writing in my lip picking self monitoring book for an assignment, calculating means of my results for an experiment I conducted 2 weeks ago for another assignment so I can do some t-tests to see if they are significant aaand wow, I'm picking my lip again, better write it down....

we were never monkeys, scientists just throw these things out becuase they don't know, like how did the entire universe fit into a . and then explode into todays universe. how did the . get there in the first place O.o

Humans didn't evolve from apes, or monkeys (which broke off from the evolutionary chain of humans and apes waaaaay back)... humans and apes evolved separately from a common ancestor. To be precise, apes are our closest living relative because the other 5 species of hominids that were around when homo sapiens came into the evolutionary chain all became extinct, (hmm gee I wonder why....lol).

Zly, there is more evidence for evolution and the big bang theory than there is evidence for something like say... God? God is like infinity, a concept used to describe science when it breaks. But people are free to believe what they wish, and there is no right or wrong answer to the question of the existence of an entity such as Gods because nobody can prove or disprove the existence of them/it/whatever... pretty much this is why my standpoint is neutral on this matter, and I'm not going to go into this in furthur detail because I can argue either side (which would just result in another wall of text :D)
