The city's going to hell. Riots every other day, constant vandalism. The government keeps claiming to do something about it, but they never do. Life in the city is hard enough without the violence. People have started forming groups. Lawbringers, who protect the people around them, and deal with anyone or anything that causes trouble. The groups are widely successful, but people are still vulnerable. If the city's dying, are you?

Think of the City as a pie thats split 4 ways, the center's been cut out, and the pieces are spread out a bit.(check the attachment if you don't understand)
Their split in sectors. Sector one(the top left) Is the Housing Sector. Sector 2(tolright) Is the entertainment sector, Sector Three is the bottom left, and its the Business Sector. Sector Four, it the Antro district, with all their housing, entertainment, and business in the same district. Sector five is in the middle. It is the Government Tower, a gigantic tower protruding from the middle of the city, where all the government related people are stationed.

Anna was walking down a pathway, holding her books onto her stomach, she was thinking "Ugh, I gotta hurry". As saying that she began to run, but as she ran, she tripped damaging her knee as looking at It she said " Dang It, this Isn't good I need to hurry". Anna got up getting something to wrap around her leg, she started to walk like she had a broken leg, after that she picked the rest, not knowing that she was late already, she rested her leg on a bench and sat down.

"Anna!" Saehayan screamed behind her from a distance, "What's up?"

Matt ran past Anna on the bench, the police chasing after him. Oh crap oh crap oh crap they found me! He turned, shot a police car with the lightning gun, and kept running.

A tiny girl, who looked about 10 or 11, walked up to Anna shyly and blinked constantly, obviously embarrassed. "Um...I'm kinda lost...can you help me?" she mumbled, tugging on the red lacy dress. Her long silky sleeves were large and came over her tiny hands.

Things were getting pretty rough in this place; people had been shouting weird things at him about being an anthro or something, and the police had even started trying to interrogate him about it. After running for a short while, he was sure that he had lost them, and had sat down in an alleyway, trying to think up his next move. Briossche had been accused of a few things, most of them he actually did do, most of the time he'd leave wherever he was & just start up in another place while he waited for the heat to die down. How do I keep ruining all of these chances? I shouldn't give in like that... A faint noise of gunshots & the like came from the other end of the alley. The young man sat up & looked in the direction the action was coming from, wondering if he should run away. I'd never be able to run like that with all of this baggage. He smirked at the man, like he did at most things, watching him closely, not wanting to miss a second of the drama.

"Oh, hello there, mhmm, I'm kinda lost to, but where are you trying to get to?" Anna smiled.

Damnit, recharge faster! He ran into an alleyway and dived into the nearest abandoned shop.

"I'm trying to get to class..." the girl mumbled, staring at her robotic shoes as she shuffled them as if she was embarrassed.

"Mhmm, I think you need to go down one, block take a right and then go up and another right to get there" Anna said that she finished cleaning her wound.

Briossche had his eyes fixated on the running man. This was just too exciting... Even though the main excitement stemmed from his hopes of the police coming or not coming. He stood up & tried to lift up the heavy bags that he had been sitting on moments ago. Why do I have to bring my cooking set everywhere with me?! He tried to drag his bags along as he followed whoever the man was. A few seconds of fruitless effort forced him to lift up the bags & carry them by his shoulder, the way it's supposed to be carried. Problem is, when they have so much stuff in the, it feels like it's pulling your arm out of it's socket. "H-heavy." His voice was surprisingly feminine, which made it even less surprising when he was mistaken for a woman. His pinkish hair didn't really help either. "Owowowowowowowowwwww..." He rubbed his back as he fell onto the floor due to the sudden increase in weight, making a large thud. God help me if that attracts unwanted attention.

The police ran by the abandoned store, not bothering to check it. Matt sighed when he heard they were gone, but hit his head on one of the tables when he heard the crash.

"But that's the elementary school..." the girl objected.

After falling over clumsily, Briossche hurriedly started to get up, hobbling along for a few seconds before regaining his balance. He pushed open the door of the building that he saw the stranger run into. "Eheh... Am I interrupting anything? You seem to be busy." He grinned, both in a friendly way & a smug way, at Matt, trying to start up some sort of conversation. "I know, this is a bad time, but this is just really interesting.~"

"Oh, you skipped grades?" "Well then I think It would be easy to go find a map or somewhat, yet I think the other school Is four blocks down, right, then left and a left" Saying that Anna stood up.

Matt pointed the gun directly at the strangers head. "I don't want any trouble, if you're with the police, i'd suggest you back away, and tell no one that you saw me."

"Allright, Mother, I'll get the groceries." Stephen called to his mother as he walked out the front door. Holding his gun at his side, he cantered down the streets to the grocery store.

"I didn't skip grades..." she stated. "I went through all of them...I'm in highschool..."

Melancholy set down a little carrot on a plate under a tree. A tiny rabbit hopped to it and nibbled on it, after the creature finished her treat, she snuggled Melancholy's leg. But she didn't say anything about it. "We're going for a walk." As she strolled to the park, then to her favorite bench.

Melancholy then noticed it was taken by a little girl and another woman. "...Is this spot taken?" Her rabbit rested on her snow white head.

"Oh hello, no this spot Isn't" Anna made some room, as she putted a band aid on her leg. "Oh, what a cute rabbit you have"

[Lovelight]

Melancholy sat down. "Her name's Lady." She took the rabbit off her head and pet her head. "Would you like to hold her..?" Her dark, creepy eyes stared at Anna.

"Oh, what a cute name, and sure" she looked back at the woman.

[Lovelight]

"..Who's this shrimp?" Melancholy handed the rabbit to Anna and stared at the "kid". "(It's been a while ever since I ever spoke to someone.. Joy.)" She thought.

"She's cute" Anna started to pet Lady. That Little girl, she Is in high school. I think she's really smart.

[Lovelight]

"...She's a little girl in high school." Melancholy still had a blank expression. "Interesting." She then stared at the shrimp. "...Have a carrot." The woman gave Min a carrot.

"Anna! Have you seen umm.....nevermind....How's your leg?" Saehayan asked.

Zee watched from the shadows, the meeting of people, the chase, unnoticed and unconcerned. Her large hat with the black and white ostrich feathers hid the expression on her face - a sadistic grin.

Her family had survived through hundreds of years of change, and if it was one thing she learned from her teachers it was that there were always wars and always those who benefited from them - her family being one of them. It was said, within their family, that the souls of their ancestors were reincarnated with each generation, so their skills were constantly being renewed and improved. But it was just a saying, because there is no such thing as reincarnation... right?

Additionally Zee was beginning to love the new world... the faster the decline into chaos, the more reasons she had to get away with murder. Among other things. Silently, she continued to watch the group, hidden by the shadows. Waiting for the... right moment.

"Oooh. Nice gun.~" He leaned over, staring at the end of the gun that might as well have said 'dead comes out here' on the side. "S'okay, I don't want anything to do with the police. They've given me 'nough trouble, anyway." Briossche stood upright again & raised both of his hands in the air. "I have nothing in my hands, either. It'd take me a while to get any sort of weapon out.~" His face was plastered with a bizarre grin for the entire duration of conversation. "All suspicions aside, nice hidin' spot.~"

Matt lowered the gun, and sighed. "THis isn't my hiding place, not here. This is only a place to dodge the police at, but they'll find it soon. I need to keep moving." He said, and stood up and walked past the other person.

Rohanna craned her head and squinted at the Peregrine that circled in the sky far above. She pulled a bell with a lure on it out from her falconry bag and whistled piercingly, throwing the lure high into the air and whirling it in circles. The falcon high above wheeled about one more time, then turned and plummeted downwards. It shot towards the earth, then flared out it's wings and snatched the lure. Rohanna pulled it back and whistled again, and the hawk came and landed perfectly on her outstretched arm.
"Good!" Rohanna praised the falcon, even thought she knew that birds of prey didn't respond to verbal praise or anything really. She put her hand into one of the many pockets of her pants and brought out a hood, which she quickly placed on the peregrine's head. It calmed instantly, and Rohanna tied the strings around the hood and let the peregrine ride on her shoulder. "Good job, Danil." She said, stroking the peregrine's head. Once she reached the falcon's mew, she took the hood off and placed it beside the falcon's cage. She let the falcon hop inside, then went over to a different cage. Danil was a good bird, but not her favorite...

"I don't like carrots..." the girl mumbled. "Thank you for the directions...I'll be on my way." She turned and began walking into town; her long pigtails trailed behind her, lightweight and airy.

"So, what're ya runnin' from?~" Briossche followed the man, hiding the fact that he was peeved at him for just walking past him behind a false smile. "Can I at least get a name or something?"

"I can't give you my name, and stop following me, unless you want to be arrested by the police." He said, and went into a closed clothes store, and changed his clothes.

He sighed. "At least I'm trying to be friendly..." He looked away while the rather rude stranger got changed, and took this time to study the features of the shop's interior. "Do you know what this used to be?" I really should've looked at the sign first.

[RohannaFalcon]

Rohanna let her favorite bird, Shadow Striker, out of his mew. "Here you go! Come on, Shadow, let's get Pine too." She walked out of the falcon's building and over to the place where her father kept eagles and owls and let Pine out. With both birds riding comfortably on her shoulders, she checked her watch. "Aaaand time to go! I can't wait, Father said even though this is my first show I'll do well!" She whistled happily to herself and climbed in the car. Her birds fluttered but stayed on her shoulders as she settled in.

"No. I'm going back to HQ. Now if you follow me, i'll have to kill you." He said, turning and walking down the alley.

"..Okay then." Melancholy bit on the carrot, then stood up. "I will be going now." She strolled off, then paused. "Be careful with that leg." Then continued walking on the sidewalk.

He didn't know what he had done to make the shopkeeper and the other shoppers angry, but he did. They were chasing him down the street, when he saw an inviting alley-way. He turned down it and ran smack right into someone (kitten). "Hey! Watch where you are going!" He said, even though he knew he was the one who wasn't watching, as he was looking behind him to make sure that they didn't see him go into the alley.

Briossche poked his head out of the disused shop, watching the stranger walk off. "What's his problem?" He walked over to some bench where a bunch of girls were talking. Anything to waste the time. "Erm... May I sit down? I hope it isn't any sort of inconvenience. Eheheh..." He smiled awkwardly at them, trying to look somewhat interesting or trustworthy or anything, as long as it got their attention. "I've been looking around the city for a while & can't seem to find my way about. I've only just arrived here a few days ago."

Matt backed up. "Move along, I have somewhere to go." He said, continuing out of the alley. He walked for a while, until he found the place. He punched in the code, and walked it, only to find the place deserted. "What the hell?"

As the stranger dismissed him, he noticed that someone was walking out of a shop that he knew was deserted. He followed behind him until he reached a bench with girls sitting on them. He jumped behind a wall that was behind it and listened in. It seemed as though this person was new to the town and didn't know his way around. He wondered whether or not to stand up and tell him, yet be slightly creepy in doing so, or just to move along. However he had a problem of clearing his through when either nervous or was thinking hard. And so he cleared his thought, but he didn't notice that he had.

Stephen reached the grocery store unscathed, until he realized that he had entered into the middle of a robbery. Oh dear, he thought, this is just great.

(Just to make sure Riida. 1: are those shoppers the ones that were chasing me, and 2: If they were, there was no robbery.)

Min, walking cautiously down the streets, looked side to side at the buildings that had been ruined and buildings left untouched. She let out a small cough and began hacking and choking to where it sounded like she was about to have a heart attack. She ignored the citizens rushing over to her and offering help -- this was completely normal for her. "I'm fine, I'm fine," she insisted. "No, nothing's wrong. I'm not sick. Sorry for the disturbance." Before more people could crowd around her, she rushed off.

"The people in this town are much too wary," Min mumbled. "Since school is canceled due to the terrorists, I might as well have something to eat..." She stopped in front of a large cafe and pulled on a door with all her might.

She lightly walked over to the counter -- almost like she was floating. Her robotic shoes said otherwise.

"Hello," Min greeted the cashier. "Could I get a cheeseburger meal with a large Dr. Pepper?"

"Kid's meal?" the cashier asked in a tone that would only be said to a child.

"I'm 16, not 10," Min politely stated. "How much will it be, sir?"

"Oh, I apologize. You're just so tiny." The man began pushing buttons on the register. "$6.99 is your total."

She handed the man a $5 bill and two $1 bills.

"Your order will be ready in a minute, m'am."

"Thank you."

Min stood to the side, waiting for her order.

After the party broke up Zee realised she had been intrigued by the girl with the rabbit. The way she stared was amazing, and, she admitted to herself, the rabbit was sooooo cuuuuute! She slung her crossbow over her shoulder, and having nothing better to jogged to catch up to the bunny girl. "Hey, wait up" she called out to the girl, easily closing the distance. The feathers of her hat bobbed up and down as she moved, but the hat stayed firmly in place.

Melancholy stopped in her tracks and turned around, noticing the stranger and had quite an interest in her clothes, so she studied her clothes, then looked up at the woman.

"Hello there." She said in a monochrome voice. The bunny's beady eyes stared at the stranger. "...Telling by your clothing and style, you're not the ordinary civilian..?" Melancholy then took the little rabbit and placed her into her pocket.

She laughed, a surprisingly quiet, but unsurprisingly sarcastic laugh "Ordinary? Hardly! I'm Zee, and you?" she asked holding out her free hand for a handshake. Her voice was mature, and her eyes glinted underneath the shadow of her hat as she looked at the strange girl.

[Lovelight]

Melancholy made a slight smile, but not big enough to be noticed. "My name is Melancholy." The tiny rabbit's head popped out of her pocket. "Kyu." The rabbit said. Melancholy then picked the rabbit up and curled her up with her palms.

"This is Lady. A rabbit I've had for two years. She doesn't look big because of a disease, but I like her just the way she is," The rabbit concentrated on Zee, then looked calm, then looked happy. "Would you like to hold her?" Melancholy held the rabbit out, forming a cup around Lady.

Matt closed the door, and descended the steps to find the place ransacked.THere was a note on the table, explaining how the police had tracked down their location and were coming to arrest them. He slamed his fist down on the table.

Zee grinned, "Sure" she said swinging her crossbow down and holding it between her legs while taking the tiny rabbit carefully in her own small hands. "She is so small and cute" complimented Zee before continuing, "listen, I gotta hang out for a bit, and you seemed like the type that wouldn't mind, right? Besides, with the state of the city at the moment, it's probably safer for both of us if we stick together for a bit?"

[Lovelight]

Melancholy perked up, she was never asked that before. She nodded. "I don't mind, considering the chaos this city is in right now. Is there something you need to do here?" Lady then jumped off from Zee's hands and onto Melancholy's shoulder.

Picking up her crossbow and swinging it back onto her shoulder, Zee replied, "nothing in particular... just waiting around for something to do I suppose. Ever since the anarchy started there hasn't been much going in the way of ... jobs..." Zee looked distracted for a moment, but looking back at Melancholy she asked, "is there anywhere you need to be? Or even, want to go?"

[Lovelight]

"I was just taking Lady for a walk." Melancholy replied, then stared at her crossbow. "Are you a hunter?" She asked. "And.. why do you carry that around in public? It's not safe.. and people may become suspicious.."

Zee shrugged, "Well, my crossbow is kinda too bulky to hide, so I don't bother". Shifting her body to hold the weight of the large weapon better, she continued jokingly, "besides people don't mess with someone openly carrying a crossbow". On a more serious tone though she answered the other question, "And yea, I'm a hunter of sorts. Not at the moment though, as I said, works been kinda scarce around here lately since the riots started. I been just watchin' and waitin', you know?" She continued much quieter, at almost a whisper "I figure it's gettin' worse though, and it's going to get a lot worse... I've heard rumours"

[Lovelight]

Melancholy nodded. "I see then." She wasn't really bothered, as she pet Lady on the head. "..It makes me wonder what they're rioting about." Melancholy said. "Hopefully it's not for a trivial reason."

"Something to do with them anthros, but I don't know the full details" replied Zee "so how come you're walkin' around here alone, even I feel jittery these days. What makes you so confident in this day and age?" Zee tried to make some light conversation as they began to stroll along again.

[Lovelight]

"...I am something you shouldn't know." Melancholy replied, stopping in her tracks. The rabbit hid her face. "Hopefully you're one of them, too."

Zee didn't press it, she didn't really care what a person was. "Well, I'll take your word for it, only an incredibly foolish person, or a person that can take care of themself would be wandering around by themselves, and you don't strike me as foolish" replied Zee, "so where you from?"

[Mii]

"Order #92?" a matured female voice yelled across the room.

"That would be me," Min seemed to squeak compared to the deeper voice. She took her tray carefully so as not to drop it. "Thank you."

"Have a nice day."

"You too."

It's amazing, the tiny light-mocha haired girl thought, that people these days say such nice things to each other but don't even know each other. What about the people you DO know...? Would you say the same thing to them...?

Choosing a seat next to the window, she carefully took off her scarf to reveal a doll-like face that would have people swooning in moments. She ate her cheeseburger happily and nibbled at her fries, staring out the window every once in a while.

Matt replaced all the furniture, and sat in one of the chairs. Turning the t.v. on, he saw that there were atleast 4 riots going on in the city at this moment.

(I can't do anything until the guy that I'm listening in on either responds to my char's cough, or dismisses it. So I'm pretty much locked up, otherwise I would.)

Anna woke up, seeing as she fell asleep. "Erm, my head what happened'' she shook her head. "Mhm, I guess I fell asleep" Anna started to walk and saw a cafe. "Oh, a cafe" Anna walked Into the cafe holding her books.

[Mii]

Glancing out the window, Min spotted the lady whom she had confronted earlier.

"Hey! You over there, with the brunette ringlets and pretty red dre-" Min's sentence was cut off by another cough, that followed with another, and soon she was hacking and sputtering like mad, as usual.

Matt noticed he was hungry, and turned off the t.v.. He checked the fridge, only to find all the food stolen too. "Greeeat." He muttered, and went back outside. After walking to a cafe, he stood in line to order.

Min's coughing and hacking and such seemed to be echoing throughout the entire cafe. People began rushing over to her to help.

Matt noticed the girl, but didn't rush to help. THe line grew shorter, as people rushed over. He was able to get to the front in less than 30 seconds. After ordering, he took a seat near the edge of the cafe.

As her coughing slowly died down, Min began apologizing and reassuring the civilians around her. "I'm fine, it's okay, it's normal for me to do this, please sit back down, I'm fine, thank you, but it's okay..." She sat back down and nibbled at her fries happily like a child and sipping away at her soda.

After a thorough thinking through, he decided not to help the person. He was hungry and decided to go to his favorite cafe. He got out behind the fence and went over to a building. He tossed up the claw and it took hold of the edge. He climbed up onto the building and retrieved the claw. "I should be there in no time." And he started off on the roofs as he made his way ( I have added stuff to his sheet because at the time of creation, my computer was really slow and I was getting angry at it. This caused me to forget a few things that I wanted to have and be able to do. Sorry if this stuff came out of the blue.)

After finally reaching the cafe he noticed that a few people were looking strangely at a girl. He dismissed it as them just being worried about a lone girl and he went to go order his meal. As he frequented this place quite often he had found a meal and just went with it. They got his meal before he even said anything. He went and found a seat. He made sure that he could see all exits. As he did this he noticed someone sitting quite far away from everyone else. He was quite curious and he went and sat halfway between a the mass of people and the lone figure. He started to eat his meal in peace. Keeping an eye on the stranger.

[Riida]

Stephen took his gun, and slowly aimed it towards the man's head. "DRAWP DAT GUN, FOO'!" He yelled at the robber.
"I got a gun, kid..." the robber uttered, before turning towards Stephen.
"AH SAID DRAWP DAT GUN."
"Like you're really going to shoot me." He raised the pistol.
"YUS I AM." Stephen fired two shots. The first grazed by his head, but the second hit him right in the eye. The robber had not enough time to scream before he slumped forward, dead.
"Oh dear, I should have thought it out more..." Stephen said. The cashier cowered in fear of being robbed once again. Stephen walked away, hiding the gun. He sought refuge walking into a cafe.

Stephen walked into line, waiting.

Zee waited for Melancholy to respond while her eyes drifted to some commotion just down the street. The girl seemed to have momentarily zoned out so she dropped the question, and steered toward the direction of noise, which had begun to die down.

After finishing his meal, Renaldo went to a newspaper stand and bought one. He then returned to his table and started reading the paper. Every so often looking up at the lone stranger.

[Lovelight]

Lady noticed Zee strolling away, so she bit Melancholy's finger. Melancholy stared, and then noticed the woman walking away, along with a commotion. "..I have no other choice but to follow.." She walked to the noise. "It's probably going to be some kid who imitated a gangster then shot some sort of illegal weapon at a robber. Sheesh."

"Seems it's died down, although I am kinda hungry, what about you Mel? Can i call you Mel?" Zee said in a string of words, looking back at the girl with the rabbit who had come along, Zee did talk quite a lot sometimes.

Anna sat down In the cafe, looking around still. "Mhmm"..

[Lovelight]

"I don't mind." Melancholy went on following the noise that just occurred. "I am interested in this." As she got to the door, Melancholy opened it. Sighting a person with a bloody eye. "..I'm hungry." As she walked to the wounded person, she kneeled down and asked, "..Pity."

She stood up and said to the cashier, "I would like a Caramel Latte. Along with some baby carrots." Melancholy said.

Zee followed suit, noting the person Mel went to but didn't say anything as she followed her to the counter, "And I'll have an iced chocolate, and some chips" she held out the money for both of their orders.

[Riida]

Stephen got his food, and sat down as close to the back as he could. Right in between an exotically dressed man, and one at the very edge of the cafe.

Melancholy then walked over to the corpse, and took his gun. "..Eh, it's still loaded." She tucked it neatly in her pocket. "Another nice item to my collection.."

The cashier looked oddly at Zee as she gave them the money, but Zee ignored it and went and sat down, glancing around the restaurant, noting people as she did as she waited for Mel to join her. A small smile crossed her face as she saw Mel loot the body.

Zee took off her hat and shook her head, revealing long shiny black hair. She placed the crossbow between her legs and her hat on the table in front of her as she ran her fingers through her hair, the skull emblem on her hat flashing in the light as she set it down.

Anna feel asleep, again. When she woke up she said "Mhmm, wait what" She started to yawn. "Ughhh, feel asleep again".
She stood up looking a bit dizzy, she started rubbing her head. "Uhm, I forgot where I am" she thought. She started to see the wal spinning. She shook her head off. "Meh", she brushed her dress off and sat down again tapping her fingers. She was thinking to her self, "Uhh, I'm really lost now, how'd I get here?" she sighed and hit her head.

[Mii]

"Ahh~" Min shoved her scarf back on and picked up her tray, which was not completely empty.

And somehow, being a clumsy midget, managed to slip.

"KYAAAAH!" Min squeaked while falling, along with her tray.

Stephen watched the girl fall, and helped her up. "So were you trying to grab that cashier's attention, or shall I help clean up the mess?"

Stephen started to clean up the fallen food.

Anna looked at the girl who falled "Oh look at that.." Anna walked over to the girl leaving her books behind. Anna came across to the small looking girl. "Oh, you're the girl I meet a few hours ago, now aren't you?" Anna smiled. "Are you okay?"

[Mii]

"Oh... you don't have to... I can clean it mys- IS THIS KETCHUP IN MY HAIR?" Min picked up a not-spoiled napkin and attempted to get the ketchup out. "You really don't have to...it's okay... Oh, you're the lady who gave me directions. And um... I guess I'm okay..."

[Riida]

"Lacking in courtesy and simple manners without a good reason is pointless." Stephen said, finishing up the cleaning.

[Mii]

He's so nice...

"True," Min mumbled, "but being this polite usually gets you into some kind of trouble...like now..."

"Mhm" "Okay" Anna stood clearly up. She saw a man, "Oh hello there, guessing you know this girl, right, or are you just helpful?".

[Riida]

"Well, I've gotten into a bit of trouble. So, if karma exists, I would be trying to even my luck out. I am neither, by the way." Stephen returned to his seat.

Anna thought to her self "Oh, that seems true, yet he seems like a nice person" Anna got In line to get some food.

[Mii]

"Um...thank you for helping me...is there anything I can do to repay you for yor help?" Min asked Stephen, feeling a little guilty.

[Riida]

"Not unless you're in the police force. But, what's your name? I'll consider that repaymen," Stephen asked.

[Mii]

"Min," the little girl replied. "And yourself?"

[Riida]

"Stephen. A pleasure to meet you."

Renaldo had watched all of this with mild interest. He was finally able to finish his paper, when he decided to take a nap.

....Man I've been slack lately haven't I, 10 pages and not 1 post XD.

Smiling as he finished the job, Luther quickly grabbed the prize from the limp person and moved down the alleyway rather quickly, not wanting to be found near the scene. Quickly playing with his mp3, he doned his head phones and turned the volume on his music up, drowning out the noise of the city.
'Well thats another Job done, and this time I actually have some extra money to myself' he muttered to himself as he quickly counted the spare change the person had been carrying. Normally this wasn't his type of work but sometimes when life gets tough, you don't really get that many choices.
'Or atleast thats what I keep telling myself anyway'
Shaking the thought from his head he turned and left the alleyway walking down the rather empty street. Luther quickly removed the small throwing knife from sight, knowing that with how people had been on the edge lately, being seen with a weapon could draw alot of unwanted attention. Taking his mind off of unpleasant topics he turned his attention towards food, knowing that it had been to long since he last meal for his liking. Scanning the street he spotted a Cafe not to far away, with a pleasant lack of commotion.
'Well that would be better than nothing' Luther mused to himself before heading for the Cafe, hoping to be able to get some food without incident

Matt observed the commotion, but made no move to help. When his order was ready, he got his order and sat back down.

Melancholy sat at the table across from Zee. "...This person wasn't killed by any ordinary gun." She stared at the people who weren't interested in the murder. Apparently, a little girl was on the floor while a man and a woman were helping her, along with a sleeping person, and a person that probably doesn't care about the murder. Lady jumped out and started to observe, starting with the short girl. "Kyu."

Briossche sighed & walked out of the alleyway after being rudely ignored, certain that he wasn't going to be randomly attacked by a police officer or something. He walked through the streets, hands in his pockets, scanning over the shops & such. He glanced at a cafe. anything to look ordinary, I guess. Shoving the door open with his shoulder, he caught a whiff of the smell that covered the entire interior, somehow stopping himself from turning his nose up. Putrid... This place smells horrible. Disgusting... Indescribable... Is this REALLY what most people settle for?! Briskly walking to the counter, he was greeted by a young blonde girl; brown eyes, early stages of acne poorly covered by tons of make-up, large golden hoop earrings, lip piercing, sparkly pink lipgloss, green eye-shadow & glaringly obvious eye-liner. Highly unsuited to even be working in this dump. I really have to stop examining people fea- He spotted a cigarette in her hand, and his face went red with rage.
"What're ya gettin' so angry 'bout? Eh?"
"What am I getting angry about? I'll tell you wha-!" He remembered where he was & decided it wasn't best to be shouting in a public place like this, as a few heads were starting to turn his way. He gritted his teeth with rage, taking a few deep breaths, his skin colour gradually returning to the correction complexion. "Why're you smoking in a public place like this? Worse still, you're working in a kitchen. Why?"
"Ah like smokin'. You 'ave a porblem wit' it?"
"Yes, I do. This place smells disgusting already, and the food probably tastes horrible. I doubt people will enjoy their food when it's ruined so badly by your smoking."
"Stop getting sa worked up 'bout it 'n' just order somethin'. I ya just came 'ere t'complain, you coulda juss' stayed outta 'ere 'n' star'ed shoutin' stuff in th'streets."
"Don't give me cheek."
"Ah can say whatteva' I like." The girl took a puff of her cigarette, blowing smoke in the face of somebody in the queue to the right. Briossche slammed his fist on the counter & started shouting.
"WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?!" He was glowering at the girl, who had took a few steps back, looking at him with surprise, although still rather cocky.
"Who d'ya think ya think you're talkin' to? Actin' all high 'n' mi'ty with ya stupid 'at." He had had enough. His instincts told him 2 things; one, never start a fight, especially in public, and two, never be disrespectful to a lady. He ignored both of these things & jumped over the counter, punching the brat in the face before he came back to his senses. The girl touched her face, seeing that he had bust her lip. "Ya psycho! I didn't do nuffin' t'ya an' ya punch is!"
"You shouldn't be forgetting your place."
"Ya sexist!"
"I would've said the same to a man."
"Nar ya wouldn' 'ave! How're ya better than is, anyway?!"
"I have standards for food."
"Then go somewhere else!" Briossche smirked at the girl before jumping over the counter again, cocking his 'stupid' hat.
"I will." He was satisfied with himself, even though he had committed assault, made himself look like a complete jerk & had people all around the place staring at him. He left the cafe, taking his time walking out as if people should be cheering for him & he was savouring the moment. He pulled the doors open & headed off in a random direction as quickly as possible; without a doubt somebody would try to get revenge or something. That, or call the police on him.

"Stephen, hm...well... thank you for helping me then, Stephen." Brushing herself off, Min stood and curtsied. She looked around to find people staring, as her face grew hot and red. She spotted a tiny white bunny staring at her with its adorable eyes. "Oh...a bunny..." Min mumbled, her face covered by her scarf and sleeves coming over her hands. "How cu-"

The screams of a customer at the counter caught Min's attention. She cowered in fear and hid in her scarf, watching the man take a blow to the lady's face.

That girl DOES need to be hit, Min thought. Even though she agreed with him, she did NOT want a strong-looking man screwing up her face. She watched with caution, keeping her fear to herself and standing absolutely still.

The little bunny was suspicious. "Kyu." Lady made a :3, but it revealed a fang, then it lunged to the short girl, revealing baring teeth. Then it clung onto her skirt with Lady's teeth.

[Mii]

"Oh! Little bunny, what would you cling to my dress for?" Min gently removed the bunny from her dress and pet it gently, allowing it to rest in her hand. "You're so cute and fluffy~"

[Lovelight]

Lady squinted then pointed at the dead corpse, then pointed at Min. "Kyu?"

[Mii]

"Oh, no, I'm not involved with it. Sorry to disappoint you," Min explained.

Zee watched the bunny curiously, "Hey Mel, isn't that girl the one you talked with earlier?" she asked nodding toward Anna.

Someone entered the cafe and she looked up, spotting a cute guy with black hair with a red streak in it. After a sidelong glance she quickly looked away and observed their food being served, but didn't say anything, pushing her attention back to Melancholy and Lady. She didn't bat an eyelid as a young man punched the cashier who was smoking, she saw stuff like this happen all the time. People who hadn't accepted the times yet, people who thought they could change what was happening to the world. It was sad... that people were resisting the chaos, she thought.

Also since i'm at uni today and won't be back til later today, Love you can control my character if you have to (take her places and stuff)

Renaldo snorted as he heard the punch. He woke up looked by the counter, he saw the person who punched her. He stood up as if to do something, then he decided not to do anything. He was still groggy from his short nap otherwise he would have done something, and promptly sat back down and went to sleep again.

Eh, not my business. She probably deserved it, thought Stephen. He went back to his meal.

Anna forgot she was just waiting In line, seeing she saw a woman nod towards her, she didn't know what to think at all, she just went to go grab her books and waked back In line. She also thought heard a fight or something "Meh".

Watching the scene unfold, Luther couldn't help but become curious with the small fight that had escalated infront of him. The man obviously realised his mistake as he left after punching the women to try to avoid any trouble, but from what Luther had overheard of the conversation his curiousity had already got the better of him. Mulling over this for a moment Luther decided that he may as well try to talk to the person, he could prove to be useful one way or another
'And besides' Luther thought to himself 'probably the only interesting thing that will be happening for the rest of the day for me'.
Leaving the back of the line, Luther quickly exited the Cafe and decided to catch up to the man, noticing he had increased his pace after leaving. Turning the volume on his mp3 down he slowly began to close the gap between him and the man, not wanting to draw to much attention but also not wanting to lose sight if he decided to bolt.

Zee saw the guy who punched the cashier run out, and the other guy she thought was attractive, also leave after him. She wondered if they were connected or not. Pushing the thought aside she took a chip and ate it slowly, continuing to watch Mel confront the other girl.

Lady nodded. "Kyu." A confident face was painted on the rabbit's face. She jumped off and traveled towards Stephen. Then she jumped up and sat on his lap.

"...Hello,....whatever your name is." He pet Lady lightly on the head.

Renaldo finally re-awoke and noticed that two girls were talking to a somewhat suspicious teenager. He slowly got up and walked closer to them, but taking care to not arouse suspicion. As he got closer he noticed a rabbit in the boy's lap. He stopped close enough to hear what was going on and started to inspect the posters on the wall, while listening for anything particularly interesting.

A young man who had black hair with a red streak in it seemed to be following him. He smirked before stopping & turning to the man, putting his feet in a rather awkward position, facing opposite directions & together. "Anything I can do for you, sir?" He addressed him as such due to the fact that the man looked slightly older than himself. He wasn't exactly keen on the all black clothing & such, but he wasn't the one wearing it, so he had no right to speak.

Smiling as the man stopped, Luther noted that he paid very good attention to his surroundings, his body language giving away he had figured out he was following even before he turned around to face him. Considering he had chosen to talk with him, Luther smiled, glad to not have this devolve into a chase around town.
Stopping afew feet infront of him, enough of a distance to dodge a sudden lunge of a bladed weapon if it came to that, Luther slowly moved his headphones back
"Well that you can, I couldn't help but overhear that fight you had earlier and decided that it may be worthwild making a mutally benefically propersition to you" Luther replied, watching the man's movements incase he tried to do anything rash

While he was eating, he noticed a few people giving him funny looks. HE finushed quicky, and left the cafe.

"What's this proposition, then? Also, judging by how you've just stepped backwards, you must be rather wary of me; understandable. But I have no intention of attacking a stranger without reason." Not if they look like they have braincells, anyway.

"Mmm, good to see you seem like the smart one yourself" Luther replied "Anyway since times aren't all that safe anymore I'll be brief. I think everyone knows these days theres plenty of panic and paranoia among the average person and that people are starting to form groups for their own safety. Now I come from a group of people who didn't rely on others already so we aren't fairing to bad in this situation but we could always use new people" Luther paused for a moment before adding "so long as they aren't deadweight at least. What I can offer is a place to stay, shetler from the cops, plenty of supplies and a group of people slightly less likely to stab you in the back, so long as you can bring something to the group yourself" Luther finished, his voice remaining neutral.

Stephen sat up, holding Lady in his arms. "So, who's rabbit is this?"

After hearing the part about not being stabbed in the back, although his nature was rather one of a backstabber, a grin spread across his face. "And for what reason do you see me fit to be part of this group?" He brushed the hair that was over his right eye back, trying to make himself look cocky; the more information he could get out of this guy, regardless of method, as long as it was subtle, the better.

Renaldo let out a small cough absentmindedly. He noticed it but he didn't think much of it.

"Nyu!!!" Lady glared, then bit his finger.

[Riida]

"Ow." Stephen went back to his seat. "Would you like to stay with me, or is it the fact that I called you a rabbit," he pondered aloud to Lady, with a bit of a chuckle.

[Lovelight]

Lady shook her head. "Nyuuuuu!!" She had a hard time trying to communicate to the man. The rabbit pointed at the dead corpse, which had flies starting to live on. Then she played dead, then finally, she pointed at Stephen.

[Riida]

"You want me to die?" Stephen stared wide-eyed at the rabbit.

[Lovelight]

Lady facepalmed. She shook her head. Then she took a fork, and went over to the corpse. Then, she started stabbing him, then pointed at him. "Lady, what are you doing." The quiet woman scooped up the rabbit, dropping the fork. She went over to Stephen. "I am sorry if my pet has been troubling you."

"Zombie!" Stephen lunged at the body with a butter knife and tripped on the man talking to the woman who picked up the rabbit.

Zee was laughing at the scenario, almost choking on a chip in the process. She didn't know rabbits could stab dead people with forks and it was the funniest thing she had ever seen. What was even funnier was the fact there was still a dead body in the restaurant and nobody had bothered to clear it out of the way. Blood was just being spread throughout the whole restaurant from people walking in it and nobody paid much attention to it either. She just supposed it was the fact dead bodies littered the street on a regular basis that people were just used to it.

Just then she got a text. She read it quickly, and got up, quickly finishing off her iced chocolate. "Hey, Mel, I gotta go for now. I'll catch up with you later if you want", before she could reply, Zee disappeared out the door into the street, and jogged along at a steady pace to where she was supposed to meet up with an informant. Along the way however she overheard some voices, and silently froze next to a wall out of sight to listen in on the conversation, sending off a quick text that she would be a little late. Something about what they were talking about piqued her curiosity.

Seeing his interest was peaked Luther smiled as well, noting which words seemed to be generating which reactions. "Well if you really are interested" Luther said as he gestured down the road "perhaps we should walk as we discuss some of the specifics, people standing still garner far more attention and considering the state the city is in, I think we can both agree gathering attention isn't a good thing." As he finished he looked around at the empty street, thinking he had heard the sound of someone running but not noticing anyone "So you interested?"

"I'm interested" said a voice behind them as Zee stepped out from the wall. She was holding her crossbow over her shoulder in a non-threatening way, but also in a way that she could draw it in an instant if she needed to for any reason.

Min got up and proceeded to the bathroom to wash up.

After doing so, she stepped out to find a rabbit stabbing a corpse with a fork.

"W...wha...what's going on?..."

Anna was heading out the cafe, yet seeing the girl she talked too. Anna walked over to her, to be In shock, seeing the rabbit stabbing a body. "....." "Lady?!?!". "Uhm, do you happen to know whats going on girl, I'm sorry I never asked your name, what Is It?"

Matt walked down the street. Noticing a faint scent in the air, he followed it into a building.

She turned around to see a man walking into a building.

I wonder what could be in there... she thought as she followed him.

"This must be a dream" Anna walked out of the cafe, seeing the Min leaving, she followed seeing the man, too. Anna came to a area of the man.

"Walking would be a much better idea." He smirked as he spoke, seemingly paying little attention to the woman with the crossbow who had just appeared. Make note of her... She should be easy to keep an eye on if she makes any sudden movements or decides to attack. I mustn't assume that she moves slowly, even if she has such large clothing; most of it seems to be feathers, anyway. Briossche turned around, looking at the man from the side. "Might I ask you what your name is? It feels uncomfortable to be having a conversation with somebody but not even know their name."

Megumi was getting off her shift at the cafe when she noticed a group of people.
I hope they aren`t up to no good. I don`t know how much more I can take, she thought.
"Bye, Megu!" yelled her friend and coworker, Sara.
Megumi left the cafe, slowly following the group to what looked like a very large building

Lady, suddenly shy of the people paying attention to her, slowly backed away. Then sprinted behind the table. "I'm sorry, my pet was asking if you killed that man over there." Melancholy pointed at the dead robber, who was starting to have maggots. "Pity."

Anna turned, seeing a woman, Anna walked over to her "Hello there, my names Anna, what's yours?" Anna smiled.

Surprised by the welcome greeting of Anna, she jumped, not having expected to be seen.
"M-M-Megumi.." she stammered. "Are..are you guys some sort of gang or something?" Megumi asked, then instantly felt bad. "I`m sorry, I didn`t mean--"

"Oh no, I'm just following this girl, Min" Anna Blew her hair our of her face. "We just saw this man, It's nothing like a gang". Anna smiled "That;s a nice name, too Megumi".

"Thank you, Anna. You can call me Meg, if you prefer.."
That`s a relief.
Megumi took her red and grey hair tie out of her hair and let it loose from he tight bun, revealing long brunette hair with red, black, and golden blonde streaks down to her waist.
"Sorry. I just got off from work, as you may be able to tell." Megumi said, pointing at her work uniform. "I rather hate having my hair up, but it`s part of regulations. Anyways, what is it that you are all doing?"

"Okie, Meg." Anna rubbed her arm. "Actually not sure, as I said I was following Min, that girl" Anna looked clueless.

"Oh. I see. I would ask her myself, but she seems so intimidating.." Megumi commented.
She looked at Anna for the first time. She was a cute girl, not much shorter than Megumi, who stood at 5'4". She also seemed genuinely kind.
Wait, no. I can`t trust these people. They might betray me, or something could happen..I should keep my distance, even if it means hurting them along the way.

The building looked new, like almost every building in the city on the inside, but it was really old-fashioned on the inside. THe scent grew stronger, and Matt began to cough. He heard footsteps, and turned around, pointing his gun at the people behind him.

Anna turned around, she got scared..".... U-u-uh, w-what's going o-on?" Anna walked back towards Megumi.

Grabbing Anna, Megumi quickly jump kicked the man who pulled out the gun.
"NOT TODAY!" Megumi yelled, thinking only briefly of her younger sister, lost long ago.
"Anna, let`s get out of here," she said, grabbing her and starting to walk away.
This is not how I imagined things to go. Already I`m off trying to save the life of someone who I really shouldn`t care about..

Anna started to run along with Meg, Anna was wondering who the heck was that as she was running. "Thank you Meg, thank you" Anna kept running with Meg.

"Anna, I know this may seem strange, but do you know if you were adopted, or anything?"
Suddenly, the door closes in front of Anna and Megumi.

Matt fell backwards. "WHat the hell?" he wondered to himself. Getting back up, he entered the next room. It was adorned with furs, and animal bone trophies. "Hmm, someone's trophy room?"

Anna seem shocked when the door closed. "Uhm, no, well not sure, I never met my father, Or if I had one" Anna seemed confused.

"Because, well, I don`t know, but you remind me of someone I used to know. Her name was Hannah. There was an accident, and she had a crescent shaped scar on her left hip. I haven`t seen her since she was maybe 2 or 3, when my mother took her, and my father took me, for safety, supposedly." Megumi explained. "She used to have purple eyes, too, so much like yours. But it is common colour, I suppose."
Shake it off, she`s not your sister. thought Megumi.
"Anyways, I suppose since it looks like we`re not getting out, why don`t we just go in further and look around..?" Megumi smiled, hiding the fact that inside, she couldn`t help but think that Anna might be the sister she lost so long ago.

Anna smiled. "Okie Meg" Anna grabbed Meg's hand and started to walk towards the next room with a jolly way.

Matt heard footsteps, and ducked under the nearest table. Wow, that smell is really strong, I wonder what it could be?

Megumi started coughing and gagging. "OH MY GOSH, What is that smell?! Aren`t there windows or something?!"
She looked at Anna, and then kept going, ignoring the fact that she was starting to get lightheaded.

[Lovelight]

"..I will be going now." Lady nodded, then hopped into Melancholy's pocket. She opened the door and walked off.

She rushed to a certain direction, and stood in front of it. "..Interesting." Melancholy gripped her hand onto the knob, and turned it. As she stepped in, the door closed. "Lady, don't be scared..."

Anna started to smell that horrid smell. "What the heck, that smell..." Anna started to cough. Meg, do you smell that, too? Anna started to rub her eyes.

[Lovelight]

"Excuse me." Melancholy noticed two females. She started to follow them.

[shinakim]

"Yes, Anna, I smell it," said Megumi, coughing so hard she could barely breathe, but she continued on with Anna. "Maybe if we go further," she continued, still coughing, "it`ll not be so bad."

"You might not want to come back here, it smell horrific," Megumi warned the girl.

"Wait, look" It's that girl. Anna stopped and pointed while turning. Anna felt scared to see her.

"If you can't go back, you might as well go on." Melancholy entered the smell, and she shivered. "Don't you want to get out of this mist?"

Anna walked back up to Meg staying close by her. Anna's coughing went away.

At least her coughing subsided, Megumi thought, still coughing.
Megumi nodded and kept going with Anna at her side, still eyeing the woman that seemed to scare Anna.

Entering the next room, Anna saw a man under a table, In shock she stared at the man. Anna pointed "Meg look!"

Megumi looked at the man. He seemed so familiar, but she couldn`t figure out why.
"What--" Megumi said, still slightly coughing, "--is that man doing under there?"

"Fffffffffffff." Matt readied his gun, incase things got messy.

Melancholy sensed that they didn't really trust her, but she ignored it. Her eyelids lowered a bit more, as she never was really that outgoing. "There's always a mysterious man in a mysterious place."

Anna walked closer to the man under the table. She went on her knee and looked. "..." "Your that man, who aimed the gun at us"...

"Just don't kick me." Matt said, and crawled out from under the table. The room started shaking, as if the building was shifting all around them.

Anna got up right when this happened, Anna started to get dizzy and fell on the ground, as the room shook.

"I panicked! I thought you were going to sh--ohmygoshmoveover" said Megumi, and she shoved Anna under the table as the ground shook.

Anna closed her eyes and put her face In her knees, scared. "What's going on!?!?!"Anna screamed.

The room stopped, after what seemed 5 minutes. The smell got worse. "Ugh, we really need to get out of here!"

Anna got out from under the table running to Meg standing by her. "The door won't open If you try to exit, yet allows you to open from front" Anna rubbed her right eye.

Melancholy stood there, as Lady clung onto her shirt. She then plucked the rabbit off her shirt. "What is this stench supposed to be?"

"It seems nobody knows what the smell is." Megumi said, still coughing, but now on the floor, dizzy from lack of oxygen and the sudden earthquake.
"Anna, are you okay? and I`m sorry, I didn`t get your name, or the rabbit`s."

Anna sat down by Meg, "I'm okay, but you don't seem good. Is the smell getting worse?"

[shinakim]

"Seems so. But don`t worry about me. I`m fine." Megumi said in between coughing, and smiled at Anna.
Gosh, she looks like Dad. Megumi shook her head, trying to clear her thoughts.
"Anyways, my name is Megumi, but you can call me Meg," she said, talking to the girl with the rabbit.

Anna seemed to look at Meg close, and how that she reminds her of her mother. Anna smiled back.

[Lovelight]

"Melancholy. It is nice to meet you." Lady jumped out of her pocket and waved, them fainted due to the stench. "This is Lady." Melancholy scooped up Lady and tucked her into her pocket.

[Mii]

"This building is so big," Min mumbled to herself. "Let's step inside..."

Stepping inside, she heard voices down the hall and became somewhat scared. However, she kept walking and looking around, cautious of her surroundings.

"It`s nice to meet you, Melancholy. That`s a really lovely na--did you hear that? I think someone just entered." pointed out Megumi, still struggling to breathe.

[amy1]

"I'll be right back" Anna ran to the first room seeing Min. "Oh, Min, It's just you". Anna looked shocked.

[Lovelight]

"I should go check up on it." Melancholy exited the room, desperate to get out of the smell.

As she entered the recent room, she saw a short girl. "Huh.. it's you, the short girl." Melancholy gave a baby carrot to her.

[Mii]

"Hi, uh...um...lady who helped me earlier..." Min stammered, obviously embarassed.

"And you're the rabbit lady...um...I don't like carrots..."

Luther turned as he heard the voice behind him, noting the man eyes had glanced once behind him to presumely the figure before continuing the conversation, most likely indicating a lack of a threat from the new comer. Placing himself so he could keep his eyes on both of them at once, incase they were working together he made mental notes of the woman, including the crossbow and her manner, figuring for the moment there was no aggression.
Speaking to the man first he replied "Well if you really need a name, you can just call me Luther, it'll do for the moment" before than speaking to the woman "And may I ask what has piqued you interest?", not knowing how long she had been listening in on them.

[Lovelight]

"...But then you can grow cleavage." Melancholy tilted her head to the side. "Don't you want that?"

"I-" she sniffed, "what's that smell? Can you SMELL that, ugh? I think it's coming from that building?"

"I`m sorry," Megumi coughed out, noticing a girl with a crossbow for the first time. "I`m Megumi. But you can call me Meg. Who are you?"

[Riida]

Stephen got up, and slowly started dragging the corpse away, into a building with several people and an earthquake. "WHAT THE FU-"

[Mii]

"...I don't like carrots," Min stated a bit more aggressively. "Period."

It seemed that Min had just phased into the building, since the building's layout seems to have changed.

[Lovelight]

"...Why not? Do they taste that disgusting?" Melancholy tilted her head to the side once more.

Anna heard the door open once again, she walked to the first room. Seeing the man Anna was shocked, then she saw that was the man from before, Anna stared at him.

[shinakim]

Megumi, still slightly dizzy, tried to stand and follow the others.
"Anna, Melancholy, who is it?" Meg called out, almost blacking out.
"Wow, it's so much easier to breathe over h--You`re that girl from earlier, the one that Anna was following.." Megumi realises.
"Anyway, what is going on? Why are we in here?"

Anna ran back to Meg, scared she was sick, "I don't know, but I hope for the best" Anna started to worry more.

[shinakim]

Megumi could see the worry in Anna`s eyes. "Anna, don`t worry. I`m fine. I`m just..just..sensitive to smells, is all," Megumi said, hoping that the lie wasn`t noticed. "Either way, we need to get out of here. Somehow."

Stepping out of the room, Matt said "That doesn't look easy. It seems the entire structure has changed, so where the exit was, is now another room. It may be endless, who knows?"

[Riida]

"That'd be bad," said Stephen, dropping the dead body. "Can't you just make the wall explode with that gun?"

[shinakim]

"Whose smart idea was it to come in here, anyways?!" Meg said, sitting down. The room was starting to spin a bit. Clear out, clear out, she thought. Megumi smiled at Anna, still thinking of how to get out, and why did she look so much like her lost sister and her father? Her sister and mother were supposedly killed in a fire, so there was no waay it could be her.

"I came in here by myself. It was up to the rest of you to follow me in or not."

Anna stood up "Uhm, We followed a man"

"I need to stop following things that looks suspicious." Meg said flatly. "So, we may as well continue on to try to get out of here. Which way shall we go?"

[Riida]

"Through the walls." Stephen started slamming the wall with the dead body. "So is that a laser gun, or some other form of ray-ish gun, Mr. Guy?"

"Stand away from the wall, and I'll show you."

[Riida]

"Alright." Stephen backed away, brushing off a few maggots.

Matt fired the gun at the center of the wall. Not much happened for a few seconds, but then the wall exploded outwards. "Prototype lightning gun. I made it myself."

"Briossche. And I'm not just saying random things, that IS my name." He smiled at Luther for a few seconds before whiffing some ungodly smell, covering his mouth & nose, trying to block it out. "What is that?! That is by far the worst smell I've come across!" He removed his hands for a split second, trying to locate where it was coming from. He managed to lock the smell down to be coming from a building that was just as plain as the others around himself. He glared at it. "Whatever it is making that smell, I..." He clenched his teeth & ran over to the building, opening the door, but leaving it wide open instead of going inside; the place's smell was so suspicious, he didn't want to risk going inside in case some nutjob hit him over the head or something.

"..I see." Melancholy walked off, entering the next room.

"What is going on?" She asked to the group, then seeing the man she saw earlier at the cafe. "Ah, it's you."

A sneaky grin spread across his face. "You seem to know my face, but I don't know yours, although you are most beautiful." Flattery is an easy way to lower others' expectations of your powers, as they'll just assume that they're a harmless fool. That, and it's only courteous. He bowed to the girl, still keeping the door open. He knew that it'd be letting the smell out, but that'd be better for those who're in, he assumed. "What would a lovely flower such as yourself be doing in a horrid place like this?"

From the inside, Megumi could vaguely see and hear a man at the door. Something about him doesn`t seem right. "Who--" Megumi asked, still coughing, "--is that?"
Megumi attempted to stand and stumbled a bit. Ugh, this is ridiculous.
All the while, still eyeing the strange man.

Stepping through the wall, Matt asked, "Are you coming?"

[Riida]

"Lightning gun...Hmmm." Stephen followed Matt through the wall.

[Mii]

Min's weak immune system began to put itself to work as soon as the stench came across her nose.

"UGH! What is that (cough) sm...smell?..." Beginning to get dizzy, she wobbled slightly before hitting a wall and leaning against it, covering both her mouth and her nose as she hacked and sputtered a lot harder than when she did near and inside the cafe.

"I...can't stand on (cough) my own..." she mumbled as she pulled herself along and made her way through the hole in the wall. The stench of burned wall combined with the undescribable scent flowing throughout the building simply made the girl dizzy as she nearly tripped, but caught herself just in time to stop. Her hand was placed against a wall as she continued to walk so as she didn't fall.

[Riida]

"Such a dramatic girl."

[Mii]

"Hey! I'm no- (cough) I'm not dramatic! I'm naturally weak. I was (cough cough) born this way."

They entered what seemed to be an elegant dining room. "This place sure is weird..."

[Riida]

"Which is why the government owns this building. I think." Stephen pushed two chairs out, one for him and one for Matt. "Care to take a seat?"

[screwbaII]

"That's what I was talking about you fool" snapped Zee to the arrogant man who had just opened the door to the building as she walked over to look inside as well. "Oh hey Mel, what're you doing in there?" she asked, seeing Melancholy within the building through the gap between the man and the door. She looked to see if the cute guy with the red streaked hair was reacting to the disgusting stench as well.

Showing no visible reaction, Luther surpressed many a gag reflex at the smell, noting to be one of the worse he had ever encountered. Maintaining a relaxed face, he followed the other two over to the now opened building and waited at the doorway as he saw some of the other people beginning to interact. 'Well looks like this day just got alot more interesting' he muttered to himself, checking where his weapons were incase he needed them as he tried to analyse the interactions of all the people inside the building and see if anyone was a threat

Zee watched the other man come over, "say, you're kinda cute, and I know it's a bad time to be asking, but what's your name?" she asked him, "I'm Zee".

[Ivernus]

Luther glanced to the girl talking to him, before continuing to watch the others interact "As you probably heard me say just before, Luther will be sufficient for a name". Looking at the person Zee had identified as Mel he asked her "So you know this people I presume, or atleast some of them?"

"I've seen them around and about, but that's Melancholy, my new acquaintance. We were dining at the cafe together when I saw you. It was only by chance I stumbled upon you again. I had other business you see, but why pass up the chance to meet a cute guy like you?" It was quite obvious she didn't really care much about what kind of group or whatever Luther was into, she was just interested in him because she found him a good looking person. "What I am most interested in though right now, is why this building smells so foul."

"It seems--" Megumi continued, still coughing, "--nobody knows the cause. Nice to meet you, by the way, Zee. I`m Megumi. Call me Meg." Megumi tried to walk over to the next room, hoping to get out sooner, but stumbled, still dizzy from being unable to breathe right.
I need to get out of here. Dad warned about a strange smell and not entering buildings like this, she thought to herself.

Ignoring her flirting for the moment, he made mental notes of the information he gave her and then thought about her last sentence "Mmm it is intriguing, the smell is almost unnatural, theres something abnormal about, especially since it only just suddenly appeared..." Looking back at the others he considering the pros and cons of going first himself or letting the others take the chances and share in the rewards

"I see... Meg," replied Zee to the coughing girl. To Luther she replied, "I agree, it's unnatural. Think it's worth checking it out? I do indeed, if but to put an end to it, and spend a bit more time around you." She winked at him, but noted to herself that his mind was obviously running on what she had said before, just from his body language. She could easily tease him with information along the way if the opportunities arose.

"There's no time to stop, we need to keep moving. For all we know, this stuff could be a virus that will kill us all if we don't get out in time."

The interior was no more pleasing than the smell, with animal bones & the like scattered around. "Bleh... Disgusting. Whoever made this place has the sanity of... I don't know, an insane person." He slipped off his shoes & wedged them under the door in an attempt to keep it open. "I don't care if it'll smell bad outside, this place needs airing out." When his back was turned, he smirked again. He was arrogant & dismissive by nature, disregarding anybody's opinions if he thought that they were less important than himself. This, he had come to realise, tended to make people hate him, unless if they were female, when he would treat them like goddesses or something. Somehow, this made him popular with certain air-headed girls, since their ego'd inflate immensely. It'd also be a good method of gaining trust, to get closer, to get information, like their dreams, their family information, their fears. It felt good to be male, since he never really sees the females being at a man's beck & call.

Matt turned and looked at the people who just walked it. "Trying to air the place out isn't going to work. Look back at the exit, it's another room. You're pretty much wasting your time."

[Riida]

"Alright." Stephen said as he got up. "So, do you think there's a pattern to this building? Or is it completely random shifting?"

"Impossible to tell. We just have to keep going until we're out. Now lets keep moving." He said, walking to the end of the hallway and opening two large double doors.

Megumi grabbed Anna and followed behind Matt, still unable to control her coughing.

[Riida]

"Alright." Stephen followed at Matt's side.

Zee looked behind her, and saw it was indeed another room. "Wha?" she said confused, and raised an eyebrow as behind her where once had been the street there was no just another room. "Well I guess since there's no way back, may as well go forward," she said aloud following closely with the others as she felt it would be stupid not to stick together in a place like this. She shivered at the thought of ending up separated with no way out and no one to help.

Luther tried to wrap his head around this situation, he had always valued logic and reason highly but the situation he was in seemed to defy all logic and avoid any reasoning. How an entry had now just disappeared would have to wait for later consideration though, for the moment the important task would be making sure he didn't get any more lost than he already was. Taking out a small knife went over next to the door and carved a small symbol into the wall. As he saw the others moving, he followed closely behind them, stopping every now and again to carve another symbol to form a sort of trail of where they had come from.

[screwbaII]

"I bet the smell is just a whole bunch of dead people who got trapped in here like us" commented Zee out loud, "I wouldn't be surprised you know".

[shinakim]

"Zee, right?" Megumi asked. "This isn`t the smell of rotting corpses. The smell of rotting corpses is different completely," she said, still walking to get out as fast as she could, stumbling a few times.
This is not good..this isn`t me. I need to get out again.

"It was a joke" Zee snapped, not appreciating being spoken to like she didn't know what she was talking about, "it would be a poor ... misjudgement if you think I do not know what death smells like"
