I can't remember how to embed a url into an image or a word

You mean, here on the forum?

To embed the url into an image, use the following:

<URL="http://mysite.com"><IMG>http://www.mysite.com/myimage.jpg</IMG></URL>


To embed the url into text, put text between the url tags:

<URL="http://mysite.com">my text here</url>


To make these work, substitute all <> with brackets []. Hope that helps. :)
