Hello my fellows of this awesome forum. i have decided to remake the family rp thread for absolutely no reason :3. So, here it is.

There can be multiple families if one wishes, but they have to be in the same area, ei Family 2 lives next to family 1, which is across the street from family 3, etc, but up to 4 families allowed, becuase we dont have to many rpers on here anyway.
family= 1 adult OR 2 adult OR 1 adult x Children OR 2 adults x children.
pets are applicable to all family types.
have to be 18+ to start your own family
keep in line with the normal forum rules s'il vous plait.

House: a simple 1 story house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one kitchen, a dining room and a main room(has the TV, couch/lazy furniture, and fireplace), closet in each room and a coat closet connected to hallway, which connects the bedrooms, and a bathroom(other bathroom is in master bedroom, which is my room) to the main room. has a back door with a big porch and a front door with minimum porch. 1 acre of land.
Other:reads a lot and owns a library that specializes in fiction books, but not much nonfiction

Description(Physical): Around 3 foot boy with eyebrow length blonde hair. Stunning Blue eyes and peachy skin that isn't to tan or pale. A soft round nose and thin eyebrows. He has clean skin and has no scars or scrapes. He is average weight and not to fat and is not to thin. Soft hands with round fingers and hands that look as if they have never worked in their life. He is usually wearing a button up collar shirt covered by a sweater, but it varies from button up shirts to polo collar shirts. He is usually wearing jeans or kakis. So in others words, an perfect looking boy who is very cute! xD

Description(Mental): Bright, smart and always ready to learn. He is often seen reading books or wandering through a forest cataloguing birds. He is a great debater and has many good points.

History: I don't know. Maybe, left by his mother on the door of a librarian who raised him drawing and many philosophical books? And then when the old man died(when I was around 5 1/2? Otherwise the debating and reading sounds ridiculous.) and I was adopted.xD Sounds mystic I know, but that's what I came up with. xD

Description(physical): Jet Black hair with faded blonde highlights. Green eyes (contact lenses, normally light brown), and a short-rounded nose. Tan skin with no scars or imperfections. Somewhat muscular, but no above average. And height of 5 ft. 11 in. Slight Asian features...barely noticible slanted eyes :3
Description(mental): Easily tempered, but quick to cool down. Smart enough, but finds school as a time-waster. He loves piano and music and is a professional oboe player. He spends his free time skateboarding, playing the piano and oboe, and composing. Dmetri started learning Japanese when he was 10, because he was so interested in his family's culture. He can now speak Japanese close to fluent. but not very flowingly...
(Since Cthulhu joined as a mother, and I am biological son, I needed to change a few appearance things :))

(i'll describe the house in this post)

Tom pulled up infront of his new house. It was + shaped, with 5 rooms on the bottom floor and 5 on the top floor. It was painted a light green, and the window panes were white.The roof was angled up, and it looked like there was also a small attic. The house didn't look that big, even though it had 10 rooms, not including basement and attic. He stepped out of his truck, laptop in arm, admiring the view. He fumpled in his pocket for the keys, found them and unlocked the door, and stepped inside.

Well, it's saturday, so camille has gotten up before her husband to make the family pancakes :3...but being crazy as she is...she's made about 20 too many D: at least they are delicious chocolate ones...with yummy fruit on top x3

Indigo was lying asleep in her basket, when the smell of delicious pancakes woke her up. She yawned. She got up and stretched, and wandered over to the kitchen to beg.

Hearing footsteps coming down the stairs, Indigo ran to greet Zach. She wagged her tail and licked his hand. She was about to head back down, when she realised that there wasn't much point. She wasn't allowed pancakes, or any human food, and she wouldn't get fed until after breakfast, most likely. She turned round awkwardly. Whoever invented stairs didn't have four-legged creatures in mind when they drew up the design. Indigo nearly fell down a step, but managed to keep her dignity. She galloped upstairs and barged into Daniel's bedroom.

Daniel looked up from the book he was reading to see Indigo come galloping into his room. Since he had already dressed, he slid down from his bed and walked up to Indigo wishing her good morning. He patted her back and started walking down to breakfast. But first he whispered to Indigo If you sit under the table, I might be able to slip you some breakfast. He said it with a smile and started to skip down the hall.

Indigo didn't know much English. She understood her name and the word 'breakfast' and that was it. However, she just about got the gist of what Daniel was saying through his actions and his cheeky smile, so when they got downstairs, Indigo went under the table like usual, but positioned herself so that Daniel could reach her if he wanted to.
((I'm pretty sure we're allowed to talk. Apart from me. Because I'm a dog. And dogs can't speak.))

Dmetri's alarm went off, he woke up,lifted his head, put the snooze button to good use,and layed back down. His alarm clock went off and he got up, unplugged the clock and went downstairs with the hope of pancakes, and it was. :3
He went into the kitchen, with his hair a mess, His white tanktop was crinkled from the way he was sleeping on it. You could see his light brown eyes behind his black glasses (He hadn't put in his green contacts yet) He really didn't care right now, the ring of the alarm clock was still going on in his head and he was focosing on getting that off of his head. He was a little irritated, and didn't want to be messed with.

Being a newer home, the house already had furniture. THe fridge was emprty though, so he made a mental note to go get some food later. He set up his laptop on the couch, and updated his blog.

Daniel skipped into the kitchen and saw his mom making pancakes. "Ummmm... Yummy." Then sat down and placed a few pancakes on his plate, remembering to slip a pancake to Indigo. "Thanks, Mom. This is really good." Daniel finished his plate and then informed his parents he was going out. He ran to his room grabbed his pencil and drawing pad and walked to the front door. "Indigo, you want to go on a walk? Huh? Want a walk?" He smiled at her and walked out the door hoping she would agree. Daniel walked down the street until he came to the library, he was tempted to go in, but he carried on going to the edge of the forest. He sat down on his favorite rock and looked around. He saw a grouping of Chickadee hanging around a Ever green. He started sketching, enjoying the days sun and bright skies.

Dmetri promptly said "Good Morning" to his family, put 2 pancakes on his plate, drizzled about a 2 second squeeze of syrup on his plate, and ate. When he finished,he went to his room, got dressed fixed his hair.
(which I didn't tell how long it was. To clarify, His hair goes past his eyebrows, but he swerves it up to his above his eyebrows...I'll make a picture on on paint of how he looks)
He grabbed his skateboard, and book titled "Japanese Level II" and went to back into the kitchen. In the kitchen he told his parents "I'm going to the skatepark and the smoothie shop I'll be back around...uhh...I'll be back la- I'll call you." Without further notice he dashed out the door. He went to the skate park (as he said) and met up with some friends.

Ok, but I'm really not interested so I'm totally not going to take this rp very seriously. At all.

Age: 18
Person: Adult (fam 4) Lives by herself, no pets.
Description(physical) : Smokin' hot, ha ha ha. Dark brown eyes, long hair that has the colour changed every other week, but currently is platinum blonde with violet streaks. Average height, slender, hourglass shaped, wears clothes that accentuate her bodily assets. All naural of course.
Description(mental) : Very intelligent, sarcastic, selfish and manipulative. But to everyone else she's the nicest person you could ever hope to meet. ha ha ha. Can talk her way out of anything, or to get anything she wants.
History: Got kicked out of home for not sharing her lotto winnings, now doesn't have any contact with her relatives.
House: A 3 story mansion made of sandstone on a hill, about 5 acres, with a pool, and lots of stuff, basic rooms plus lots of other spare rooms.
Other: Has an apprenticeship as a tattoo artist, once she finishes that she plans on starting her own business. Recently won the lotto for 50 million dollars, hence the mansion and lots of stuff.

Chanda woke up, feeling awesome (as usual). It was a weekend, so she decided to go walking, threw on her iPod, took a sketchpad and a pencil, and headed to the local park, nearby the skate park, to do some more awesome tattoo designs, completely aware of all the usual staring from guys.

Indigo was a little confused when Daniel walked out, but heard the word 'walk' and her ears pricked up. That was nearly the first word she had learned, second only to 'Indigo'. She followed him past the library to the woods, noticing that he was carrying his sketchbook. That meant either a really good thing or a really bad thing. The good thing: He'd draw some bird or mole or something, and she'd be able to mooch around on her own for a bit, so log as she didn't go far. The bad thing: He'd want to draw her, and she'd have to sit still while he sketched all the curls in her fur. Luckily, it turned out to be the former, and she was able to go for a good sniff.
Being a dog, her sense of smell was very advanced. She didn't understand how humans could seemingly ignore some of the really interesting smells in the air. The main smell right now was tree. If she could be bothered, she'd probably be able to tell what sort of tree it was. There was a smell of sausage, probably hotdog, coming from the litterbin by the path. She chose to ignore it, she couldn't reach into the bin anyway. Beyond that was the smell of human - Daniel - and his clothes. The most faint was the smell of paper and lead from the pencil he was using.

Zavh decided it was time to start on his project. he went outside, after eating some pancakes, and went to his shed(workshop, but alot smaller, if you dont know what a shd is XD) and started building something out of wood.

Daniel finished his sketching and started thinking about some colors. He started looking around at everything going on well he thought. He sat back and listened as hard as he could. He heard teens over at the skate park and their skidding of wheels on the cement. He heard the whirl of a saw onto wood and he heard the chirping of the Chickadees he had been drawing. He glanced down at Indigo who seemed to be sniffing everything. He smiled at her and asked her, knowing she wouldn't understand,"What colors do you think I should use? Dark greens or light greens for the tree? Dark or light blue for the sky? Hmm...." He decided to make it bright and pulled out his paints and selected a sky blue. He started with his first layer, each stroke making him mored excited. Daniel did this for an hour or so until he had his first layers of everything and decided for a break.
"Come on Indigo." He beckoned at her with his hand and he started walking towards the library. "Maybe I can find a new book to read."

Tom sighed. He closed his laptop, and went out to his truck. He started it up, and went to the grocery store. When he got there, he bought some milk and other things, and went back home. When he got back home, he put a TV dinner in the microwave and started coding a new feature.

Indigo recognised that Daniel was talking to her, so she barked a response. She had no idea what he'd just said, so she hoped barking would be an adequate answer to whatever it was. She laid down and had a nap while Daniel got out his paints and made a start on the picture. The sound of Daniel putting everything away woke her. She followed him sleepily to the library, wondering if she was going to get a chance to have a proper run, or even a game of fetch.

On his skateboard, Dmetri came to a stop. He walked off the skateboard,then off the ramp. He promptly sat down by a shady tree and took his iPhone out of his pocket. He texted one of his very close friends to join him at the smoothie restaurant. His next stop was decided. He and his friend went to the smoothie shop, in await for his other friend, whom he had just texted. (for clarification: Dmetri and his friend [at the skatepark] went to the smoothie shop in await for his other friend? Dmetri walked in the 1950s style restaurant and ordered the "Watermelon Firecracker". He and his friend sat down at the nearest table. He was paranoid he didn't look good, and of course...his black hair came down past his eyes...he swept the hair back up, and waited....waited.....waited..."How long has it been? I can't handle this stress!" He looked down at his iPhone, 5 minutes since he looked at it last. "Oh wow. This is jank."

After a while, Chandra had sketched up a few ideas, and was beginning to feel a little bit thirsty. It was quite a hot day afterall. She stood up, smoothing her skirt, adjusted her sunglasses and walked toward the nearest street, seeing if there were any good cafes or bars where she could get a drink and perhaps a bite to eat. There were a few choices, but she decided on a milk bar and ordered a chocolate milkshake, and took a seat outside. Looking across the road she saw some skaters from the nearby skate park go into a smoothie shop. She smirked to herself as the waitress came out, and gave her a tip, then took a sip of her milkshake while watching the hustle and bustle of the people on the street.

Daniel, walked down the street, seeing his brother and his friends going to the Smoothie Shop and was tempted to go and join them, but thought against it thinking that Dmetri might make him leave, him being younger than Dmetri. He also saw a lady drinking a milkshake out side the Milk Bar, he had seen her before, but didn't know much about her. Again he was almost tempted to go and talked to her, but decided that he really wanted to go get a book. He finally got the library with Indigo at his heels. He looked down at her. The look on her face either said that she was tired or bored. Maybe after I get my book we can go to the park and I can throw some sticks for her. He said this to her hoping maybe she would understand the words park, fetch, and later.

He walked into the library and saw the young new librarian who had taken over after Mr. Slaus died. She was in her mid thirties late twenties, had long brunette hair and stunning green eyes. She wore her hair back in a long ponytail and had a small nose. He hoped that she wouldn't mind Indigo in the library. Just incase he gave a sign to be quiet to Indigo and started to walk in quietly. She gave him a look and then nodded as if to say it was alright for Indigo to come in. Daniel quickly walked to the New book display and started looking through them. There where a varieties of books, Fiction, Romance, Philosophy, Religion, Politics, Fantasy, Sci-Fi, and multiples of others. He quickly grabbed a philosophy books and civics book, titled "Down the Road of Naught" and "America's backwardness". Both looked interesting to him, but maybe not to others.

He took his books to the librarian and placed them on the high desk. She looked at him with a surprised look and asked, "Would you like these on your parents tab?" Daniel replied, "No, they are for me." Again she looked surprised, but stamped the return date on the card, and scanned it into the computer. "Thanks" Daniel said and then skipped out of the library. Once outside he said to Indigo, "Come on, lets go drop off my stuff at home, and then we can go to the park!" He started skipping home with a huge smile on his face and his art supplies and books in hand.

Dmetri looked out the window at his brother skipping along the street, he looked away and he said to his friend: "I guess he was adopted....He sure isn't like me..but I am 17, and he is only 6.....but whatev-HEY WHERE IS MY SMOOTHIE?" Obviously irritated, and also the fact it has been 15 minutes since his friend hasn't shown up. The front door of smoothie shop opened and there was Ricky, Dmetri's other friend. "FINALLY YOU SHOWED UP! Gosh what the heck happened did you get ran over or something?" Dmetri showed Ricky to his table and the three friends sat down and started talking about school and what not.

Daniel was correct, Indigo was bored. So when Daniel mentioned 'park' and 'go' and 'fetch' she yapped happily and got a bit more hyper. When Daniel headed upstairs to put his newly-acquired books in his room, she wandered round the house in search of attention.

"Well, err, alright..." Tom closed the door, seeing there was no way to say no. "If you go upstairs, you can choose your own bedroom I guess."

Sidoqui yawned and got up, glancing at her clock. "I'm late, I'm late! LUCY! Wake up! We've got to go!" She got dressed, went downstairs, then prepared 2 places at the table.
((Btw, Sidoqui works as a forest ranger, so she works every day except Sunday, and takes Lucy with her on Saturday.))

"Huh?" Lucy woke to her mother's shouts. She rubbed her eyes sleepily, and sat up. She grabbed some of her school uniform off of the floor, then remembered that it was Saturday. She sighed and threw her school clothes into the washbasket in the corner, and grabbed some scruffy clothes from he wardrobe. She put them on and ran a brush through her hair, and tied it into pigtails as she hurried downstairs.

Sidoqui poured 2 glasses of orange juice, then sat down and began to pour cereal into her bowl. "Lucy, how about we walk near the lake at the edge of the woods today? We might spot some water voles."

Lucy shrugged. "Sure." She took the cereal and poured it into her bowl. As she was adding milk, she lifted her head and said. "Mum? Can I have a puppy?"

"Maybe. We'll check the noticeboard at the visitor centre to see if anyone's posted about puppies." Sidoqui finished her breakfast, then began to get up, "I'm just going to brush my teeth, then we need to go. Start getting your coat and your boots on."

"I haven't brushed my teeth either." Lucy whined, running upstairs. Once she had done, she ran back down and zipped up her coat. She slipped her small feet into her walking boots. "MUM! Tie my laces!"

Sidoqui sat down and tied Lucy's laces, then proceeded to do her own, then getting her coat on. "Come on, let's go." She said, opening the door, allowing Lucy through first.

As Lucy ran out of the door eagerly, she spotted Daniel and Indigo walking into their house. "Mum, look! It's Indigo! What kind of dog is she? I'd love a doggy just like her!"

"She's a king-charles spaniel. I'm afraid we'd be lucky to see an offer for puppies to suit us, let alone an exact breed." Laughed Sidoqui.

"YAY, thank you" Katrina said, running up and hugging tom around the waist."By the way, if you call this number, my parents will give you all my stuff"She said, handing tom a piece of paper with a phone number on it, then ran to the bedroom closest to tom's.(she's gonna stick on him like a fly on honey)

"Might as well call it now..." he said to himself. He picked up the phone and dialed the number.

A distinctly drunk female answered the phone " 'ello. who are you and how you get dis numbar?"

"Uhh, I got it from your daughter, who I am now in possession of. Do you have her things?" He had a bad feeling that this wouldn't turn out well.

"yea, yea. keep her if you want 'er. i sure as 'ell dun. you can pick them up -says an address thats just comprehend able- as soon as you can" and then Katrina's mom hangs up. Katrina herself is just running all over the place

"I'm gonna go pick your stuff up." He said to Katrina, setting the phone down.

He grabbed his coat and walked out the door. He got in his pickup and drove over to the address, got out, and knoced on the door.

A slightly obese woman with a heavy musk of beer answered the door "you the dude that got my daughter? her stuffs over there" -points to the garage, which was opening showing barely anything. a bed with just enough covers to keep katrina warm in the fall, some clothes, enough for one week, and not much else.

"Thank you." he said, seeing why she would have ran away. He put her stuff in the back of his truck and drove back to his house.

Katrina ran to the door, seeing tom pull back up to the house with her stuff and waited by the door, bouncing up and down on her feet

Tom managed to carry all her stuff back to the house without much trouble. He set it in her room. "Hungry?" He asked her as he went back out to the kitchen.

Daniel, saw Lucy one of the neighbors who was really nice, and close in age. He waved at her and then ran up into his room and dropped off his books and art stuff. Seeing that Indigo had wandered off he grabbed a tennis ball and yelled, "Indigo!! Let's go play fetch!!" then "Mom!! I'm going to the park with Indigo!!" he walked to the front door and waited for Indigo.

"I'll make some scrambled eggs, sound good?" He asked katrina. He gathered the eggs from the fridge and got to work.

"YAY!" Katrina said. she waited patiently for all of 5 seconds, then got up and ran to her room and started putting things just right, even though she has barely anything

Dmetri was talking to his friends when he got a phone call He took out his iPhone and it read Kyoko (his friend in Japan, whom he befriended over the internet) "Moshi Moshi?" he answered. (Moshi Moshi is Hello in Japanese when you speak over the telephone) Kyoko started talking in Japanese...Dmetri answered "Whoa there buddy slow down!" Kyoko spoke in broken English-"I am come to America" Dmetri was excited, overwhelmed actually that his Japanese friend was coming to America!
He said good bye to Kyoko and started talking to his friends about Kyoko. They got up, and went back to the skate park...and kept skating. Dmetri and his friends were amazing all the little 6th and 7th grade skaters at the skate park...until Dmetri and his skateboard were in the air...he came back down and landed on his foot, his foot twisted in an unnatural way. "Hey come here!!!" Dmetri said to one of his friends. He hurried over and they took Dmetri home...
Dmetri was carried into his house, and was laid down on his bed..."Mom!!!" He said so the whole house could hear him, "Come here!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AHHH!"

They continued through the streets till they reached the visitor centre at the edge of the forest. "I'm just going in to get my things, why don't you check the board to see if there's anything about puppies, Lucy?"

'Indigo'? 'Fetch'? Yippee! Indigo jumped down from the chair that she was not allowed to sit on and galloped towards the open door. At that moment Dmetri and his friends came in, screaming and shouting. A terrified Indigo tried to make sense of the confusion, but in the midst of it all, someone trod on her tail. She yelped and ran to hide under the coffee table.

Tom got out two plates and two cups, and set a plate and a cup where katrina would sit. He grabbed the frying pan, and scrapped the eggs onto katrina's plate, then did the same for his own plate.

zach raced to dmetri's room. "Hollorin' for just mom? forgetting me?" zach said, taking a look at the obviously pained ankle, then leaving hte room and returning with gauze and 2 sticks, then starting making a splint, all the while whistling a mindless tune

Katrina ran back to the table at the exact time tom was fixing her plate. "yay, thank you daddy" katrina said, then she started eating her eggs

Lucy excitedly hurried over to the pinboard, and stood on a tree stump to see. Someone was selling a vacuum cleaner, and there was a carol concert next Wednesday, but that was all. Disappointed, she wandered back to her mother, dragging her feet. "No puppies." she said gloomily.

After drinking her milkshake, Chanda went to the shopping mall. Christmas was coming up and since she didn't have anyone but herself to buy for she decided to get some stuff for herself. Walking past the pet shop she saw some adorable puppies and decided to have a look. After looking she decided to buy the girl chihuahua. She paid in cash, bought a few accessories, and said she would come by later after she had done more of her shopping to pick it up to take home.

Chanda then started wandering about the shops, heading for an art shop to buy some more drawing stuff, while thinking of a name for her new puppy.

Description(Physical): Mid-back length brunette hair and chocolate brown eyes. Sharp jaw and chin. Small nose, thin, and a tad muscular. Just a little. xD Tan skin that is covered in light freckles on her upper arms.

Description(Mental): Go-get it girl, involved in many gymnastics, swimming team, tennis, and pick-up volleyball in the summer time. She is of average intelligence and gets mostly B's and sometimes A's. Loves to spend time with her mom and sister, no matter what they are doing. Very social and could pick up a conversation with anybody off a whim. Has no interest in boys, just sees them as good friends who are good to hang out with and challenge at something. She has beat boys in races ever since 2nd grade when she really started becoming competitive. Although she is only the before said teams she enjoys every sport and will play anything. Kiandra sat on the plane just waiting to be home. She couldn't wait, she had enjoyed Grandma's and Grandpa's company, but wanted to get home and see Mom and Lucy. Because of the long plane ride, she decided to get a little rest. When she woke up she hoped of the plane, and walked out to look for her ride. She saw the familiar car of a neighbor who had agreed to come and pick her up, she waved to him, and he pulled around. She hopped in the front seat and he smiled at her,"About a 15 minute drive until where home, Kiandra." She replied, "Sounds good, I might read a little of my book, so just tell me when we get there." "Sure thing." The drove out the parking lot heading back to home.

Daniel saw Dmetri being carried in by some of his friends and he saw the pain on Dmetri's face. He backed up in horror accidentally stepping on Indigo's tail. She squeaked and ran under the table to hide. Dad came in with some sticks and medical supplies. Daniel saw the bloody ankle and couldn't stand it, he ran into the kitchen tearing up, he grabbed onto his mom and hugged her, crying. The pain was to much to bear for him. Not the pain he felt, but the pain in Dmetri's face. He bawled, hopping his mom to comfort him and not go in to help Dmetri even though he probably needed it more.

From her safety point under the coffee table, Indigo heard Daniel cry out. It was also obvious that Dmetri was in pain, too. After contemplating for a moment, Indigo realised that there wasn't much she could do for Dmetri, whatever he had done, whereas Daniel was more hurt emotionally. Besides, if she looked after Daniel, their mother could go and help Dmetri. She wriggled out of her hiding place. As she hurried to the kitchen, she knocked a coaster off the coffee table with her tail. It made her jump, and she ran towards the kitchen. When she spotted Daniel with tears on his face, she slowed down, in order to not scare him. She walked up and nuzzled his leg affectionately.
((Indigo considers Camille to be her mum as well as Daniel and Dmetri's.))

Lucy
"Oooooh..." Lucy gazed up at the sky. "Pretty geese..." Then she remembered her sister. "Mum?" she asked, "When's Kiandra coming home? Oh, and what's the difference between swans and geese?"

"She'll be home by the time we get back. And the difference between swans and geese is the fact that swans are bigger and more majestic, and have black markings round their eyes and mouth." They continued on to the lake.

Daniel felt Indigo nuzzling his leg. He let go of his mother and bent down and cuddled Indigo. After a while the tears stop and he gave Indigo one last squeeze and then went to see how Dmetri was doing. At first it was hard to look at, but then he got over that and was starting to get interested on how they wrapped his leg. He watched for a little while, and then got bored. He gave Dmetri a hug and told him to get better soon and then grabbed a tennis ball and called to Indigo to go and play catch in the park. He waited by the door to see if Indigo would come, if not, he would just go the the park and see if anybody was there.

Katrina ran up to tom "ok. guess ill meet new people then. maybe you can meet them too daddy"

Katrina wandered inside, getting over the bit of shyness almost instantly(i know a few 5 year olds that do that XD)

"I have no idea how old she is, and I shouldn't be gone for more than an hour." Tom said, standing in the doorway. He didn't want to go in because he wanted to get the christmas shopping over with.

Daniel saw the girl and the man walk up to there door and walked back into the house. He was a little shy so he backed up and saw his dad talking to the man and the girl. The girl seemed nice, maybe they could be friends. Daniel had never seen her before, but she looked nice, but instead of going to ask her name, he sat on the couch just watching her and the man with her.

"It's a shrew. And just here..." She said, pointing, "This is a vole. Why don't we head back to the cafe and get some lunch?"

"Ooohhh..." murmured Lucy, then said, "Yeah! I'm STARVING!"

Visitors! Indigo rushed up to the little girl at the door, bouncing about madly, her tongue lolling and her tail wagging. She didn't jump up to the girl, but made it clear that Indigo was top dog here. Her stomach grumbled - she hadn't been fed yet, and it was almost lunchtime. She barked at Zach, in the hope that he'd understand.

They went back to the cafe and said to Lucy, "What do you want?"

Zach closed the door, katrina had already entered, and saw indigo and heard her stomach growl."Indigo, you hungry girl? you hungry? want some food?"(thats how i ask my dog XD she goes insane and into a dance whenever i ask that XD)Zach went to the kitchen where indigo's food was and gave her some.

Katrina walked over and sat on the couch next to the boy "Hi, Im katrina. Whats your name" she asked.

"I'm Daniel." He said a little quite, he was going on in his head between putting his hand out for a hand shake or not. He decided against it. "I haven't seen you before, are you new here?"

Lucy looked at the menu. She couldn't understand what some of the items were or said, so she went with something familiar. "Cheese sandwich!" she exclaimed, "please," she added, remembering her manners.

Indigo
Indigo jumped around happily. She wagged her tail and yapped impatiently while Zach poured out the dog food. She licked him gratefully and gobbled down her late breakfast. Then she took a looong drink and headed outside using the doggy door.

Tom walked back across the street and got in his truck. He drove over to the store.

Once she had finished outside, Indigo headed through to the main room. She jumped up onto the sofa next to Daniel and licked Katrina's hand as a greeting.

Sidoqui ordered Lucy's cheese sandwich and got a bacon buttie for herself. They chose a table and sat down to eat.

Lucy ate her sandwich quickly. She looked up to the tall, beautiful figure of her mother, and asked, "So, we're going home now to meet Kiandra, right?"

Sidoqui finished her lunch then said, "Yep, let's go. You can get some sweets from the shop on the way home. We'll get some for Kiandra too."

Lucy
"Hooray!" Lucy laughed. She hurried out of the cafe swinging her pigtails. She ran ahead of her mother, dashing into the small general store. She headed straight to the sweet/candy ((Not sure which one to put.)) aisle. She spent a while deciding, then picked the Gummi Bears. She handed them to Sidoqui and said, "I want these ones. What does Kiandra like?"

((Just a note: I'm not sure if the word 'buttie' is used in America, so in case you're confused, a bacon buttie is bacon in a warm bread roll, usually with lots of tomato ketchup. Just to let you know.))

"Hm... Let's get her these." She said, scooping up a packet of smarties, then grabbing some mints for herself. She paid for them, then left the store with Lucy and began walking home.

After all the shock from his foot, Dmetri finally started calming down. His friends were talking to him after Dmetri's father splinted his leg and left his room. Dmetri found some crutches from when he broke his leg when he was 13, and adjusted them so he could use them. He walked around, and tried to see if he could remember the art to using crutches.

Katrina petted indigo"ohh, doggy.wahts its name?" she asked daniel, putting her forehead against indigo's.

Sidoqui continued on home, opened the front door and made a cup of tea for herself. "Do you want anything to drink, Lucy?"

"No thank you," said Lucy, "but can I eat these now?" She held up the packet of gummi bears.

Indigo started to feel a little uncomfortable with her head pressed against a stranger's. She decided to break the tension. She licked Katrina's nose and wagged her tail, grinning (in the weird way that dogs grin).

katrina grinned as well and started petting indigo by the ears(dogs favorite place XD)

Zach decided to go to dmetri's room and check up on his son.

Dmetri was still laid down after trying out his crutches, and heard his fathers footsteps coming up the hall ((Can I say that?)) His leg in a splint, he still was a little bit in pain from the accident at the skatepark. Dmetri's friends were talking to him asking things like "Does it still hurt?" or "Are you okay?". Dmetri was a little mad at them because obviously he was hurt, and his friends were asking him stupid questions. "Gosh, YES I am still hurt and no my foot is probably not okay, so shut UP!!" He almost yelled.

[zlyfire]

Zach walked into dmetri's room. "hmm, im gonna guess that you need bedrest for at least a week. so that means no school for you. but that also means lots of sleep. and your friends should go and let you sleep. k?" zach said, sensing the irritation dmetri was feeling at his friends stupid questions.

Katrina got up and started exploring the house.

Indigo got up (a little defensively) and followed Katrina. She still felt a little like the girl was intruding. Doing her best not to show signs of aggression, she strode around, a few steps behind Katrina.

Before Katrina started wandering around he quietly said "Indigo". He didn't know if she had heard her, but he blushed a little all the same. When Katrina started looking around, he got up and went to walk kinda beside her, "Wha.... what do you like to do in you free time?" He didn't know what else to ask and he was a little afraid she wouldn't answer so he just kept on walking quietly.

~Kiandra~
Kiandra woke up and saw that they where just pulling up to her house. "Thanks!" then she jumped out of the car and grabbed her bag from the back. She waved goodbye and then ran inside. "Mom! Lucy!! I'm home!" She ran up to her mom and gave her a big hug and then a hug to Lucy and a kiss on her head, "Did you guys miss me well I was gone?"

"I like to do almost anything in my free time, so long as it's fun~" katrina said, responding to daniel's question. seeing as the house wasn't to big, she explored it all and sat back on the couch, wondering what to do next.

Seeing that Katrina had sat down and looked kinda bored he said, "Hey! You want to take Indigo to the park! We can play fetch with her."

"I would love some water, and thanks! I love smarties! So what have you guys been up to well I've been gone?" Kiandra sat down took a deep breath, it was so good to be home.

"Muuuum..." Lucy whined, "can I eat my gummy bears yet?"

Indigo
Indigo heard the words 'Fetch' and 'park' and wagged her tail excitedly. She galloped to the kitchen and picked up her ball from out of her dog basket. She then hurried to the door expectantly.

"sure sounds fun!" katrina said, jumping up.(remember, the snowing stopped but its not melting yet) She got her really thin jacket on and headed to the door with indigo.

"wha-DAD? No! Please? a week? really? like......7 days???? really!!!! NO!" Dmetri stuggled through his sentences...then toold his friends they were free to leave if they wanted to....

"Yes Lucy, you can eat them now," She laughed, "Oh, just the usual," she told Kiandra, heading to the kitchen. She returned a minute later with a glass of water. "Here you go, did you have a good time at your Grandmother's?"

"Will you be warm enough in that? It's kinda cold out and I have extra coats if you want one." He ran to the coat closet(sorry if there isn't one, I can change that.) and grabbed an extra down jacket and held it out to Katrina. "Here, you can wear this." Then he grabbed his own jacket and looked at Indigo, "You ready? Huh, ready!"

~Kiandra
"Oh, it was great. It was fun spending time with Grandma and Gramps. Say, have you guys gone Christmas shopping yet? I didn't get the chance, and I would sure love to later if we have time." Kiandra had made a list of the things she wanted to get for her mom and sister and just couldn't wait to get them and wrap them up. If her mom and Lucy didn't have time or didn't want to, maybe she would go with a few friends.

Lucy
Lucy tried several times to open the packet with her hands, then gave up and used her teeth. She began to eat the bears one by one.

Indigo
She had no idea what he was saying, but Daniels tone made Indigo excited. She barked, forgetting that she had her ball in her mouth. It fell out and rolled across the floor. She chased it and eventually managed to retrieve it.

Could Indigo go to the vet soon for a check-up?

Zach laughed softly"no, not 7 days, 5 days. which means you can go run around on thursday. not wednesday, but thursday" (meaning its saturday) he then left the room and headed up front."gonna walk the dog with katrina, daniel?" he asked, even though the answer was blatantly obvious

Daniel blushed and then turned to his dad and answered the affirmative. "Come on." He stepped out on the porch and took a deep breath, it sure was beautiful out. "Come on Indigo. Drop the ball, Drop"

Katrina followed behind daniel, not used to being warm in the winter outside, and just enjoying it.

"Alright daniel. dont get into too much trouble, ok?" zach said, seeing the slight blush daniel had right before he answered [hmm, i wonder...]

Lucy finished off the gummi bears and smiled. "Can we go to the pet shop?"

Indigo
Indigo dropped the ball at Daniel's feet.

"I'm sorry Lucy, but if you're looking for a puppy there the answer's no. Pet shops are great places to buy supplies for your pet, but they're not very reliable when it comes to the actual pets. You can look around though to see what sort of puppy you'd like."

"Sure thing, Mum. You want a puppy Lucy? What kind of puppy did you want to get?" Kiandra thought it was a great idea to get a puppy, she had always liked animals.

~Daniel
"Okay." He said back to his dad. He picked up the ball and then said, "Come on!" Both to Katrina and Indigo. He skipped down the sidewalk to the road and turned down it to head to the park.

zach sighed and sat in his chair, and starting watching TV

Lucy shoved the last bear in her mouth and said, "I'm done!" She got up and ran into the hallway to put her coat on.

Dmetri looked at his dad innocently and his Dad innocently and asked "Can you make some...Hot chocolate????" Knowing he could actually get up and walk by himself, he just wanted to ask, just to see if it would work. Dmetri called his friends and asked if they wanted to come over in an hour or two, and they could go somewhere.

"Hmm, I'll make it, but you have to walk to get it. I don't do pity" Zach said, looking serious. He then laughed, tousled his son's hair and walked out of the room and started making a cup of hot chocolate. "But seriously, you do have to come get it yourself."

(Nothing to add, he's just in the park throwing the ball for Indigo. If Katrina has anything to add(Zly) its fine, but I have nothing to say.)

"Sounds good, Mum." She got up and grabbed her coat and walked to the door to wait for her sis and mum.

Katrina started slowly turning around in a circle, looking at everything. The snow covered ground, the trees that bear no leaves which are covered in snow, the pale blue cloudless sky, the salted sidewalk, and the other people playing around in the snow. She sat down on a green, cleaned off metal bench, sitting on her hands to warm them up some, seeing as it's still quite cold outside. she found the hood to the jacket Daniel gave her(assuming it had a hood) and put it on to warm herself up a little more as well, then sat back on her hands. She looked at Daniel and said, "I'm cold Daniel. But I'd be colder without this jacket. thank you." She said, putting on a ^ ^ face.

Sidoqui got her coat on then walked out of the door, headed up a few steps then waited at the bin for Lucy and Kiandra to catch up.

Indigo
Indigo loved Fetch, though she could understand why other dogs didn't see the point of it. For dogs, Fetch was a sport: some enjoyed that sport and others didn't. Fortunately for her, Indigo did enjoy Fetch. She followed the ball back and forth a few times, then let Daniel know when she'd had enough by dropping the ball at his feet instead of making him take it off her. She ran around madly a couple of times, yapping loudly. Soon enough she was quite warm, so she plunged herself head-first into the snow to cool off. Then she went and stood with Daniel, wagging her tail.

Lucy
Lucy skipped along happily beside her mum, all the way to the shops.

Daniel chased around Indigo a little bit, but after a moment, he got tired. So he went and stood back by Katrina he heard her comment and answered, "I'm glad you like it, if you want you can wear my scarf, running around with Indigo made me a little warm." He held it out in his hand for her.

~Kiandra
Kiandra stepped out in the bright beautiful day and ran to catch up with her mum and sis.

Katrina slowly grabbed the scarf."Thank you Daniel" she said, putting the scarf around her neck. She sat a little longer looking around, then noticed it was getting late."I think we should go back to your house now. I wonder if my daddy is done shopping yet." she said, standing up.

Sidoqui headed up the street and into the department store, "We'll get our decorations first. Now, what kind of lights would you like this year, girls?"

Daniel looked up at the sky, "Yeah, probably. Hey! I'll race you home!"



~Kiandra
"Hmm... I think we should get some red and green for the tree and maybe some hangy white lights to hang on the front of our house!" She looked back at the house and tried to imagine lights hanging, but failed. "What kind would you like, Lucy?"

"Okay", Katrina said, getting up and then asking,"Wait, which way's back?"

Dmetri got up, and with his crutches, got his hot chocolate.
"yeah, dad....I could have made it myself if I had to get up....but thanks for making it anyway...." then Dmetri laughed, not saying anything serious.
Dmetri walked with his crutches outside (to the patio? :3) and sat down in a lawn chair and watched the birds fly around and the sky...he was cold, but was warming up with his hot chocolate...

Zach sat in his chair in the main room and started drinking his hot chocolate(he made a cup for himself as well :p) and watched TV.

"It's back that way!" He pointed back down towards the main street. "The big blue on on the right!(Sorry, if that's not what the house looks like, I'll edit if wrong.) Ready! Set! GO!!"

Dmetri finished was about halfway through his cup of hot chocolate, when he decided he'd go back inside and watch TV with his dad. So he got up, and practically sat back down again.....just in the living room this time :)
"So Dad, do you have anything to do really important lately? like....at work or anything?"
Dmetri said just to start a conversation.....hoping he hadn't got him self into a long story about his father's childhood or anything. :P

Katrina started running just as Daniel said go. She was a bit slower than Daniel though, but felt warm and getting warmer from running.

Zach responded "Not really." (crap, forgot about job XD. i gotta think of one, tomorrow for me)

Indigo was taken by surprise when Katrina and Daniel started running. She barked and chased after them, vainly trying to catch up.

"Hmm, you won't be able to see green on the tree, how about pale blue instead?"

(Zach's job is a librarian. He is like from the movie, The Librarian (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Librarian_%28franchise%29) =D. Not really, but he works behind the counter and checks out books for people :p)

Zach thought for a moment(read back to the post when Dmetri asked him if anything has happened at work) "Well, we got a new shipment of books in. So I'l probably have to shelf them, put the labels and barcodes and stuff etc. on them. Speaking of jobs, you going to get one son?"

"What about red?" Lucy suggested thinking of her favourite colour, "red's nice."

"Yes, red and blue lights, that would be nice," Said Sidoqui, heading over and picking the 2 boxes up, "Now, is there any-more tinsel you'd like?"

Lucy searched her memory to attempt to recall what tinsel was. She picked up a feather boa. "Is this tinsel?"

"He-he, almost! This is tinsel," She said, picking up a long gold bit of tinsel.

Daniel started getting a little tired and started to slow down, he came to the house and stopped at the beginning of the walkway to wait for Katrina.

"Those would be good colors to Lucy."

Katrina started slowing down, but she couldn't fast enough, and ran right into Daniel, knocking him down into the snow.

Zach decided it was time to put up the christmas tree, and started doing so, locking the front door and putting it up there(theres no other room in the house. trust me, thats the floor plan of my own house, i would know)

"Yeah, Maybe the smoothie hop? heh I love that place....I don't know....I should look into it....maybe I could help you at the library....but NO I GOT IT~ I will work at the Skate Park....they sell stuff there don't they?" Thoughts were racing in his head about what the world has to offer. "What do you think, Dad?"

Daniel turned and saw Katrina right before she hit her. He fell into the snow and started to laugh.

Katrina started laughing to, getting up and offering a hand to Daniel to help get him up too. "Sorry" she said.

"Sounds like you have plenty of options Dmetri. Make sure the place is hiring first before you make a decision. And you probably could get a job at the library if you can't find anything else. We could always use a new guy to do the menial tasks" Zach said, chuckling slightly.

Indigo caught up with Daniel and Katrina, to find them on the floor. She tried to skid to a halt, but her paws slipped on the icy path. She tripped over Daniels scarf and tumbled head over heels, landing on her back. She whimpered, unable to get up.

"I think silver tinsel would be nice, what do you think?"

Daniel took her hand and got up, "It's okay. Come one, lets go inside maybe we can get some hot cocoa or something." He turned and saw Indigo in the snow, he laughed again and then picked her up and brushed off the snow, then set her down on the walk way.

~Kiandra
"Sounds good, Mum! Hey do you mind if I do a little shopping on my own? I got to get some, well you know, gifts, that you guys can't know about." She laughed and gave Lucy a wink. "Who knows what'll end up under the Christmas tree Christmas day."

"Sounds like a good idea Danny" Katrina said, trying to find a good nickname for Daniel. She saw Indigo and laughed some too, helping brush off some snow off her too, then headed for the door.(Remember, we're at the front door, Zach just locked it and put the Christmas tree up. It'd be the back door that we enter/exit through now)

Zach saw Katrina and Daniel in the front yard, heading inside. He went to start some hot chocolate for them and made sure the back door was unlocked.

Indigo's legs went from under her again. She got up and tried to push the door open with her head. It wouldn't open. She sat down and whined.

Dmetri also saw Indigo and Daniel (And Katrina?) coming up on the driveway.
He opened up the door and waited for them to come in

Looked down and saw Indigo nudging the door, he tried it. "Locked, Dad must be putting up the tree. We'll go around back." Daniel turned away from the door and headed towards the edge of the house and started trudging through the light snow. He whistled for Indigo and tried to drag his feet to make a path through any drifts for Katrina and Indigo.

Katrina ran up behind Daniel and jumped on his back."Piggyback ride!!" she said, having a :3 face.

Indigo
Indigo gratefully followed Daniel's path into the house. She was very cold, so she grabbed a toy and curled up in her basket, shivering.

"Ok, ok, we'll have purple and dark blue tinsel," Laughed Sidoqui, picking it up off the shelf, "Now, is there anything else you want here before we go and get the tree?"

Daniel laughed, trudging through the snow he made it to the back door and opened it, letting Indigo, Katrina, and himself inside. "Dad, we're back!" He took off his coat and hung it where he belonged he offered to take Katrina's coat and hang it up for her to.

~Kiandra

"Actually, Mum, I do need to pick up a few presents quickly. Say 5 minutes? I'll meet you at the checkout line." Kiandra turned around and headed for some certain aisles. She picked through some stuff getting presents for some of her friends and her mum and sister. Then heading to the checkout line to meet her mum.

Katrina got off Daniel's back and took off the jacket she borrowed "Thankies Danny" she said, handing the jacket and the other stuff she borrowed to him.
(Sbacity has agreed to taking over tom for kit, seeing as he does not wish to continue roleplaying on this rp.)

Tom had finished up his shopping and was headed back to pick up Katrina. It was kinda odd, how her parents just dropped her, but it was nice to have some company in that big house. He pulled up the truck into his driveway and then walked across the road to Zach's house. He knocked on the door.

~Daniel

Daniel took the coat and hung it up. Hearing the knock at the door he went to the door and yelled out. "The doors blocked! Go around back!" He looked out the window and saw Katrina's dad standing outside. He motioned to him to go around back. Then she turned to Katrina. With a kinda sad face he told her, "Your dad's here. He's coming in around back."

~Tom

He heard the yell of a young boy and saw Daniel in the window motioning him to go around the house. He headed towards the back door and then knocked. The door was opened by Daniel and he asked, "Is Katrina here? I've come to pick her up."

~Daniel

Opened door and answered, "Yeah, come on in."

(Sorry, about the back to back posting, but just answering myself. xD And, Zly, if it doesn't work out or Kit comes back just say and we can work out whatever needs to happen.

Zach walked up front."Hey Tom, picking up your daughter? I barely saw her today, she went with Daniel and Indigo to the park. It appears they had a grand ol' time" he said, chuckling abit

Tom laughed, "It sure does look like they had fun. And Katrina, I don't see why you can't stay over, it's just up to Zach. I'm fine with it." Tom studied Daniel, he seemed like a nice, and Katrina seemed to like him nice enough. They would make good friends, and it would be nice for him to have one more night alone to take in all that had happened with Katrina and her coming to stay with.

"Sounds fine to me, but I don't know where she could sleep though. I guess either her or Daniel could sleep on the floor in his room or one of them on the couch up here." Zach said

"YAY" Katrina said, excited she could spend the night "I could sleep on the floor or couch, its fine with me." She said.

RAAAAAAAAAAAAANDOM POST!

After shopping she went and picked up her new puppy and a basketful of new puppy toys and accessories and food and started walking home with all the stuff, deciding to call the puppy Mini.

Mini was glad to get away from the pet shop, although she was shy with her new owner, she was glad that she had picked her. She couldn't wait to see her new home, and wondered what it would be like.

"Hey Daniel" Dmetri said. "Where is she sleeping, Dad? Not my room~!" Then Dmetri groaned and thought of having to sleep on the couch or something like that.

"I would sleep on the floor or couch if she wanted my bed!" Daniel was excited, he had never really had a sleepover before much less a real friend that was his age. It made him all jumpy and happy inside.

"Well, I guess that settles it, you'll stay here tonight Katrina. Do you want to walk over with me and get your stuff? I also got you some new stuff well shopping."

"Thank you Danny"she said, for the offer. Then when Tom said new stuff, "Oooh, whatcha get get me daddy?I wanna see. and I guess I gotta get my stuff too" She said, almost bouncing up and down

Daniel waved good bye to Katrina and Tom and then started running around cleaning up stuff in the room and grabbing some sheets, pillows, and blankets. Then he remade his bed sheet so that Katrina could sleep on it.

Katrina followed Tom back to their house. When they go there she grabbed some of her clothes and then went over to Tom and waited with barely-concealed impatience.

"Alright. see you in a minute or 2 I guess" Zach said, waving and went to clean up the house a little bit.

"Did you get everything you need?" Tom said well searching through the grocery bags. He pulled out the new coat, a little bathroom kit, some boots, and some snow bibs/suit. He grabbed a suitcase from up in the closet and packed up all her stuff in it. "Here we go." He carried the suitcase back across the street with Katrina

~Daniel
"I'm so excited." Daniel said to himself. He had never really had a friend like this before. And he had never had a friend sleep over before either.

~Kiandra

(Waiting at the checkout line for Lucy and Sidoqui.)

Katrina walked beside Tom "First time I've been on a sleepover daddy" she said, heading towards the back door of Zach's house.

Zach brought out a few board games to keep Katrina occupied, and to have an excuse to try them out.

Tom knocked on the back door and then opened the door, "We're back!" He shouted into the house. Then he brought Katrina inside and hung up her coat for her. He brought her into the main room where Zach had brought out some games.

~Daniel
Daniel came into the main room and saw that Tom and Katrina had invited themselves in. He brought her over the board games that Zach had put out and asked her which one she wanted to play.

Katrina picked a random game and said "That one"

Zach started setting the game up"Tom, you wanna join in or you gonna go home and get some stuff done, like wrapping some Christmas presents up for Katrina, or you gonna do that another time?"

"Come on, I think that's everything from here, let's go and pay." Said Sidoqui, heading up to the checkout.

"Sounds good!" He helped his dad start setting it up and then sat down ready to play.

~Tom
"Oh, I don't know. I guess I will play a game or two, but then I had better head back." Tom also sat down next to Daniel and started some game conversation.

Kiandra saw her mom coming and waved, "Over here!". She checked to see that none of the presents she got could be seen and then she went over to wait for her mum and sis to finish checking out.

Sidoqui put her items up on the till, paid for them, then turned to Kiandra and Lucy, "Shall we go and get the tree now?"

"Yeah! Can we get a big one, Mum? Like one taller than me?" Kiandra loved big Christmas trees.

Katrina also sat beside Daniel and started asking how to play the game, and what was for supper and where she was going to end up sleeping.

"I was thinking spaghetti for supper, sound good kids?" Zach asked "And I think Daniel was going to let you sleep in his bed tonight,right?" Then he started telling Katrina how to play the game, since she doesn't know how to read too well yet.(she's only 5)

"Yeah, you'll be sleeping in my bed, I changed the sheets so they are clean. Say, Dad, can we have it with meatballs! I love Meatballs and Spaghetti!"

"alright, guess I COULD try to cook meatballs" Zach said. Zach, as soon as his turned ended, got up and started cooking, washing his hands first of course. He washed his hands, played his turn, got back up washed his hands again and continued cooking for the rest of the game.

"I like spaghetti and meatballs too" Katrina said, playing the game.

"Hey, uh, dad...Can I help you with anything? I could probably chop something?or do you need help?"
Dmetri said, willing to help his dad.

"No, its alright. i got this handled" Zach said. "Maybe you should rest. It helps heal the bones ya'know" He said (Dmetri still has crutches, you remember that, right? tomorrow on the next day of the rp is when he gets off crutches, but still limps. the day after that hes fine. gotta keep it somewhat realistic)

"A big tree would be good, as long as I can decorate the bottom."

Indigo
Indigo lifted her head from her nap and looked over into the main room. She noticed that they were playing a board game. Without her! She got up and stretched, before taking a running jump up onto a chair, grabbing a board game piece and running off with it.

"Okay, they're selling christmas trees at the forest, let's go and get one!" She said, and began heading off, being careful to stop and let Lucy and Kiandra catch up.

After playing a game or two he turned to Katrina and said, "Well, I better head home, I've got some things to do. I hope you have a good night and sleep good." He thanked Zach for letting Katrina stay the night and then headed towards the back door.

~Daniel
"Bye Tom." Daniel waved good bye and then saw that Indigo had stolen a piece. He laughed and ran after her to grab it.

~Kiandra
"Of course you can decorate the bottom, Lucy!" Kiandra ran to catch up with her mum and started walking next to her holding Lucy's hand.

"Bye Tom" Zach said, chuckling as indigo stole a piece. He then got up and checked on the spaghetti, which was almost done.

"Bye daddy" Katrina said as Tom left. She giggled as Daniel chased after indigo to get the piece back.

Indigo
Indigo ran around a few times, wagging her tail excitedly. Then she tripped and rolled over a few times, almost choking on the game piece. She coughed and spat it out onto the carpet, then sat up and licked Daniel's face.

When they arrived at the forest, Sidoqui headed over to the area selling Christmas trees. "Okay girls, you can pick out a tree."

Tom walked out the back door and started heading around to the front of the house. He stopped in the driveway and looked back at the house. Only half a day with Katrina and already she was spending the night somewhere else. He headed across the street and unlocked the door and stepped into his house. It was an awfully big house for one guy, but he liked the space. He settled down on the couch and took out his laptop and opened up FireFox.

Daniel laughed as he grabbed the game piece and well trying to keep Indigo away from his face. He rolled onto his back and was wiping at his face trying to get the saliva off of him. He laughed and rolled around.

~Kiandra

"How about that one, Mum!" Kiandra pointed to a tall blue spruce. It's was a little taller than Kiandra and had soft rounded needles. Kiandra liked how it bushed out at the bottom and then came to a point at that top. "There is lots of bottom you'll get to decorate, Lucy!"

"Yeah, that looks good. What do you think Lucy?"

Zach got up and checked the spaghetti, which was done."Supper's ready guys, and gal. Wash up" Zach said, fixing the bowls.

Katrina went and washed her hands, after putting her stuff in Daniel's room.

"Mmm..." said Lucy, not really paying attention. "I'm hungry."

Indigo
Indigo got up and shook herself off. She smelled the delicious scent of freshly-cooked food, so she padded over to her usual spot under the table.

"Hungry? You only recently had lunch!"

Daniel cleaned up most of the game and then headed towards the bathroom. Katrina was washing her hands so he waited until she was finished and then washed his hands. He went and grabbed a cup and filled it with some juice from the refrigerator then sat down at the table.

~Kiandra

Kiandra laughed, "Well I know that I lost track a time in the store, it is getting close to when we eat. I say we get a tree hook it up, drive it home if we can, maybe even start setting it up, and start cooking up some dinner. I got his good recipe from Grandma for some white chile." Kiandra looked at the tree prices, she knew it wouldn't matter, but maybe she would chip in a bit just as a Christmas present to her mum.

(OOC: Doing a little thinking, might draw up the house from what Kit gave me and then a floor lay out. So right now just spending time thinking out what he's living in right now. So mostly short posts for him when he at home by him self.)

Tom closed up the laptop after some final changes to his MMORPG then got up and went to the kitchen and pulled out some microwaveable dinner. He wasn't in the mood for cooking. He leaned against the kitchen counter waiting for the beep. He pulled out his dinner and went and sat back down in the main room by the tv. He switched it on to watch some football(Not soccer).

Katrina got a glass of milk and sat beside Daniel.

Zach put everyone's bowl of spagehetti in front of them "Bon appetite" he said.

(@zlyfire Yeah, I remember the crutches, but if you would have said yes to Dmetri, I would have said "And Dmetri sat down to start chopping food...oh well it's okay. kkkkk)

Dmetri went to the table, sat down, and started eating his food.

"It smells really good. Thanks Dad" said Dmetri.

Daniel cut up the meatballs so there where more pieces. Then stirred it up taking a bite,"YUMM, good."

Tom started to doze off. It had been a long day. He left on the Tv, but went to go throw up the assorted garbage he had gathered up well watching the game and eating. His plate, a chip bag, a few napkins and tissues, and a plastic cup.(Ohh! So exciting.)He dumped them and went to go throw in a load of laundry. He needed some clean sheets for the beds. He might have plenty of beds that hadn't been slept on, but he didn't have a maid to keep them freshly made and dusted. All the beds had probably filled up with dust and maybe even bugs. No, Katrina would sleep on nice warm fresh sheets when she got back.
