Salden looked up, he was too exhausted to do anything else. He closed his eyes, and rested as the others did who knows what to try and save him from death.

Takun carried Salden back to the Gadesa and put him down gently.

"The arrow is very close to his heart" Kyuu muttered cursing his luck "Takun I need you to go and grab the anti-infection balm and 4 large bottles of the spring water!"

Takun went and came back with the supplies

"Ok Takun on the count of three I need you to rip out the arrow in a very strait direction." Kyuu said "1....2...3!"

Takun ripped the arrow out and Kyuu instantly started pouring the spring water strait into the wound and it slowly started to seal up he then spread the anti-infection balm on the cut that remained They then bandaged him up and put him on the small sleeping mat in the Gadesa

"is there anything i could to help"Fenaris asked, not knowing salden well but still seeing some of himself in him(im saying that the second time)

[Mkishere]

Salden grunted when the arrow was pulled out, before he knew it his chest was feeling agonizing. But the spring water started healing his wound, he let out a deep breathe and began resting again.

"Go tell umm.. Mirage that we are taking him to vuu" Kyuu said befor he jumped in the Gadesa with takun. they then submerged and headed toward vuu

"k" Fenaris said, sending Jerle to tell Lovelight that salden's going to Vuu(remember, he still has an injured leg) Fenris and Carsy start going to their ship and ready it. they bring it round to where salden's crew is, but where salden isn't, so he can pick up Jerle.

[Lovelight]

"Thanks," Lovelight hung her head, "Take care of him for me."

She looked away, and headed back into the forest.

Fenaris, Carsy, & Jerle all got on their ship & asked salden's crew if they wanted a lift to Vuu.

seeing as nobody was calling back, Fenaris decides to set full sspeed ahead to Vuu(sea thread)

(( That's the same way Steve Irwin died, he would be better if the arrow was left in for now but oh well, Jack and his Healing Water will Save the Day! ))

"Hey bunny!" Ray said to Lovelight "If you want to come we can go on my ship and we will get there within hours.."

"I guess," Lovelight said, "There's nothing for me here."

"Lead the way."

With that they two headed to the boat. They would probably get to Vuu an hour or 2 after Kyuu...

[Xaozaddiction]

"HEY!" Xaoz yelled as he saw lovelight and a stranger walking towards a boat, "lovelight, if your leaving im going with you, im not staying here all alone again." He said as he got close to them.

[huggyboo]

"Hey guy the boat barely fits two and we need a doctor"

[Xaozaddiction]

"i will make it fit 3! im not befriending the boars on this island.!" Xaoz said, really not wanting to stay on hemil any longer.

[huggyboo]

"Either the you wait here or you wait here and have a broken nose."

[Xaozaddiction]

"how about this, i tie myself to the front of the ship?"

[huggyboo]

"No now bunny if your coming let's go if not then don't follow me"

[Xaozaddiction]

"*sigh* YOU BETTER COME BACK >.>"

[Lovelight]

"I'm for tying him into front of the ship. He can be the 'mermaid statue' like in Pirates of the Carribean," Lovelight said, "Or to the rudders, same thing. I feel kinda bad for leaving him with the boar..."

"He'll be fine alone, let's go"

Xaoz sighed, he knew they wouldnt come back for him and he started to head down the beach to were his ship was and try to get to vuu.

[Xaozaddiction]

Xaoz arrived at Hemil (for the second time) near saldens ship. once he got off his ship it fell apart, due to the poor craftmanship of it. Xaoz just sighed and set up a camp near saldens ship and started to sharpen his sword.

Salden let down the plank, "After you." Salden leaned against the side of the ship and waited for Medica to walk down.

[Xaozaddiction]

Xaoz heard something outside, he got up and went outside his tent. He saw Salden and lovelight dock and start coming off their ship. "Salden your alive!" He said as he ran over to the ship.

[Lovelight]

"Thank you," Medica bowed and walked ahead of him.

"Yeah, he cheated death twice. Isn't he lucky?"

[Mkishere]

"Lucky. . . if you put it like that. . ." He trailed off and walked down.

[Xaozaddiction]

Xaoz hugged them both "What took you guys so long, an dmore importantly why the hell did you leave me here alone in the first place."

[Lovelight]

"I honestly don't remember," Medica said, somewhat feeling awkward about the hug.

"Anyway, I see you weren't eaten. Good job."

[Mkishere]

"Hugs. . ." Salden said, he never got hugged so it was awkward for him. He stepped back, "Lets get back onto the ship."

[Xaozaddiction]

"Yes lets." Xaoz was happy to see them again, its been like a week sense he saw them and had to be eft alone on Hemil.

[Lovelight]

Medica smiled, before boarding the ship.

"So..where are we going now?"

[Mkishere]

"Befin." Salden said, "Now lets get off, I just remembered our ship is here." He waited for the 'women' to walk off first.

Jack had awoken after a while. He was on his ship alone, and he saw Salden's ship leaving the Island. It had been a while since he was on Hemil. He remembered the mountain and the strange liquid so he decided to check it out.

[Lovelight]

Medica got off the ship. Even though...nevermind.

"Looks like we're gonna have to cross that dreadful forest.."

[Mkishere]

"Dreadful? I'll take down any Gigan Boar that threatens my medic." He said, trying to reassure her. He walked on towards the forest.

[Xaozaddiction]

"wait, why do we have to cross the dreadfull forest?" Xaoz said wile he followed

"dont worry, if any evil things come i will protect you." Xaoz said wile he caught up to them. He started to get hungry and he took some apples out of his bag. "any one want an apple?"

[Mkishere]

Salden's stomach groaned, he reached into his pocket and there was nothing. He kept going on, not asking for an apple.

[huggyboo]

It had taken a little whil but Jack once again found the mountain. He once again trekked up the mountain. He was a little surprised once he got to the top. Nothing was there... no guy, no puddle, no hut. Just a flat mountain top.

He walked to the middle and he noticed 1 lone pebble. He picked it up but the second he did the mountain started changing. Where he was standing started lowering and when he tried to move he noticed his feet were being held down somehow. He kept lowering for about 5 minutes before he stopped.

He had closed his eyes but when he opened them he was surprised. He was in some jungle almost identical to Vuu. He was able to move but he didn't even see the top of mountain. He wandered around the small clearing he was in before noticing a path.

He walked down the path until he came upon a small shrine and there was a sign there like the one on top of the mountain.
The sign read "Should you wield the weapon within, you must fight yourself. But before you can wield the weapon you must find yourself..." Quite confused Jack opened the smal shrine and inside it was a Naginata.

Jack went to grab the object but the second he touched it and immeasurable pain coursed through him and his vision went black.

By the time Jack came to, he wasn't in the mountain anymore. He was in the desert. He got up and felt the desert sand beneath his feet. He was in his old clothes and he wondered what what had happened.
'You are being tested'
"Who was that, where are you?"
'I am speaking through your mind, i am the spirit of the Naginata.'
"So why am i in Stor?"
'You are not in Stor you never left the cave. this environment is of your own creation based on your past.'
"...Ok, then why am i here?"
'Since you are trying to attain my weapon, you must confront your past. Spiritually and Physically. You are now in the spiritual part of the test.'
"So what do i do?"
'You must relive your past and realize your mistakes. Or else you will never wake up.' and with the the voice went silent. And Jack's life flashed before his eyes....

[Mkishere]

Salden went up to the wheel, "Take down the anchor Xaoz!" He shouted.

[Xaozaddiction]

"Right away." Xaoz said wile running to go to his job.

[Lovelight]

"Is there anything you want me to do, Captain?"

[Mkishere]

"Sit tight and don't die." Salden said, turning the ship towards Befin. (TO THE SEA THREAD)

[huggyboo]

Everything was hazy when Jack got up. He had just relived his life in his mind while he had been asleep for 1 hour. He finally managed to stand and his vision was normal now.
'You have done well young one but if you wish to fully obtain me you have much to go through'
"Such as?"
'Grab me and you will find out'
So with his instructions Jack carefully grabbed the Naginata. He flinched expecting something to happen but nothing did. He shrugged and went back to the lift before he heard. 'Your test begins now...'

Jack had gotten out of the mountain with the lift and he had just finished climbing the stairs when the ground shook and Jack turned back to see the mountain crumble inward. Jack finally stopped staring when the mountain was but rubble. He decided not to dwell on it and took the long walk back to his ship.


Back at the rubble, a dark force begins taking form...

Anubis's ship arrived at Hemil. "Where are we?" asked Viola. "Welcome to Hemil my friend" replied Fennec smiling. It felt good to smile again. Finally they would live the life they always wanted.

[Ivernus]

As the ship pulled into the dock at Hemil, Anubis took the chance to look around, he hadn't heard to much about this place nor had he visited it himself and was curious about its nature. As the boat came to rest, Anubis took the opportunity to head over to where Fennec and Viola were standing, "You know your way around here Fennec?"

Zappel and his new crew pulled up to the same place where Fenaris and the same crew docked at before. But now Zappel is going to try to tame a gigan boar

She looked surprised "No! Of course I don't silly, I've never been out of Stor, but only heard of these islands. You should know that, since we have known each other since we were kids. Viola nodded, they had all known each other since they were hatchlings. "Where's Nohman?" asked Viola, "he should be asking for food right about now".

[zlyfire]

Zappel, knowing about gigan boars, goes off to look for a tribe of hemilians. he rounds the lake and find some. he goes over to them and say"Hello, natives. i was wondering if yall could teach me how to tame a gigan boar"

[Ivernus]

Shaking his head Anubis let out a soft chuckle, even after all these years some things still hadn't changed. "I think he said something about needing a minute to check the ship, he'll be with us shortly" while they waited he decided to ask "So do you know much about this island Fennec or is our knowledge still the stories we heard about it all those years ago?"

"I maybe know a little more about it than you", she replied smiling secretively, "I liked the untamed feel of this place, you know? I learnt to read a little, and then read about the islands. They all sounded exciting and new.

"I'm going to go check on Nohman and get some food ready" Viola said, leaving Anubis and Fennec to discuss the new island.

[Ivernus]

As Viola left them, Anubis hugged Fennec while they continued to talk "Well your right about that last part, these islands are definetly new and will hopefully be interesting". Rubbing her head for a minute he finally asked "Your not too mad at me for breaking that promise are you?"

Fennec looked down and then back up at him, "Why did you do that to me" she said rather sadly.

[Ivernus]

"As I said I didn't do it on purpose, I was caught up in events beyond my control". Looking down at Fennec's face, Anubis knew he was going to have to explain the situation in full to her. "While I was on your way to meet you, there was a brawl from a bar that spilled onto the streets and alot of the surrounding people including me got dragged into it." Sighing, remembering the chaos of the fight. "With so many people in the fight it was only natural someone made a mistake and got killed...and when that happened everyone involved got dragged into the courts to have it sorted out, and THAT is no quick matter"

[screwbaII]

"I knew you would come and look for me if you really loved me" replied Fennec feeling a lot better and smiling up at him. "Perhaps we should get the others and start looking around nearby for a place to set up camp?"

"That sounds like a good idea" replied Viola, popping up behind them grinning. "Glad you two sorted it out, I mean otherwise how awkward it would be for me and Nohman if you guys were hating on each other"
Fennec laughed, "I don't think we could ever hate each other" she said. Viola grinned and went back on the ship calling "NOHMAN! GRAB SOME TIMBER AND GET DOWN HERE".

[Mkishere]

The tribes raise spears, "Ehhgh Puu Ehn so." A good number of them have paint markings on them, they're being protective.

[zlyfire]

(y cant you make them speak, uhh, usual language lol. can i understand them?)"Umm sorry. i didnt quite catch that. Can you repeat how i can tame a gigan boar?"Zappel said, trying to be polite

[Mkishere]

"Ehhhh Chuta!" One of them threw a warning spear near your feet, "Guuu!" He waved his hands in a motion as to telling him to go away.

[zlyfire]

"I can tell you want me to go away"Zappel said politely, starting to turn, but going slowly

[Mkishere]

"Wait. . ." A tribesman stepped out, it seemed he understood your language, "What use do you have of a Gigan Boar? It's quite a dangerous thing to have, we protect the secrets of taming them. . ."

[zlyfire]

Zappel turned around"someone once told me that they can increase nature magic if one was to tame it"Zappel told the tribesman who understood him"And, if you let me know the secret of taming them, then i'll guard the secret within my heart"

[Mkishere]

"That is untrue, the beast is a weapon of war, a biological sword." The tribesman walked closer to him, "I think you do not want to have such a thing on your hands, at any moment can it kill your allies and turn on you."

[zlyfire]

"Really, then i have been lied to and i'm sorry for wasting your time"Zappel said as he headed back to his ship."Lets go"Zappel said to Carsy and Jerle"Did you get what you need?"Jerle asked."No"Zappel responded, summoning up a storm to 1)speed their movement away from the island and 2) to get back at the natives

While they waited for Nohman to arrive, Anubis and Viola both went over and grabbed the pre-packed camping supplies they had near the ship ramp. Once Nohman did arrive, they all made they way off the ship, heading into the depths of Hemil Island to explore.
"So any of you have a good idea of which direction to head?" Anubis asked

"I think we should set up camp near the ship" replied Fennec shaking her head, "that way we have a base camp to come back to when we go exploring, and we can keep an eye on the ship".

[Ivernus]

"Thats probably a good idea, lets spread out and see if anyone of us can find a good camp site, don't head out to far though and don't get out of all of our fields of view"

Fennec went to the left and Viola headed straight forward. The forest was rather dense, but they kept an eye on each other.

[Ivernus]

Watching as the two girls went left and straight, Nohman went right and Anubis decided to wait where he was, heading back to the ship would be pointless, and in his position he could form a point of reference to anyone who moving back.

Fennec, not having found anything headed back to Anubis and happily bounded over to hug him.

Viola shifted her direction a little to the left and found a clearing in the dense woods. She looked back and saw that they had a vague view of the ship, although a little obscured by foliage. She headed back to tell the others.

[Ivernus]

Hugging Fennec back, Anubis watched as Nohman came back aswell "No luck with finding a spot?"
"Not unless you like sleeping on jagged rocks Captain..."
"Well lets just wait, perhaps Viola had more luck than you two"
Turning the direction that Viola had headed, Anubis attempted to gaze through the foliage to spot her

Viola jumped out of the bushes, "boo!" she said smiling, "I found a bit of a clearing not too far in. You can see the ship at least". Viola went and stood against Nohman.

Finally all their dreams were unfolding, their plotting and scheming now come to an end.

"Anubis.. captain, we should be making camp with haste" said Fennec, "the day is not getting any younger!" Picking up some timber that Nohman had brought off the ship for firewood, Fennec headed toward the clearing Viola had mentioned.

[Ivernus]

Laughing at Fennec calling him captain, Anubis helped Nohman pick up the rest of the gear as Viola began to lead them through the woods, falling into step next to Fennec he used his free hand to rub her head gently "Well you seem quite happy Fennec, finally glad to have this opportunity before us after so long?"

"Just over a week is a long time Anubis?" Fennec asked smiling and putting her arm around his waist.

"A week isnt to long to wait after we've already waited most of our lives for this chance" Anubis replied, hugging Fennec with his spare hand "We had always talked about doing this and it's good to finally get to do it"

Fennec thought back about when they were hatchlings again and all 4 of them laying on the sands out of view of anyone, sharing dreams and secrets, and planning their escape. It had taken them years to save up enough for a boat and then when the time came, Fennec was the only one who arrived. Filled with despair she had fled, but then was found, and here they were, starting a new life on a new island. "You're right, and we wouldn't have had to wait even that if I had not run away"

[Ivernus]

"I don't blame you...it was to long extra to wait after the years we had waited plus no one else did turn up on time. I can't blame you for feeling lost and sad after that happened". Putting down the camp materials, Anubis and Nohman began to set up the campsite "Say while were setting up, why dont you tell us what you got up to Fennec? How did you end up on that other ship?"

"I stowed away on their ship when they left for Durnam, and then when I was making a break for it at night I tripped on some stuff and they found me.... then I made up a story about how I was lost in the desert for days and they offered for me to join their crew. I... don't think they liked me much, I was really depressed at the time." Fennec explained.

Viola started preparing to cook a meal, "I'm glad we had that naval battle distraction" she said, "I'm so sick of all the fighting and violence. Let's hope those battles don't reach us here".

[Ivernus]

Starring at their ship through the foliage, Anubis replied while Nohman gave Viola a hand with the food "We can hope they don't reach us for awhile but, eventually the fighting will even reach here, so lets enjoy these moments of peace while we can."

Fennec lit a fire on the pile of logs and kindling they had set up so they could cook a meal. "I agree" she said, standing up, "we should enjoy it while it lasts. I think tomorrow we should start setting up a proper dwelling area, and then after we have finished doing the basics we should put up some defenses, then I guess we should explore the surrounding areas, so we can be prepared for anything that might come this way." Fennec was always the organiser, and was good at planning ahead. She was the one who set about coming up with the details of their escape to a new life.

Viola set about putting a pot over the fire. "I guess I probably should find some sources for food nearby", said Viola.

[Ivernus]

Listening to the girls talk, Nohman spoke up when Viola went to leave "Theres no rush Viola, come on lets just spend this night relaxing and worry about everything we have to do tomorrow, don't you agree Captain?"
Chuckling softly, Anubis suddenly remembered what had happened last time they had decided to explore late at night and the confusion that had lasted till dawn "It probably is better to wait, besides im sure theres no rush"

"Alright" replied Viola sitting back down next to Nohman as they all sat around the fire, keeping warm as the sun sank below the horizon.

Fennec remained silent sitting next to Anubis and sighed, enjoying being in the company of her friends again.

After a week or so of chopping trees down for wood and clearing, the company of lizards built their first 'house'. It was a simple 2-room flat-like construction which Fennec suggested should go to Viola and Nohman, as she didn't mind waiting another week or two for another house.

After another 9 days the construction of their second 'house' went up, in close proximity to the first, but at an angle. They were fortunate enough to have not been found by any boars, and basically were undisturbed for the most part. The resources around their new homes were sufficient enough to live off for the moment, in which Viola always managed to make some kind of meal out of whatever was available.

Near the coastline, a puzzled seagull pecked at an unusual box with it's containment, a map. It seemed to be a sketched by L'Xele Firubir...
