I personally can't give you a screenshot, cuz I have no idea how to do that.:p
maybe ask someone a bit more tech-y?

on youre keyboard. then you paste it onto micorsoft paint and save it as a png. then you go to youre profile and make a album and upload it and then look at youre pic and copy the picture url and then click the add picture button on a post and there u go!
