I would rule it with down right ORGANIZATION!!! I would be FIRM, but soft, KIND, but heartless, CALM, but crazy. Just kidding. I would rule as a Dictator. That way maybe I could be thrown out of office and somebody else could do it!!

I'd be like the big brother, i'd force people to erect a dark castle on a hill. then i'd overprice taxes, and make it look like someone else is ruling, so if they get killed, i'm still in power.

I would pretend to be the best thing since sliced bread for a while (until I got myself a large group of agents to protect me) then rule with an iron fist sending every kid who turns 18 years old to my special military collages to train them to be epic and wage war on the rest of the world, Mwahahaha!

I would prefer monarchy, that way people actually respect and revere you. Well most people anyway. And I would listen to the people and be fair to them, while doing what was best for the country.

A society where civil freedom is guaranteed, however, political freedom doesn't exist.

I am a dictator. I have absolute authority. I am the law.

Anything is acceptable within the law as long as it does not cause direct harm to another person or against my will. Even then, it is considered acceptable unless the victim in context does not report it. If reported, as long as the victim is able to prove that he/she has received direct physical or financial harm from the perpetrator in question- emotional distress or anything of the such cannot be called upon, the victim is able to call upon a sentence to the perpetrator depending on what kind of incident. The upper limits of a sentence is written and managed by me, if there are loopholes, I am informed and I fix it. In this scenario, while the victim is able to call upon any punishment, the victim bears the responsibility of shouldering the same punishment as the perpetrator. In other words, it's an eye for an eye situation, legally.

In other words, anarchy is accepted. Sin without a witness doesn't exist. Innocent proven guilty is taken in the literal sense.

However, shall a crime fall into the category as an action defying my will, and this does not necessarily include slandering and criticizing my rule. It's initial conditions are to actively resist my actions or policies which I have implemented, though it may include the previous mentioned ones as political dissent, they will be dealt by me however I see fit. My whim. And I do not bear any responsibility to bear any punishment which I have sentences upon them unlike normally.

Economically, it's a free market. Taxation does not exist. The government relies on financial support from the people or the corporations based within the country. Bribes don't exist, they are called "donations". There are no laws restricting the movements of corporations unless it breaks the criminal law stated above. In other words, minimum wage, child labour and such does not exist, as all employees are bound by the contract to which they have made with their employer. If they signed up for a dollar per hour paying job, they can't complain about it.

However, society is not total anarchy. Society is formed based upon the concept of "contracts". Contracts can be formed between any party or group or individual and its conditions range from anything to everything. A contract based upon a person's life is also valid, as long as the life is something that the contractor owns. Breaking a contract is an offense, and as long as it is proven that the person has deviated from the stated terms of the contract, he or she is claimed guilty and can be punished. Broken contracts are different from normal criminal law by that the victim is only forced to bear either one quarter or a half of the punishment, depending on the severity.

That, is my society. A really screwed up one, isn't it.

Giving the power to rule anything, you should be aware of the laws and the threat of any wars. I would make sure everything Is right, people earn the right money for jobs, treated fairly, laws that are fair no one has the right to be a racist too. would probably have this area around U.S Michigan, my home town, I would make sure the tax founds were fair too. I would call my town Dernapa full of nature and hard workers.

I would make it a sort of monarchy based on the idea of karma and such. Then I would devote my resources to ways to morph people and animals and give the experiments a choice of whether or not they wanted to be used in war. So I make them but let them do what they want.

I would rule in a monarchy. But i would hold a vote every 30 years so the people can vote yes to keep me, or no. That way, itll till be there when my children rule, so we wont have any truly bad leaders.
I would also have an elite class of people (Omega cleric) to go and keep order, discretely. They would be highly trained in all forms of weaponry(think of the movie Equilibrium). I would then form a standing army of them to defend my country.
I would implement fair tax(google it) and have the laws follow the eye for an eye philosophy(if you kill someone, we're gonna kill you back). I would rule from a castle and be firm but fair. you steal from someone, your hand is going to be cut off, or you can go a year and a day without anything but some clothes. your choice.
