The wind was blowing my hair onto my face, since I was walking up on to the hill, where most of the trees are dead, but a few are still green. I sat down next to the green tree nearby. I brought along some items, a blanket, my journel, and an umbrella. I first set the blanket down on the softest part of the grass, I then forced my umbrella to stay on the ground, so that I would not have to hold it while writing in my journal. After that I wrote in my journal for a while. Soon I set my journal down and took a nap.
I felt a thump on my head, and opened my eyes quickly.I woke up, there was a raven next to me, about 3 inches away from my left hand. It was staring at me, like I had something on the top of my head. I put my right hand on my head, and I felt something round on the tip of my middle finger. I quickly grabbed it, it was a berry, a blue one, I looked above me, there were differnt colors of berries, pink, blue, orange, white, you name it.I grabbed the one that was on my head, and offered it to the raven. It looked a bit frightend, but accepted the berry. Once it was finished, the color of the raven's eye's changed, from bloody red, to sky blue, the eyes were somehow, sending me a message. It took a few steps into the forest, it looked back at me, then I follwed it.
The raven lead me to a wall, somehow, compared to a dead end. I thought the raven was acting very stupid, but, I thought wrong. The raven started pecking the wall, in a rythm, peck, peck, peck, peck peck. Then, about 5 more ravens came along and did the same. I thought someone was pulling a prank, just to make me fell like something was going to happend, but something did happend. The wall slowly faded away, from a wall, to a beautiful forest, right then, I thought I saw something that I'd never seen before.
Twas right then, I saw my parents, not arguing, not yelling, nothing violent. They were hugging, laughing, and smiling. I was standing, right there, and crying, not in tears of sadness, but in tears of Joy. My parents heard me, they ran after me, and hugged me. My father sat me on his back, and he carried me to a tree with the same berries that I fed to the raven earlier. I ate one, and it tasted very good. My parents and I played the same games we played when they were happy, which was very long ago. We were tired, and my parents wanted me to take a nap, I refused, but I was so tired. I closed my eyes slowly, my parents kissed me on the cheek, and at the same time, they said, "We love you, Sweetie". I didn't want this day to ever end. But when I woke up, I was back in the same place where I have set my umbrell, blanket, and journal, Twas this a dream, or did it really happen ..?
