photo album won't take image!

I've tried to put an image into an album I've made, but it won't accept it. I've used photoshop, the file is jpeg. and it's all the same as the last image I put in an album. And that went in fine! It said it was missing a security token, but I don't know what that means... I've tried multiple times, and I've sent a message to an administrator, but I'm posting here because I haven't received any sort of reply on how to fix the problem as of yet.

One possible cause is the cache. Empty your browser cache (or try another browser) and try uploading the image again.

Also, what's the size of your JPEG? The error could occur with large files. If the file size is rather large, do a test upload with a smaller pic and see if it works. If it does, then the solution is to reduce the size of your first pic. I can help you with that if that's really the problem (Photoshop is not optimal for web image export).

clearing your cache is basically deleting all your cookies. If you use IE go to tools, on the general tab there should be 'browsing history' and then you just go to delete, it brings up a small menu about what you want to delete (saved passwords, cookies etc.) Just delete everything, unless you want to keep your saved password infor and stuff then just untick those boxes, just make sure you get rid of the cookies.

if u do not care about quality of picture, u can save ur pic as jpeg over and over again to reduce the size of picture.

othrewise i recommend u to use Gif( support 256 colour ) or PNG ( high compression(?) ability , true colour )

when save as Gif , colour might change a little , but much better then JPEG .
Png is smooooooooth even after save . but if the colour of pic is vivid or e.t.c , the size of it will be biger then Gif ..

hopefully u can upload ur image XD .

Cache refers to website elements that your browser stores in your harddrive for fast retrieval (mostly images, media and html). Cookies usually store session information like login status, preferences etc. If you delete your cookies, you might have to login to all sites that you were automatically logged in before.

I recommend clearing your cache first and see if it helps. If not, clear your cookies and see if that's more effective. (You could manually find and delete only the cookie for this specific forum, but it's a bit complicated.)
