If you successfully completed the quest Hired Monsters, then you already unlocked Pirate Bay.

Talk to the ghost once you have 100 Gems.

Where is that ghost bunny?

There are several ghost bunnies, but the key is to look near islands you haven't unlocked yet. So try looking in the south east for the one's your looking for.

When I built 20 holy statues and 40 gem statues? I doubt it. And I sold all my pandas to slavery already. Hehehe..

Although I'm not sure what happened to the pandas really, I just hope they got forced into slavery.
