So I have a few questions to ask out of complete boredom.

1. What is your favorite Pokemon and why?
2. Which Pokemon is likely to cause an apocalypse in the little Pokemon world?
3. What is your least favorite Pokemon and why?
4. Which Pokemon game is your favorite?
5. What console/gaming system was Pokemon best for?
6. Do you have any memorable Pokemon? (for example, a Pikachu named Bob that was super powerful and won any battle it came across)

And anything else you want to mention that may or may not start a debate.

SO HERE ARE MY ANSWERS!

1. Espeon and Kirlia. They're adorable, and I love Psychic Pokemon. D: (read number 6 to know why)
2. I think it'd probably be a massive Eevee army, with all its evolutions. Or maybe Starly because nobody really likes birds anymore. (By that, I mean the pidgeons you find flying around all the time).
3. Kricketot/Kricketune, Starly, Bidoof, there are so many I hate. Mainly because they're annoying and ugly. .__.
4. I'd say either Pearl or XD:Gales of Darkness. Pearl had the wonderful split-screen action while XD was my first Pokemon game. Good story, good graphics, and the missions were fun. :D
5. I think DS was best for Pokemon, because of the split-screen action.
6. When I started XD, my starter was an Eevee. (awesome, right?) So after playing a little bit I got to choose what evolution I wanted. Now, this was the era right before Diamond and Pearl (sadly the only region I know is Sinnoh, so whatever came before D&P), so there were only 5 Eevee evolutions. I chose the sun stone, and soon, my Eevee was a beautiful little Espeon. It sucked, though, because it was a guy. I always pretended it was female, though. xD I always fought battles with it. Literally always. I would be able to pull out 2 Pokemon every battle and one of them was always my Espeon. Because I fought with Espeon so often, its level was about 20 levels higher than my other Pokemon. I completed the game with it and I'm very happy with what it has been through. ^-^

Bidoof also seems to be the meme Pokemon.

What about you guys?

:D
My favorite is togetic because I have one on soul silver and he's so awesome even if he's not that strong.
LoL, I agree on starly.
My least is Rattata(can't spell) cause they are everywhere on my DS games.
I would have to say soul silver because the pokemon get to follow you around :DDDD
They DS Totally. Because of the screens and you can take the pokemon game anywhere
I Do, he was on my Diamond game. infernape named Flame (I couldn't think of anything XD) He only lost a few battles.

:D

They DS Totally. Because of the screens and you can take the pokemon game anywhere.

Yea you totally couldn't take you gameboy pocket anywhere with blue/red version, or your gameboy colour anywhere with the real gold and silver version, or your gameboy advance anywhere with leaf green and fire red. Nope the DS is the only portable pokemon game system to ever be invented. (btw that's sarcasm, the DS isn't even the smallest, I believe the pocket was. I know because I have a pocket, and it's smaller). But I guess these gaming systems were a little before your time so I'll forgive you.

On the topic

1. Milotic, because I caught the friggin feebas in diamond, and feebas can only be found in four of almost 600 squares in one small area. I caught a chiny wiscash before I found a feebas square. The first feebas square was my 30th one, and I caught so many just so I could get one with a good nature to EV train for my real pokemon team, and I still didn't get the nature I wanted. For some reason the difficulty of catching the feebas made milotic all the more attractive as a pokemon to use.
2. Bidoof. You can see the evil that went into the making of that pokemon.
3. Personally I hate luvdisc. There is no use for this pokemon, it's not really good at anything, and with more water types than you can poke a stick at there is really no niche for it to fill effectively, other than the completely useless nice, that really isn't a niche that needs to be filled in the first place.
4. Favourite pokemon game was Gold, it was the first pokemon game that was in colour, and I remember when I turned it on as a kid and was like HOLY DAMN IT'S SO COLOURFUL AND COOOL. It also brought a lot more technique to the game than the previous blue/red/yellow versions did. But it is on par with blue version simply because the game was so cool and so new and fresh. I also didn't know how to walk out of buildings as the floor was kinda indistinguishable from the door in the black and grey scene of things lol.
5. Pokemon worked (and works on) everything. My favourite pokemon themed game outside of the actual pokemon games was pokemon pinball on the gameboy colour. It had a rumble pack and everything, and I still play it sometimes. So yea, the gameboy colour is my favourite as it brought new things to the game - colour and a background lighting so you could play in the dark.
6. I have no memorable pokemon really, but I guess on my first pokemon game way back in blue version I started off with Charmander, and I used him so much he stopped listening to me until I beat the gyms. Eventually he became an awesome charizard that owned everything, and charizard was my favourite pokemon back in the day.

Screw: Lob probably likes it because of the dual screen and the portability. None of the Game Boys have dual screens, do they?

1. Houndour, cos I <3 dogs, and when I first saw it on the mini-movie, 'Pikachu and Pichu', it was l0ove at first sight. Unfortunately I have not yet been able to catch one on any of my games (I have Diamond, Pearl, Soulsilver and Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team) but I'm still trying! :D
2. Umm... Probably an army of all the really powerful Legendaries. (Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Lugia, Ho-oh, Zapdos, Moltres, Articuno, etc.)
3. Illumise. Because it's my sister's favourite. (I don't really dislike it, I just say that to annoy her)
4. Well, all the GB games are before my time, so I'm gonna have to say... SoulSilver.
5. As the GB games are before my time, the only console I've really experienced is DS.
6. Well my first Pokemon on the mainstream games was a Piplup called Pluppy. He evolved into a really awesome Empoleon that thrashed everyone and everything he saw! XD!

The point I was making was that portability isn't much of a stand out thing for the DS since everything before it did it also. The duel screen pisses me off more than anything. Mostly because it isn't really even used in any exceptional way that the other gameboys didn't have, except for the pokeapp, which is useful for only two things: EV training and chaining. The duel screen feature is wasted on pokemon. Not picking on anyone by saying that everyone is entitled to their own opinions (and maybe I'm just too old skool).

I want to add to my reason of choosing the colour gameboy, because the colour gameboy brought something new to the game - colour. IMO none of the following portable game consoles brought anything quite so revolutionary. And Duel screens is NOT revolutionary, it's gimmicky. Especially the touch screen, which is made redundant in pokemon anyway. The only time I used the touch screen in pokemon was to press on the counter for the app when I was ev training. As I said, I'm not meaning to offend anyone I'm just stating my opinion so don't go all emotional because I said the DS is a gimmick and not the greatest portable gaming console for pokemon.

Also just a side note - the legenderies are really not all that great. In fact the really imba pokemon are just your average ones, like gengar and that faggy one that can learn like every move in the game. My vaporeon that knows toxic, wish, protect and quick attack can beat a team of giratinas (trust me I played some person on the pokemon game you can get on wii who had a team of giratinas. My vaporeon owned them all and giratina even has a move that goes through protect ._.)

1 and 6 - Machamp; He was powerful and in my team has amazingly all powerful moves that are really a show of display to me; Hyper Beam, Superpower, Dynamic Punch, and Focus Blast.

2 - I pretty much think any Pokemon that has been fossilized can suddenly be reincarnated. That would make a cool story line, though!

3 - I don't like Unown....really because it's a very horrible excuse of a Pokemon with only one attack and it's pretty much a rushed Pokemon for a movie everyone would hype about mostly for something like Entei.

4 - I only have so much, but I have huge hopes for Black/White.

5 - Pokemon is meant for any and only handheld gaming consoles PERIOD.

I dunno I disagree with pokemon being only for handheld. The Pokemon game on wii, that somewhat resembles pokemon stadium is pretty good (is it pokemon revolution?). It's interesting to vs people online and see what kind of teams people can come up with, and it's also awesome to see your pokemon battling in 3D.

o: Yeah, it was Pokemon Revolution.
I actually never battled with another random player...So I was like "this game sucks. i'm not playing it anymore D:< "
I'd play it now if my Wii wasn't broke. e.e

1. My favorite pokemon is sableye, I don't know why I started liking them but a reason I started to like them more is becuase a friend I have a bitter relation with was badly beaten by one
2. I see an army of deoxys come from outer space and lay waste to the pokemon world and all its inhabitiants
3. My least favorite pokemon is geodude its just so stupid I mean really a rock with arms -_-
4. My favorite game is Emerald
5. I have to say the ds

1. I think Teddiursa is my favorite pokemon because it is just so cute. Also Slowpoke because of the little clip in one of the early pokemon movies where the Slowpoke yawns for almost an entire minute.
2. Psh Mewtwo is the obvious answer in my opinion. He just screwed up a little.
3. Wobbuffet or Qwilfish. They both are just so annoying to look at.
4. My favorite pokemon game was the first pokemon stadium.
5. N64
6. I used to have a Mewtwo named Alexander that I trained to level 100 and it had recover and double team so it was almost impossible to kill. Also I have a Electabuzz named Zaprong from coliseum. It knows Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, and Cross Chop.

If everyone has these games we should see if we can battle over Wi-Fi.

Been ages since I played pokemon but I do still have some memories of the game

1) Machop/Machoke/Machamp. Why theres three? Well there was a fun bug in the first three generations that allowed you to get Sheer Cold (1 Hit KO ice move) on these pokemon. They also have No Guard which removes all chances to miss. Putting these together? You get fighting pokemon 2 hitting any pokemon in the first gen games (none were immune to ice)....Goooodddd times =D
2) Apocalypse huh? Best bet would be Jigglypuff. Why? Because Jigglypuff is the incarnation of Satan. Some guy on tv said this was true and an audience agreed with him, and you can't argue with the tv can you XD? More evidence? In SSB you could bug jigglypuff so she kept growing, larger than she was meant to with the final smash, flooding the whole screen! SHE WILL KEEP GROWING AND CONSUME THE WOORRLDD....
Yeah Jigglypuff is pure evil, no use denying it
3)WOBUFFET. HATE. WOBBUFFET. Mainly because battling one is pretty much like rolling a dice, anything but 6 and you fail...and you had to roll more than 1 six to kill it...and someone thought it was funny to have a team of 6 wobuffets -.-...oh it was so hilarious....plus his voice is annoying as heck.
4) First Gen. There were SO many bugs in those games, which added so much to it believe it or not. MissingNo., Glitch Pokemon, Glitch Trainers, Lost Worlds...so many great memories of screwing the game up.
5) Handhelds, pokemon is a time sink of a game, and using it on travels is the best time to waste time so its a perfect combination.
6) Machamp with Sheer Cold, those were the days....Sigh I miss that imba combo :(. Apart from him, having a MissingNo. that DIDNT crash the game was cool, even if he wasn't all that useful he was so cool no one could deny it
