Cant Log in (T_T)

Hi i recently started to play and i saved my game and exited the game to log back in so that i could get a heart. when i tried to log in it wouldn't let me. does anyone know why?

1- account is wrong

2- password is wrong

3- when u save , u had a connection problem.

when i start(1st) game, i almost finished the game and saved it,

and when i log back , there was only sawmill & tree & posie garden lol ..

there also possibility of unable to recognize character if you use special symbols.

hi yeah i am the one that posted this. we didnt do anything of the sort. we saved periodically and just tried to log in to no avail.

李某说，在井下，她曾无数次陷入绝望与沮丧，虽然很困，但是她不敢闭眼，怕自己再也醒不了，要是那样的话， 她就再也见不到刚满一周岁的儿子，也见不到把自己养大的母亲了。“为了他们，我一定要坚持住！”前后40多 个小时里，李某在心底里不停地为自己打气。
