Tsukiage. We've heard that he will be set free soon..."
"Oh..Hmm, guess we won't be kidnapping him either. Well, goodnight Mattias."
"Goodnight, Captain."

Five ships, and thats all. All headed on a direct course to Vuu. Five ships loaded with soldiers. Five ships lead by Patrich.
Patrich smiled and stood up, "I know how to do this now!" He grabbed a bottle of rum from the wall.
Mae stood up, "That's so stupid! It's not going to work!"
"Exactly! It's so stupid it WILL work!"
"You seriously think..."
"YES! You know I love you, you just have to trust me on this!" He took another glup of rum.
Mae grabbed the bottle from him, "I told you to stop drinking this stuff!"
"It's the only good stuff on the boat though!" He reached for it again, he was drunk.
"How many of these have you drunk today?!" Mae lifted it over her head.
"Only two..." Patrich reached up but fell to the floor.
Mae groaned and walked out the door with the last of the rum.

[Riida]

"Why did you have to wake ME up?" I yelled at the scout.
"S..Sorry Sir, but there are 5 unmarked ships on the way."
"Aggh....Get the men ready." I said, getting into my armor. Reaching for all my belongings, I went out on deck, and jumped on the fastest sloop. We set off out of sight of the five ships, as my Galleon and Sloop prepared for battle.

[Tahala]

Patrich stumbled outside because he heard shouting, a young fox run up to him and said, "Sir! two ships are coming this way! Directly for us! What should we do?!"
Patrich smiled, "Seems we have visitors? Fly the white flags and get the cannons ready!"
The fox was puzzled but yelled the orders to the ship and the four other ships.

[Riida]

"Aye...Better check up on the weapon development." I said, going to Jersun with my crew of 5.

[Riida]

Jersun was almost in sight. We would pull in after morning.

Kiss flew out of the dual door cabin, tumbled and rolled onto the wooden planks, and landed with a thud with her back slamming against the ship railing.

Ignoring the pain, she immediately stood and bowed, "I'm sorry!"

"What are you apologizing for now?" Sid asked almost annoyed, "Yet another woodchip almost hit me." He sat with his back towards her, and his eyes set on the night sky. Sid's supper sat on a table out on the deck.

"B-but!" Kiss stuttered, when another feminine, but darker toned voice interrupted.

"I thought I told you not to come in my room without knocking." The female bunny emerged from the broken cabin doors. Her serious green eyes turned plaid shortly.

"I'm sorry, Pane!" Kiss bowed again a few times.

"You want to know what that was?" she grinned. A shadow casted over her face.

"It was another failure," a deep voice gruffed behind her, "Now ... you're in my way."

"No one asked you..." Pane frowned. She stepped to the side, and from the shadows emerged a panda. A very tired panda.

"The food was good," the panda said briefly to Kiss before walking towards the hull.

"Thank you, Ivory," Kiss smiled.

"Anyway, I was practicing compressing air into a shield of sorts. It still needs some perfection though."

"You're going to need a lot more than perfection if you've only learned how to blow Kiss out of the cabin after all these months," Sid sighed, before continuing to eat his supper.

"That was her fault. That gale she just felt was my personal security system."

"Your what?" Sid turned around almost laughing, "You mean that sea horse?"

"I'm being serious! And it's a dragon."

"A mighty small one too."

"Look, I'll show you how much I improved!" Pane fumed. Without another word, she approached a nearby cannon.

"I thought I told you to put the cannon away, Ivory!" Kiss whined. Silence answered her, and she turned to watch Pane toss a cannonball into the mouth of the cannon.

The bunny struck a match, and lit the cannon's fuse. A few moments later, a loud boom echoed through the ocean air. The cannon emerged from the mouth with great speed, leaving a vestige odor. The ball flew almost perfectly straight. Pane threw a stone after it out into the sea, and from the stone emerged what looked like a seahorse with a levitating ring blade, looking like a halo above its head. The ring flew away from the seahorse and hugged the flying cannonball before it made contact with the sea, and forced the ball to smoothly move upwards in an upside down parabolic arc. When it descended the arc, the cannon ball was stopped an inch from the calm sea surface. It rolled towards the ship like a bowling ball.

"How do you like that, Sid?" Pane said cockily.

"Better than you were a year ago, but how are you going to get your little sea horse back? It's far out into the sea.

Pane's arrogant grin turned alarmed. Immediately, she rushed to the edge of the ship and looked into the dark. The whole ship jolted suddenly.

"That rolling cannonball hit the ship. Sorry."

"Ivory! Go grab some boards and head down to repair Pane's failure."

A year ago, when they all met. Sid and Kiss returned to Vuu after their departure due to not being able to tell from north to south, and because they had lost the map.

When they sailed into the bay, however, they heard a cannon fire. Immediately after that, a ball crashed right into their mast causing their mast almost to fall on them.

Though after some confusion, the two spotted where the cannonball came from: a freaky looking bunny now being swarmed by guards. The odd thing was that the guards couldn't touch her. Their weapons deflected off an invisible shield that surrounded her like a bubble. The other noticeably odd thing was that she had four ears. The rear ears was carefully hidden and camouflaged into the back of her front ears.

"Look, I was just borrowing the cannons!" the bunny yelled. She protested, but only brought more guards to try to arrest her.

Kiss looked at Sid, "Should we help?"

"If you want to," Sid replied, "we need someone to pay for the mast, anyway."

Kiss docked and descended the ship, and ran up to begin her apologizing frenzy to the guards. The guards scolded Kiss for not taking care of her 'sister," and left.

The bunny introduced herself as Pane. She claimed that she was practicing her defense magic with cannonballs. Kiss accepted the explanation even though she doubted it.

Pane apologized by trashing the already fallen mast by lifting it with levitation and dumping it into the sea, then literally traded it with a nearby ship. The mast tilted at a peculiar angle, but it still worked.

Somehow, Pane took this forgiveness as an invitation to travel with him on their journey. Sid didn't exactly like her at first sight, but managed to keep it to himself.

"So why did you want to bring her with us?" Sid grumbled.

"She said that she had nowhere else to go," Kiss replied.

"Hmm, I guess it's better if we had more company," he shrugged.

Overtime, the trio developed a decent relationship. Kiss would cook, Sid would take care of navigation, and Pane would always be cooped up in her room doing what seemed to be experiments. The new bunny did her best to contribute to the journey, but still had destructive tendencies, even if by accident.

[Mkishere]

Sid leaned on the ship's wooden railing as wind blew past his face, his fur being blown back a bit. The ship was smack dab in the middle of the Feire sea, and they were on their way to Stor, having accidentally taken a detour due to unfavorable winds. The wind was cold, as they were near the icelands.

[Darken Sin]

I and the strange harpist stowed away on a ship heading to Gershin. Waiting for the any sign, we looked out the window.

[Clandestine]

Kiss shuffled through the drawers looking for something warmer to wear since her thin dress isn't going to help her with the creeping cold.

She found a cloak that belonged to a mage. Without asking, she wrapped it around her shoulders. The white cat stepped out to the deck to see Sid looking beyond the sea.

"Are you hungry, Sid? I think I can cook something right now."

[Mkishere]

Sid shifted his gaze to Kiss, "Hungry? I'd appreciate some food, feed yourself first though," Sid said, when he noticed how kind that sounded, he said, "You'd cook my food with much more care with a full stomach." Sid knew he couldn't let the crew members think he was the kind of person who was easy going, otherwise his crew members might treat him with disrespect.

[Clandestine]

Kiss nodded slowly, deciding to ignore his condescending comment.

"I will, then. What would you like?" Kiss turned and headed towards the cabin.

"And by the way, why don't you come in? You'll get sick."

[Mkishere]

"I'm fine. And whatever you can cook up will be good, you never disappoint me." Sid said, after some coughing he decided to listen to Kiss and walked in.

[Clandestine]

As the duo stepped into the cabin, they noticed the panda sleeping in the corner as usual, and the strange bunny confined into her room as usual.

"I won't take long," Kiss bowed and disappeared into the kitchen.

[Mkishere]

Sid sat down and fumbled with his bow, waiting for Kiss.

[Clandestine]

As Kiss left the kitchen, a closed door across from Sid opened.

"When's lunch?" a voice whined, "And good afternoon, captain." A white bunny emerged from the myterious room and sluggishly closed the door behind her. She stretched, and sat next to the sleeping panda.

"Land's not near, is it?"

[Mkishere]

"About a day away, Kiss is preparing the food. We'll be at a round trip to Stor for trading, drop off some stuff we collected for money and restock on food." Sid said, he sighed and looked down at the wooden floor.

[Clandestine]

"Just another day," she muttered, "What's Stor like? I think this's my first time going there. It's not always this cold there, is it?"

The bunny took out a deck of playing cards at was laying around.

"Old Maid?"

[Mkishere]

"You might find this suprising but it's a desert island, thanks to the monsoon winds." Sid said, he tapped the floor with his foot waiting on the food.

[Clandestine]

The bunny tossed a deck of playing cards over her shoulder and looked down at the dry wooden floor.

"It doesn't look like it's going to be a desert island."

There was a pause of silence, interrupted by Kiss emerging from the kitchen with food.

"Sorry I took so long," she briefly bowed before passing the plates to Sid, the bunny, and the sleeping panda.

"Ivory, wake up," the bunny nudged the panda.

"Leave me alone, Pane," the deep voice yawned, and sat up drowsily, "G'mournin,' Captain."

[Darken Sin]

We, the unknown harpist and I, saw the incoming islands of Befin and Jersun. Leaning to port, we edged across the cargo bay and rolled over the open floor in the bright morning. Several sailors passed us by, unnoticed by our presence. We hid under the cargo until we saw the little rowboat.

Heading toward it, we duck right down on some barrels as some soldiers discussed on some issues, "So, heard anything from... Leodawn. He said something about getting them barrels back to the safe 'aven in Gershin."

I cursed. Leodawn, that sack of feces. Seems like he's still preparing for his attack on Stor. Wonder why he wants that area so badly... I ignored that fact and as the sailors passed us by, we jumped into the rowboat. I cleared my throat and murmured to the harpist, "Stay low, don't move or get any attention. Wait until no one's on deck."

Soon, most of the sailors disappeared as the sun reached its peak, noon. They went down for lunch including their helmsman. I took out a small knife and cut off all the ropes attaching to the boat.

We waited for the plunge to which a man called out, "WHAT'S THAT?"

Another replied, "Get back to eating, new guy!"

I sighed, "Okay, harpist. We just need to row. Take a paddle, we'll going west. Going to meet a friend there. Probably safe until we find a place for you to stay."

[jillie]

She took the oar, paddling in rhythm with him.

"you didn't answer me before..." She said, staring blankly ahead, " what are you planning to do with me after?.."

[Mkishere]

Sid looked at the food and his stomach rumbled, "Ah, thank you Kiss. Set it right here." He said, tapping a finger on the wooden table.

[Clandestine]

Kiss held a plate on each hand, and the other two on her arms. It was easy to see whose food was who's because of the different food amount and weight.

"Sorry if you don't like today's. We're running out of variety," she said as she placed the food carefully on the table. The food didn't look yummy, but the smell did. The magician immediately digged into her food, while the panda sat by idly.

[Mkishere]

Sid slowly at his food when the ship shook, he looked up. An explosion came from the far side of the ship. The archer dropped his spoon and stood up, grabbing his bow. Sid opened the cabin door and exited onto the deck. A massive dragon was perched on the mast of the ship.

[Clandestine]

The explosion caused Kiss to shriek (like a housewife).

Without another word, the panda grabbed what looked like a wooden pole and followed Sid, while Pane tried to get a couple more bites in before leaving. When Kiss recovered, she quickly grabbed her scarf that was lieing in thre kitchen, and ran out of the door.

"A dragon? When was the last time I saw those?" Pane asked, still eating.

[Mkishere]

"Possibly in a drawing, the last I knew there was only one dragon on the earth, this doesn't fit the description I was given. I was told Visir was a reddish brown dragon, this dragon is jet black as you can see." Sid said quietly, cautiously approaching the dragon.

The beast sniffed the air and turned, it jumped from atop the mast and landed on the deck, crushing the planks under its weight. "Hmm, I see you're disturbed by my presence. I'm simply taking a rest on this ship. I'd have better things to do than eat up some foxes, rabbits, and pandas." The dragon spread its massive wings and flared its nostrils, smoke puffing from them.

[Darken Sin]

After a long time and the sun nearly set, I ignored her question until we hit Jersun's bay. I then told her, "Now, you are free. Go south to the town of the cats if you want. That's all."

[Clandestine]

"D-did it just talk?" Pane stammered, "And that's just rude!"

"The ship is going to sink," Kiss wailed. Unlike the others, the panda had better things to do than comment pointlessly. He merely stood there with one paw on the pole.

"If it's just going to rest, we're not going to get hurt, right?" Pane said almost obnoxiously.

[Mkishere]

"The ship is going to suffer. . ." Sid said, trailing off. The dragon ignored the others and laid down on the deck, beginning to snore loudly.

[Clandestine]

Already, the deck seemed a little closer to the sea.

"So should we chase it off, or..." Kiss began, until Pane interrupted.

"Maybe if we ignore it, it will go away."

"It's already ignoring us!" the cat replied, "and it's a dragon that shouldn't exist; how can we ignore something like that?"

The unfazed panda turned to the captain, "Orders?"

[Mkishere]

"Return to the cabin, it can hear us." Sid said, turning towards the door. The dragon simply started to snore even louder.

[Clandestine]

Kiss ran into the cabin, and Pane and the panda followed.

"Why is there such a thing here?" Kiss asked.

"How should I know? We can assume that this is not Visir that the captain mentioned," Pane sat down, resuming her lunch, "We can also say that he's not threatening."

"Yet. What about the ship?! It's going to sink soon if that dragon doesn't get off."

[Mkishere]

Sid stepped into the cabin, "Well, it's a huge dragon that could very well kill us. Though we're only 30 minutes from the harbor of Stor, it will probably leave before we hit Stor because its full of lizards." The rabbit said, taking a seat to finish his supper, "So we just wait."

[Clandestine]

"Is the dragon scared of lizards or something?" Pane asked, watching Kissing watch the panda silently eat his meal.

[Mkishere]

"Well, I'm guessing he doesn't want to be around civilization, otherwise we would've heard about him long ago." Sid said, finishing his meal.

[Clandestine]

"I guess, but he would probably kill us thinking that we'd tell the civilization," Pane said finishing the last bite.

"But he said that he wouldn't kill us," Kiss said after the small pause. She finally started on her lunch, as the panda consumed more than half of his food.

[Mkishere]

"If he decides to kill us, we fight." Sid said, he leaned back on his chair, "Ten minutes."

[Clandestine]

"Sounds simple enough," Pane muttered. And with a simple gesture, a deck of cards that was lying in the corner levitated to her hand.

"What game do you know how to play?"

[Mkishere]

"Eh? I know none." Sid got up and stepped out of the cabin, the dragon was gone. Though the dragon left a mark on the deck, caved in planks where he once laid.

[Clandestine]

Pane slammed the deck of cards and looked in the direction of the deck, "Look like the dragon's gone, as you said."

"Should we ignore what we just saw?" Kiss asked when she came outside to gaze upon the bent deck.

"I don't see any reason why we should," Paine replied.

[Mkishere]

"We'll keep it in mind, drop the anchor Ivory! We're at the docks. Get ready to head in to Stor. Pane, go grab some of the storage sacks we need to trade. Kiss, you sit tight and don't break a bone." Sid said, he turned and jumped to the mast and held on, climbing up. The rabbit began tying up the sails.

[Clandestine]

"Gotcha' Captain," Pane said, and went to one of the other rooms to gather the sacks need to trade.

Kiss nodded and went inside to clean up the table.

Without another word, the panda gulped down the last of his food and headed outside and plundged the anchor that was laying nearby the hull into the crisp blue sea.

[Mkishere]

Sid finished tying up the sails and took some of the storage sacks from Pane, "Alright, lets head down." Sid walked down the lowered plank to the Stor docks.

Shortly after departure....We crashed due to a whirlpool...It's all fading now...I'm passing out on the shores of Vuu as we know it....Ah....the pain....

(Quitting BIW for now. Char is passed out on near where Kyuu will slide down the hill.)

Lady was still rowing slowly in the waters. She sighed. "I'll probably never find an island ever..." Her maid outfit was getting old. Lady's eyes were getting tired. And the poor little girl's hands were sore. In the distance, she saw an island.

"Oooh!" Lady was excited. She started rowing faster, water was getting on her dress.

[Clandestine]

"Finally. Food," Pane said sarcastically and seriously as she grabbed the food on the large tray.

Kiss delivered the breakfast to everyone, and Pane helped her throw the food up to the crow's nest where Ivory resided.

"I hope you like it," she would say with a smile to everyone.

Pane walked back to the cabin into that mysterious room where no one supposedly goes in. Ivory sat by, never straying his beady eyes from the sea, as usual, and Kiss stood next to Sid.

"Why to Vuu, Sid?"

[Mkishere]

"If the dragon attacked here, I wonder what happened at Vuu. I might be getting too nosy about these dragons though I feel an urge to find out more. Don't you?" Sid said, eating the breakfast.

[Clandestine]

Kiss gulped down some of her breakfast before answering.

"Yes...I hope everyone's ok," she said with an unfitting smile, "I suppose anyone would be curious."

[Mkishere]

"The breakfast tastes delicious." Sid said, with a smile. He finished eating and looked at the empty bowl. "Why did you choose to join my crew instead of staying at the Vuu town?"

[Clandestine]

"Thank you," Kiss smiled, taking the empty bowl from him.

"I don't know," she said, looking down at the opaque sea. It was partially true. It's been a long time since she joined, so she would've forgotten anyway.

"I don't know if I thought about this when I left, but you did lose your memory. It seems wrong to leave a man out into the ocean without help. I'm being helpful, right?" she smiled hopefully at Sid.

[Mkishere]

"Of course." Sid said, he sighed, "Though, you don't seem violent. Wouldn't you rather live a quiet life in a permanent residence?"

[Clandestine]

"I would rather live a quiet life, but not in a permanent residence."


"If I do, any something unfortunate happens, like having dragons burning my only home..." she looked up at the sky and smiled, "That would be really bad, wouldn't it? Besides, I enjoy traveling with you."

[Mkishere]

Sid couldn't help but let a smile come across his face, "A dragon burning your house hmm? Through all troubles, even if this ship gets burnt to a crisp. I guess we'll still be together. Though, you enjoy traveling with me? I need to give you more orders then." He leaned back in his chair.

[Clandestine]

"Ehh?!"

"W-well, it's not like I have nothing to do on this ship! I have to look after Ivory and Pane too!" As soon as she said that, she heard a low, muffled explosion coming from within the cabin, while Ivory groaned annoyed. A brief gust of wind blew in their direction.

"See, I have a lot to do, like clean up after her!" she smiled as she testified, "But then again, I guess I wouldn't mind a couple more chores."

[Mkishere]

"I order you to sit tight and take a break." He stood up from his chair. "Sit." He pointed, "Watch the ocean. I'll deal with Pane." Sid walked off in the direction of the noise.

[Clandestine]

Kiss frowned and sat down. She took off her hat and layed it in front of her, reminding herself to replace the missing daggers that had laid on the wide brim. Stretching, she laid back, and stared at the clear sky.

"This is a nice change..."

[Mkishere]

Sid knocked on the door, "What are you doing pane?" He asked, standing in front of the door with his hands in his pockets.

[Clandestine]

"Nothing special," she replied from the other side, "And don't come in, please."

"Oh sh--" another explosion along with the sound few glass falling erupted from the door. A nervous laugh followed.

"Yep, it's nothing. Why do you ask?"

[Mkishere]

"I hear explosions." Sid said, "I'm coming in." He put his hand on the knob and twisted it, pausing for a second for Pane's response.

[Clandestine]

"DON'T YOU DARE!" she yelled, and threw herself at the door.

"Captain, it's really nothing you need to see, you know?" Yet another explosion followed, and the gust seemed stronger than before.

"I'm just experimenting," she said after coughing, "Come on, don't you have anything better to do?"

[Mkishere]

"Nope." Sid opened the door.

[Clandestine]

Pane was pushed back, and supported her on the desk.

"Ehem," she gulped before looking away, "This isn't fair..."

The table that she held onto was covered by a bunch of scientific-like books, as will as a lot of chemistry bottles.

"Becareful. A lot of the vials have poisonous or flammable gas in there," she grumbled.

"Ok, can you leave now?" Pane said, closing as much books as she could.

[Mkishere]

Sid stepped in, closing the door behind him, "Don't kill yourself now." He looked around the room and took a seat in a chair. "Continue." The rabbit pulled out an apple and took a nice big juicy bite out of it.

[Clandestine]

Pane groaned quietly, as she picked up the half disintegrated books from the ground.

"Don't tell anyone about this, ok?" she said monotoned. She sighed at the fact that the only chair in there was gone. Note to self, GET ANOTHER CHAIR.

The bunny pulled off the cork from the vial, and then gestured her hands at it. A thin red ring appeared in front of her hands, and a fireball emerged, shooting the wall in front, and as a recoil, pushed Pane back.

"I hate the Newton Laws," she sighed, "That was supposed to be a wall of ice. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Oh yeah, and the smell is pretty stong," she said, holding her nose.

[Mkishere]

Sid continued to eat his apple, "Don't light the cabin on fire."

[Clandestine]

"I won't. I dampen the walls before I work," she said, "but there are after-affects."

As she said, the same ring appeared from the wall where the flame hit, and sent another barrage of fire perpendicular to the wall. Pane held out her hands, and held the fire back with the wall of compressed air, though it backfired and created another explosion instead. The smoke cleared down, and Pane sighed. It was apparent that she created an circular shield protecting Sid from the fire.

"Are you happy? This is going to continue as long as this Nitric Oxide lingers here."

A small flame ricochetted from wall to wall as it continued to die down. Finally, she clapped her hands against the wall, pressing the flame against the wall. Soon, the flame spreaded throughout the wall, following curved and linear path. It formed at looked like an outline of a rose and finally died, leaving the ashened outline of the flower behind.

"This type of fire can be manipulative. If I can send this orb of flame to the dragon's flame, I can backfire and magnify the dragon's flame. Smart idea, right? Although it should've been ice to nullify the flames first..."

[Mkishere]

Sid crossed his legs, "Quite risky don't you think?" He finished the cork and stood up. "A decent explanation of what you're doing. You should stop now and eat your breakfast, or read." He stepped out of the room.

[Clandestine]

As soon as he stepped out, she slammed the door.

From the other side, some muttering amongst the lines of "F--- Newton, why the hell does friction------ how should I reduce the force?" followed by a long sigh, and another small explosion.

Kissed walked into the cabin with three empty bowls in her hand.

"Is she ok?" she asked, and another explosion emerged, blowing her hat off.

[Mkishere]

"She's experimenting." Sid answered, "I thought I told you to sit tight and relax."

[Clandestine]

"I will after I take these in," Kiss smiled placing the bowls inside the kitchen.

"Besides, isn't it a little hard after considering that those dragons might be the cause of our future apotalyptic doom?" she came back from the kitchen, holding a half dozen small knives in her hand, and kneeled next to the hat.

[Mkishere]

"Heh, I guess you're right." Sid walked out to the deck, Vuu was in view. He took to the wheel and turned the ship towards Vuu. (Vuuuu thread)

[Mkishere]

The ship sailed towards Arduon. Sid felt eyes burning at the back of his head. Seeing as the ship was on course, the rabbit turned to see Pane. "Hmm, something on your mind?" The rabbit asked, walking over to her.

[Clandestine]

Pane shifted her position on her railing, and awkwardly looked away from Sid.

"Nothing special," she sighed, before giving a languid glare, "Why? Did something make you think that there was?"

[Mkishere]

"Simply the look on your face, " Sid answered, leaning against the rail as well. The captain let out a sigh, "I have a bad feeling about the oncoming slaughter of the dragons."

[Clandestine]

"Hm?" she raised her eyebrow, "What makes you think that?"

Why does he even bother venturing out then? Oh yeah: because he's bored and reckless as usual. Temeritous captain I have...

She let out a soft smile, which was something she hasn't done in a long time.

[Mkishere]

Sid shifted his gaze from the sea to Pane, "It's just my gut. Didn't you see how those dragons slaughtered at Stor?" She's smiling . . .

[Clandestine]

"It was just a couple of archers. Couple of useless ones at that," she said rather bitterly at how they died without much of a fight.

"I'm not suprised, I guess. They ARE dragons. How are we supposed to fight those, right?"

"But then again, if you ask me, we're not as useless as those archers. This can be... our chance to shine," her smile turned into a grin, before she released a sadistic cackle.

[Mkishere]

"You seem rather enthusiastic, " Sid mused, "Though, perhaps you're right. Then again, they're of ancient legend. I doubt we could do much." The rabbit smiled a bit, Pane's cackling and smiling amused him.

[Clandestine]

"Very!" she yelled as she laughed, before sighing of satisfaction. Randomly, she punched Sid on his shoulder, and laughed again.

"We'll give them a show for the world to remember! Let's not die trying, though, ok?" she grinned wildly at the empty sea.

Once she calmed down, she saw her captain smiling, and as a respond immediately turned away embarrased.

[Mkishere]

Sid chuckled, rubbing his shoulder. "You don't feel like dying in this? What's a more glorious death than in battle?"

The captain leaned against the railing, looking up at the sky, "Though, I guess you'd like to live out the glory and fame from fighting a dragon. Fame, if we're not enslaved by them."

[Clandestine]

"What's more glorious than dying in battle is living to disintegrate them back," she said, as if obvious.

"Don't talk about slavery like that," she lightly fumed, "It might actually happen if you talk like that..."

She spent her whole life achieving freedom, and won't let that freedom get taken away so easily. Let alone by a few pre-historic lizards.

"And what are YOU gaining from this, Captain?"

[Mkishere]

"Me?" The rabbit turned towards Pane, "The thrill of life. Besides, why not fight for the cause to keep us from being enslaved by those flying lizards?"

Sid smiled, "You don't want to try out your magic on those beasts?"

[Clandestine]

"I guess you're right," Pane said, smoothing out her four ears, "It seems a little wrong, for a bunch of flying lizards to invade for no reason."

"Besides, I did always want to try my magic on something other than the walls of the cabin," she added shortly, "Legally."

[Mkishere]

Sid leaned back on the railing, "Legally ... with the upcoming events, I doubt the law will be enforced very well."

The mainland came into view, "Aren't you hungry? Go ask Kiss to go cook something for the lot of us to eat. Don't be too demanding though."

The captain walked back towards the wheel.

[Clandestine]

"Right..." she said, and walked towards the cabin door. Before she was able to open it, the door slammed open, hitting the bunny's nose, and knocking her back.

"SORRY, I'M LATE!" a hysterical, high-pitched voice yelled, "The meat kept burning an--"

Just as Kiss approached the captain with the plate, she slipped on something(one). When she fell, the food spilled and skidded across the deck.

"Ah..." Kiss sat up, and was too dizzy to regconize the food's wreckage.

"Watch where you're going!" Pane yelped, rubbing her stomache.

[Mkishere]

Sid frowned, "It's fine." The rabbit knelt down next to the meat and picked it up.

"Wash this under half a barrel of water, then use your magic to heat it up again pane."

The rabbit looked up at Kiss, "Go ahead and rest, we'll be landing soon and if Pane fails to clean and reheat the meat, we can simply eat at a tavern."

[Clandestine]

Kiss tilted her hat forward to hide her shame and embarrassment.

Too shocked to apologize, she merely bowed her head and dashed off into the cabin.

"Good god," Pane muttered as she watched the door slammed shut, "She's always anxious."

As her captain said, she washed the meat, as well as the pieces of edible food, in the barrel of pure water, and later vibrated the water's molecules so that it boiled. She, then, sloppily dropped it onto the plate, and held it out to Sid.

"Is this any better than tavern food, Captain?"

[Mkishere]

"I'll save us some coins, take half the plate, I can't eat that all. Do I look like a panda to you?" Sid said, holding the plate back out to Pane. Arduon was only an hour away at this point.

[Clandestine]

"No, Captain," Pane sighed, and slowly, also reluctantly, consumed half of the plate.

Kiss came out periodically, still embarrased, to serve Ivory his share of food, and also to give out water to everyone. After such, she shrank back into the cabin.

"Remind me. What are we doing in Arduon?" Pane asked, pushing in the remains of the meat into her mouth.

[Mkishere]

"Checking up on things as we did at Vu---," As Sid answered, he was interrupted by a dragon swooping low over the ship, leaving the shore.

The beat of the dragon's wings spun the ship in another direction, "Pane, get to adjusting the sails, I'll get to the wheel," Sid placed the plate on the ground and dashed off, heading towards the wheel.

"Something tells me Arduon's been having quite a party."

[Clandestine]

"You're telling me," Pane grinned, as she went up to rotate the sails with the assistance of the panda.

Kiss rushed out of the cabin doors to see what in the world was rocking the ship at the time. She saw the dragon flying away from them at a distance and held onto her hat since the wind was still strong. The cat decided not to ask, and merely picked up the plate and carried it into the cabin.

"I feel excitement coming our way, don't you?" Pane said to Ivory, who merely responded with an emotionless shrug.

[Mkishere]

Sid immediately noticed bodies floating along the sea, "My god, what's this?"

The rabbit immediately ran to the side of the ship to get a better view, "Dead, lots of them."

"Pane! We're heading back to Vuu, this place is a graveyard."

[Clandestine]

"We can't go to see if there's any survivors?" Pane almost whined, though still drudgingly turned the sails back, "Be glad that Kiss isn't here to see this. She'd freak."

She ran to the edge to get a better view of the scattered floating corpses. It may have been her imagination, but she could've sworn that she saw a couple of them twitch. Rejecting the thought, she shook her head in sorrow, and returned to the sails.

Kiss emerged from the cabin, and noticed the ship moving away from Arduon.

"What's going on?" she said, gripping onto her scarf fearfully as she also noticed the floating objects in the distance, "Why are we leaving Arduon?"

[Mkishere]

"The dragons killed everyone on the coast, I've decided to go back and tell those at Vuu what happened," Sid answered, letting out a sigh. The boat was turned back towards Vuu, as the floating bodies were left behind.

"Good god, all that from a dragon."

[Clandestine]

Kiss stood there awkwardly, as she couldn't believe that the floating specks in the distance were all corpses. Recent ones at that. She took off her hat, and bowed in the corpses' direction and muttered a prayer. Putting on her hat again, she walked towards the deck, and looked at the crimson sunset.

Suddenly, the nerves grabbed hold of her legs, as she made a sudden realization.

"Sid, what if the dragon is heading to Vuu?!" Kiss yelled before fiercely pointing to the sunset, "The dragon was heading in that direction, wasn't it?!"

[Mkishere]

"If they are then we'll be there to fight," Sid said, showing no worries. The rabbit grinned a the horizon.

"Though, get ready to fight. You never know."

[Clandestine]

Kiss looked down, and sighed.

"I hope everyone's safe," she said, placing the hat over her head before headed towards the cabin. She wanted to believe that they'll be able to fight them off, but was concerned at when they'll be able to save Vuu. But then again, she acknowledged that they probably weren't even heading to Vuu.

"You two should get some rest then," Pane leaned forward on the railing, not bothering to look at them, "Ivory and I'll let you know if anything comes up."

[Mkishere]

"I'll stay awake, Kiss, go rest," Sid said. The rabbit walked back towards the cabin door and leaned against it, looking forward at the sea.

[Clandestine]

"You should go some sleep soon," Kiss smiled, "It won't do you good if you're dreaming about killing dragons rather than actually killing them." She disappeared into the cabin.

"How many dragons do you think are in this world now?" Pane muttered, looking down at the waves and ripples that the ship was causing, "We only saw a couple so far, but what if there's a flock of them somewhere out there. Do you think the world would be able to protect themselves from that?"

[Mkishere]

"Ten? Five? We could defend ourselves, though if they all attack in unison. . . I'm not sure," Sid answered. The rabbit sat down on the deck, his back against the wooden cabin wall. The sun was beginning to go under the horizon.

[Clandestine]

The crimson sun turned the sea and the rocking ship into its similar hue.

Pane sat down as well and leaned back against the ship's rails. "I guess we should train until then, since we're not so sure about what we're up against."

She yawned, and rested her arms on one knee. The bunny looked up at the archer.

"Sid, do you feel like training? I think we have enough room and time before we arrive to Vuu."

[Mkishere]

"You mean a duel? I know your training always ends up with a wall of fire," Sid said, he took a few steps towards his bow.

The recently departed ship slipped from the opening of Befin's docks, following three almost identical ships. Myles sat on a barrel, wondering where that dragon was in it's path now. "Probably on the island already..." He sighed & poured some tea for himself, taking a sip & calculating the distance between islands & what he'd seen on maps & how long it would take to get there. "So this is what travelling on a boat is like..." He put away his tea set, edged his way to the edge of the ship & stared down at the water below. "Ah! How beautiful!" He stared at the fish in delight, smiling happily as he let all of his worries melt away... Well, for the time being anyway.

[Mkishere]

"It'll be about an hour longer until we reach Vuu, though I hope we'll get there in time." A fox said to another rabbit.

[shinjumaou]

"An hour?" Myles looked over to the rabbit & fox having a conversation, being brought back to reality. "That should be sufficient time to practice using this spear... Is there anywhere I could train on this ship?"

Kair sat in a barrel, wondering where she was. "You stow away all of your life & this is what happens..." She sighed as she managed to squeeze her hand beneath herself & grab an apple. "om nom nom." She spat it out in disgust, squashing the apple against the wall. "Bitter!" She clasped her hands over her mouth, remembering to keep quiet. She listened in tension, hearing footsteps walk past. She gave a sigh of relief as the footsteps faded away. "close."

[Mkishere]

"Alright, lets haul this barrel into the storage," A fox said to another panda. The panda walked over and picked it up, raising it over his head.

[shinjumaou]

"E-eh?!" she shouted in her head. "Where are they taking this thing?" She poked her head out of the top of the barrel & was facing a panda. "um... H-hello sir?"

[Mkishere]

The panda dropped the barrel, suprised.

"What're you doing?!" The fox asked, "Don't tell me the barrel is too heavy for you."

The panda looked a bit angry as he arched his brows and said, "There's a girl in there!"

"Hya!" Kair jumped out of the barrel & ran to a nearby room, only to bump into a cat.
"Desu?" He was holding a spear & looked harmless, and that jewel he wore looked extremely valuable. "H-hey, get out the way! I'm being chased right now!" Myles looked at her, still confused by where this fox girl came from. "Are you a stowaway?" A vein throbbed in Kair's head as she got angry at this man's incompetence. "Ugh... Out the way, you idiot!" She drew her katana & hit him on the head with the back of it's blade (the blunter end). "I'm bleeding!" Myles looked left & right, worrying. "I-I'm fine, I can tend to myself!" He then tripped over without even moving. "That dumb cat..." Kair stopped running, and ran back to him. "Shield!" she stood behind him when he stood up. "Eh? Hello there, fox. Why've you come back? Is it because I'm bleeding?" He said it without any sort of worry, even though he had blood running down his forehead & was being used as a 'human' shield (if you can call him human...).

(Myles. He's so smart yet so clueless.)

"Brothers, I'd like to voice my opinion on our doings," The riddler said.

"More ramblings of how we should spare them?" Fraenur asked.

"If you put it that w----" The dragon fell out of the sky immediately, losing all movement and falling into the ocean.

"Sister?!" Visir swooped down in attempts to catch her but she fell too quickly and he cringed at his wing, Fraenur stopped him.

The three dragons swooped down, hovering over the water.

"They'll pay."

Captain Bern and his crew is sailing towards the islands, hoping to pilllage some more ships for some more goods "'Eh! Mr. gray, how we be farrin'" "We be farrin' good cap'n, normal spee', we shou' get to the islands 'bout 1 an' a 'alf turns o' the hourgla' " "Then ma'be we shou' spee' up a bit, eh?"

"Get the rascal!" The panda yelled, though he was cut off when they saw dragons fly over them. Four huge dragons. Staring at them, the panda saw one plummet to the sea.

"Cap'n, what the hell was tha'?" 'I think it was one o' them mythical beasts, the dragon. And i think isee 'bout 3 mo' of 'em. we mmight just have a fight on our hands, but try to stay clear o' 'em "Captain Bern told his crew

"What's happening?" Myles had a confused look on his face, mainly because strange things kept happening. First the dragon on the island, he had gotten extremely ill from it, then a stowaway using him as a shield, now there were more dragons, one which fell into the ocean. "I-I'm confused..." A vein throbbed in Kair's head. "You idiot... How can there be anybody more stupid & detached from reality than you?!" She quickly jumped up onto the roof of a cabin (or whatever it is) and began to pray in a foreign language. Most of it sounded like gibberish, derived from many other languages. After finishing her speedy prayer, she said something that they could understand. "Fox fire!" (no, not like Mozilla fire fox) A circle of purple flames danced around her, before they began to fly towards one of the dragons. "Curse!" She drew a small piece of paper from her clothes & slashed through it. "a seal is to keep demons at bay it seems... so what is to happen if I destroy something that should do so? Experiments see that a curse should be set upon something... I don't want pesky dragons to ruin my fun!" The flames disappeared into a fog. "Hopefully, that should ensure that it can't see correctly... Just that one though, since that one has the curse fog around it..." She quickly hopped from the roof, wrenched the cabin door open & closed it behind her, placing a seal onto the door as a barricade. "Lets see how they want to end my journey now!"

[Mkishere]

"What do you think you're doing?! You're drawing attention to us you idiot!" The panda said, yelling at the freeloader.

The fox dashed at the cabin door, pulling out a key he casually opened it. "This ship is from Serio's time. The keys are engineered to go through any barrier as they hold lingering magic in them." He kicked open the door and looked down on the girl, "Now, you'll be the first to get eaten by the dragon for tempting them."

The dragon turned, beating its wings at the fog, the fog was cleared. Growling, Fraenur swooped down at the ship, taking two soldiers in his claws he flung them into the ocean.

"You dare use these cheap tactics to defeat us? You must all be quite desperate!" Aethin yelled, she beat her wings at the ocean. Chanting in the ancient dragon language, she yelled out to her brother, "Clear the way. This shall end." A huge wave towered behind her, the dragons prompty flew above it as it crashed down upon the ship.

"What in bloody h--!" The soldiers were swept into the ocean as the ship overturned into the ocean.

"heh, don't you think that's what I wanted?! If I can use the right spells, I might easily have enough air to keep breathing underwater till I get to dry land. If I can breath even longer, I might get some treasures or something of value from the remains of the ship, being a stowaway will be even more worthwhile..." She let out a cliché laugh & uttered another prayer in the same strange language. "water block." A blueish aura surrounded her. She got a shock as the ship began to overturn. "A-agh!" She fell right onto fox, just managing to use her claws to cling onto the floorboards, climb up to the window which was now facing the sky & jumped out. "BANZAI!" She began to swim as fast as her body could allow her to, clutching a small cluster of coins which she managed to pickpocket from the other people aboard. Not to mention something that she had stolen from that absent minded cat: that jewel that he wore & seemed to pride in so much. 'Now you won't need something so trivial as something pretty, so I'll be relieving you of this & selling it off.' She though to herself, suddenly noticing that he might've been useful. 'Ugh... maybe if I get the chance to, he'll get close enough so I can...'Suddenly, she ducked under the water as she attempted to avoid getting into the dragon's field of vision. Meanwhile, Myles was still standing there in a daze when he noticed his jewel was gone. "M-m-m-my! My jewel's gone!!!" He started to panic & thought of how close that fox had gotten to him. "grrrrr...." For the first time, he was actually getting extremely angry. And at a girl too. Suddenly, the ship began to overturn, as he hadn't noticed that the dragons were near & that he began to heat up again. He made a dash for the prow of the ship as it began to overturn. "If I can jump at just the right moment, I might be able to jump far enough to catch that fox!" he made a jump into the water, not taking how cold it might be into account. His conciousness slipped away as the water became even more violent & the cold starting to take effect. Kair suddenly swam up to grab him, uttered another spell & tied a tag onto his foot. 'You'll probably wind up as the same place as me, or visa-versa...'

The three dragons turned, flying away to their abode.

[Mkishere]

A day had passed... they had come back for more.

The four dragons dotted the horizon, this time they had brought another.

"Xag'nos... I trust your claims of the strength of your magic to be true. We'll be facing an army. Calling upon the waves should swiftly take them out as they're on ships," Visir said.

"No worries, brother."

[Clandestine]

Kiss looked out over the railing of the wooden sail, simply gazing over the peaceful horizon. She had a slight feeling that some disaster would befall upon Sid and his crew, but ignored the feeling.

Pane and Ivory were in the cabin, doing something useful as usual, and as for Sid... well, who knows. At the end, Kiss promised to yell out in case she saw something interesting.

Something interesting did happen. There was a large shadow that faded in the horizon, and Kiss convinced herself that she was extremely tired, and that she only had to hold the post for another half hour.

It was odd, however. No matter how many times she blinked or rubbed her eyes, she still saw the same thing, only the size expanded at an abnormally fast rate. She realized that what she saw was real, and it was only until the wind coming from the wings of the dragons blew her large sun hat into the blue sea that she realized it was too late.

"S-SIIIID!!!"

Sid stepped out of the cabin, and looked at Kiss, "Yes?" He asked, as the wind blew past him.

[Clandestine]

"S-sid, there're dragons over there!" she flung her pointer finger in the direction of the amassing shadows.

"They are dragons, are they?"

[Mkishere]

"Yes.... they're dragons. From the looks of it." Sid let out a sigh and turned his back to the island, "Turn the ship around. We're not heading to Vuu. It's... too late."

[Clandestine]

"That's terrible!" Kiss cried, "If we're turning it around, where are we heading to?!"

"Isn't there a slight chance that-?" She knew that it was hopeless, but didn't want to accept it.

Ivory, who calmly overheard their conversation emerged from the cabin and turned the wheel.

[Mkishere]

"No... we're heading to..." Sid paused, "Of course..."

Sid took to the wheel, turning it southward.
