How do we unlock "Pirate Bay"

Hi guys I just finished the game and ther'a a gost who never stops telling me to ask Peach :o3o: how to unlock "Pirate Bay" but every time I click on hey she say: " I can dance for you anytime"

can some1 plz tell me what is pirate bay and how could I unlock it?

Pirate bay is the island that costs 500 gems with the monsters on it. It doesn't stop telling you, even if you've unlocked it.
